I like Helzberg Diamonds, but they dont have their own jeweler any more. This time I needed to have a nice ring fixed and I wasnt going to have them send it out to someone else.

Always a great experience! Ive had my Helzberg card since 2017. Very welcoming, friendly, professional, and helpful staff. They really do listen to your likes and wants, then show you merchandise that fit your liking and cost range. They have a variety of merchandise, special offers, percentage off sales and deals to fit your financial life style. They really take great pride in serving their customers well and making sure the Helzberg Diamonds name and organization is held high in quality, respect, and service. I love the Independence Center store. I only go to this store when Im home, but I have visited one at a mall location in Houston Texas with my honey, to get a couple links removed from a Movado watch and the staff were great there as well.

I must say, I like fine jewelry. But I LOVE my special lady. Thats why I want her to have something special for Mothers Day. This amethyst pendant is her birthstone dazzled with diamonds all around it. The matching earrings was just a bonus. She looks so beautiful, elegant and classy! Thanks Helzberg Diamonds!

We were assisted by Troy and I have to say he is absolutely amazing! He respected our budget and wasn’t pushy at all. In the end he sold us evything we wanted and we couldn’t have been happier. If you want a nice and respectful person helping you I highly recommend this place and most importantly I suggest Troy as your salesman.

My husband was inquiring about upgrading my wedding ring as a anniversary gift. We visited the Independence Store and was immediately greeted warmly by Joe L. Joe asked what brought us in and we began the search for the perfect diamond.Joe L. and the store manager, Troy answered all of our questions and made us feel like valued customers. They even expedited the work on my ring to ensure we had it for our anniversary. The end result was STUNNING and I could not be more pleased.I would highly recommend Helzberg, specifically the Independence location. Other locations (who shall remain nameless) could take customer service tips from Joe L. and Troy.

Amazing customer service! We were helped by Neil & Rebecca. They had actually sold the ring I had looked at a few weeks before, so they had an employee who left and got another from another store. Every piece of jewelry my husband buys me is from Helzberg...tonight proved why. We will continue to only shop here!

Let me start with what I think is good. The store looks really good and very professional. Now let me give you the list of bad. This was not my first time I’ve came in to this store with my wife just to look at rings to possibly buy. The first time every store clerk tried to pressure us into buy any and every ring we looked at, not really sure why you would want your customer to buy a ring they are not sure they would be happy with? I’m going to safely assume the sales clerks are really desperate for sales needless to say they were not successful in closing a deal with me or my wife except leaving a bad taste in our mouth for Helzberg. Last night we decided to give Helzberg another chance because they had a nice ring selection according to the website we have been looking at for a few days. When we walked in we had a sales clerk come to us and seemed very professional and noticed we went straight to the rings. We told him that the stone fell out of my wife’s ring and we were considering upgrading it because we have already been together for a few years. We looked at some rings and showed them a picture of one we kinda liked but wanted to see it in person. I can’t remember the women’s name but she started helping up and was trying to pressure us into buying the first one we looked at, then proceeded to make a comment after my wife and I both said we needed to think about it because the price of the ring was almost at our max budget and when we said that she turned and looked at me and said “do you really want your wife to walk around with a ring with a missing stone” I’m not sure if she thinks that’s a good sales tactic but my wife found it really rude and I found it incredibly desperate for a sale and just wanted us to get something and get out of the store. I thought about this last night and I remember the very first time I walked into the store and my wife and I got her as our sales women before. She was very unprofessional, did not care about what we wanted, and was just focused on making her sale. When we were ready to leave to go to a different jewelry store she tried to say that the ring is the only one of its kind they have and it’s already been marked down so if you come back and it’s gone don’t be mad at me. Just seems really desperate. We ended up going to Zales and the women there that helped us was incredibly nice and showed us lots of rings and even had us use the jewelers loop to show us the quality of the rings and how they are put together so we would know exactly what we were getting. Zales ended up earning our business and my wife has a new ring and it’s exactly what she wants. I would recommend anyone who has had a bad experience with Helzberg to check out Zales and give them a chance, as they were way more professional, and actually wanted to earn your business rather than make a quick sale, and make sure your happy with what your buying.

Helzberg diamonds was amazing. They really helped me ever way they could, to not only get the best deal but also exactly what I needed. 10 out of 10 would go there again, and Im planning to go there again for any future needs that I have with my engagement ring purchase.

Worst customer service!!!Ive visited this location twice, first time with my brother and his friend. The employees did not greet us, they stood by talking to each other (we were the only customer in the store at the time). After 5 minutes of looking around they finally asked if we were going to buy anything, we said we were just looking at the moment, and they started giving us an attitude. Went back a few months later looking for a wedding ring for my then fiancé, the gentleman helping my mother and me was very impatient and sat there tapping his fingers on the display case because another customer (an elderly couple) was trying to discuss their purchase with another employee and they were blocking the case. He kept trying to talk me into expensive rings, and when I told him I wanted to look around at a few other places he got huffy and told me I wasnt going to find a better deal anywhere else.

The customer service was great when my boyfriend and I walked in on a Saturday evening. It must be different shifts who dont have customer service.

Went in to browse some online products in person with a friend; talked with the sales associate Kalin about planning some of my own engagement ring ideas and learned a lot from him! Very well informed about jewelry and the company, and very pleasant to talk to.

Really disappointed waited for a week to get a ring in and to find out it doesnt fit. Also wasted money on gas and time comming out here. Only gave a extra star because there nice. Probably will be going to kays
