Its good to shop local . Also lots of times you can find quality food there instead of the box stores .

G&W is about the same as a Fiesta Foods. If you dont know what that is, youre too young to be shopping alone and should probably call your mom for assistance.The store was clean and staff was nice.I was basically only there for the fireworks stand in the parking lot.If their prices were better, Id shop there instead of Walmart, but Im on a budget and they just charge too much for certain items.Anyway, its a decent store.

The customer service is great to be honest, but Im not gonna lie I have gotten food from there on more than one occasion and honestly its been bad. From fruits to veggies to meat like its so bad to the point even my 6 year old daughter can sew it bad. But they have always been great on either refunding me or getting better products. Just wish the selections were better knowing priceses can be a bit high than walmart and the food is less than the quality of walmart

Ive been shopping at G&W foods for years and I cant recommend it enough. The customer service is always amazing, the prices are fair and they have such a wide selection of products that you wont be able to resist walking out with more than just your list!

I really try to support local business but too many times recently I have been very displeased with the quality of some products. The final straw was the rude checker Rhonda. First she counted my corn which was one short. My husband forgot an item in the cart which I brought to her attention. Under her breath she called him a cheat. I wont be back.

Almost never crowded, good people that are consistent in the community. Definitely a change from the Walmart grocery a few blocks down, where its always packed and usually isnt properly stocked for days on end.

Closed bathrooms an hour early and wouldn’t let people go in.

Excellent store for groceries located locally. The size of the store decreased the number of steps needed to survey all departments. There are many of the named brands available along with generic options that allow savings items. The check out was prompt and efficient. They also sell beer both domestic and international options.Hours are reasonable and employees are helpful. Assistance is provided to the vehicle with larger orders. There is a deli inside that serves lunches and hot food. Nice place to go for convenience. Prices are higher than Walmart.

A typical American grocery store, like it should be. A great alternative to shopping at the anti American Walmart establishment. Great selection, decent prices, friendly service and few if any made in China labels. It WOULD be a great place to shop if theyd kill the loud rock music. That was the one drawback I found here. Could be a 5 star experience, but the music is uncomfortable and made me want to hurry and get out of there. I would have purchased more if I could have shopped in peace and comfort and not felt violated and nervous from the unnecessary noise pollution.

Prices a bit higher on grocery items so buying on sale or knowing where to shop for what is a good idea. The deli, bakery and meals to go are great. Produce and choice meats are very good. Adequate parking. Closer to downtown area. Only a few checkout lanes. Hasnt been modernized much.

They keep it quite clean and also variety of instant make meals to choose from which is very great. Overall nice store with friendly service.

Prices were alright... Meat selection was good... 5 for 25 is always nice deal but skimpy looking country style ribs... Other places are bigger/more in each package so they are not really worth the 5$. The deli has the best chicken I have ever had!!!!

So much better now that G&W took over. Great for sales and coupons, otherwise, prices can be pretty high and bulk fresh chicken never available. Great new freezers, but still more needs to be done. Fresh produce varies in reliability; sometimes an abundance and looks great, sometimes over ripe and hardly stocked. Definitely making improvements!

Best meat in town! If you dont see it in the display, ring that doorbell by the meat display and help is on its way! The produce section always has local favorites like collard greens,mustard greens,kale(for those kale freaks), tomatillos, lots of local grown products so you know its fresh! Friendly, hometown folks to help you also!

Clean & like the produce selection. The only sour note was at the check out. Young girl sacked my groc didnt bother to put them in my cart, or asked if I need help. Just ignored me & went on with her long winded story. Very rude.

Some of the prices are high on some things. Their meat is fresh and they can cut the cut you want if they dont have it out. The produce is always fresh and crisp. The staff is helpful and very friendly. I prefer their produce and meat over Walmart any day!

Great little hometown grocery store, which makes it more homier than big box stores like Walmart. Some items are a bit pricey, but they do have more deals and other items that help stretch a buck.

I normally like to run in for quick things. This place is expensive and last night I slipped on the floor throwing one of my items and yelling. The cashier came and looked but did not ask if I was ok.

Clean, spacious, well stock, friendly associates. And dont have to wait in line to check out. Also they give fruit away to children who come in. In our area where hunger is high. This is a big plus in my book.

This store does NOT close at 9pm. As a closing manager, I promise you we are open until 10pm EVERY night. Other G&W stores close at 9pm. This one does not.

Went in on Saturday morning and ordered the three peice catfish and when I got home and started eating it it was very spicy. I called and talked with a lady that worked in the deli and she stated that they have had a lot of the same complaints but there was nothing that she can do about it!!! Really?? That’s all she had to say!! Someone needs to teach her how to handle customer complaints...
