I had an unusual experience when the store opened I was the 1st person in but this Muslim guy tries to take over and I thought the employee was going wait on him first but they didnt this was my first visit to Pandora and it was for my soon to be 15 year old. Shes #1 in a group of 88 9th graders I brought 3 charms a passport because shes been everywhere and granddaughter and her initial I hope she loves it overall my experience was very very good and from now on it will be a charm for a good report card.

Left Merchandisie and keys on the counter. Amber and Tanya are very unprofessional and very rude. Could not answer questions on returns. Had someone one is spandex sitting in the back.

Terrible customer service didnt get the help I needed with an exchange for larger bracelet that was a gift. Also was ignored for a while till I asked for help.

No one answers the consumer affairs line it just rings and puts you on hold they answer emails and promise to get back within 24 hours they did not I am trying to get a broken charm replaced I am done with Pandora jewelry poor customer service
