I was so sad to see Nature’s Pantry get sold. We knew the owners and loved them. After giving Natural Grocers a chance I am pleased to say they do a great job!! We partner with them with our race company and they provide great stuff for our runners. Also this location is perfectly located next to Little Blue Trace Trail. The parking lot is big and easy to get in and out of even when it’s busy.

Great health food store! They have lots of things I want and need at very good prices. The very helpful friendly staff makes the place an excellent experience as I really enjoy shopping here.

I love this place. So many reasons to love this place. The people are great, the produce is pesticide free, there is a nature trail right behind the store and its right by a QT. If you are into mountain bikes this is your store.

Hey, I was really excited to see the apple cider prebiotic. So many flavors I got the grape. And Ill try to update this when I open it. $2.25 a bottleUpdate... I opened it this morning and it was not bad at all, you can barley taste the vinegar, one bottle is a 2 day serving. Half bottle per day.

My husband and I are going sugar free for the next 3 months and this is the perfect store for getting started. We got so many healthy things including a sugar replacement and sugar free ketchup!

I went in for three things. One of them was tortillas, the fridge was out of stock. Fair enough. I went to look for beef jerky and the brand I wanted, every single variety, was expired. Im talking expired in January and March, its July. I walked around the store twice trying to find someone to help and ran into a cashier also running around the store trying to find someone else to help him with question while his customer waited at the register. He was the only one in the store on the floor. After ten minutes of waiting and looking I gave up because what the hell lol. Absolutely terrible.

Im a big believer in natural medicine and I (and my family) have benefited greatly from many of the products Ive bought from Natural Grocers. Colloidal silver and grapefruit seed extract are staples in my home. These items have healed many everyday ailments. I LOVE this place!

The 3-day sale was not as expected. 1/3 of the items were not available. Workers are always courtesy.

This store doesnt check people for face masks. A couple came in without face masks. When I asked an employee why she didnt know. There are signs on the front door saying everyone has to wear them. Also, Ive supposedly been a rewards member for a few years but have never gotten a reward. Ive expressed my concern about this many times but they never seem to care.Their prices are too high. We used to buy a lot here but there is a new rule that only one item per receipt can be returned. I have all kinds of allergies. That rule doesnt work for nor is it fair to me. We dont buy much here anymore.

I have had some problems with the produce recently and they dont seem to be keeping the supplements stocked as well. I have noticed a lot of turnover in the workers perhaps that is why.

Nice store with a good selection. Didnt have time to look at everything but they seem to have a nice selection and good prices. Looking forward to going back when I have more time. Hopefully next time the cashier doesnt have a 20 minute conversation about cats with the customer she is checking out. Apparently she couldnt continue scanning products and talking at the same time. Cats are ok but talk about them on your personal time.

Actually a really incredible location with tons of options. I scored some great deals and found products I could no longer find at other health food stores like thunderbird bars. Only complaint was that they had an insanely slow lady at the checkout and a pretty big line formed because of it.

The workers know their stuff. They know where stuff is located. Down side is price. Its expensive, but you do get quality.

Its a good location for me and easy to get in and out of traffic. Laid out well. Good range of options. Clean and open spaces. Only the overt high prices pulls the stars down for the franchise overall.

They have great prices and actual healthy food . I usually go here or sprouts . They are mostly cheaper than sprouts and have good quality and good in-house stuff as well. The staff is the reason I made it 3 stars instead of 5.

I love this store. It has all the unusual things that you need that other stores dont carry. Plus the water dispenser is awesome at 25 cents a gallon!

Cool store. Went in looking for non diary milk alternatives. Ended up buying some tomatoes and garlic. Seemed expensive but I pulled the trigger. Freshest most flavorful produce I have had in a minute. Worth the extra cash. Store was clean and fresh smelling. Staff was friendly without being intrusive. Ill be back.

I come here for all my supplements & vegetables. Ive always had good service. And Ive always found what I needed. But today was out of the ordinary. A young fella named Corey saw that I was deciphering my wifes list & walked me through the store to find each item. I didnt have to ask for help. He volunteered it. And when I was in line to check out he had opened a second check out station to help without being called by the manager.THATS GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! We need more like Corey! Keep it up Natural Grocers!

Awful adjustment or return procedure. I was overcharged on 3 items and it took several minutes of standing around to correct. I will look elsewhere as this third time for this annoyance!!!!

No more discounts for orders by the case. I bought three cases of sardines and when I showed up to get them they told me they no longer honor the 10% bulk order discount. They could have told me that when I ordered them.

Political Agendas are not something that should be allowed by employees. One of the cashiers was flying a button on her Apron with a strong political agenda. It would be nice to just be able to go somewhere and get away from the bombardment separating races.

I like the cleanliness of the store. The employees were courteous and helpful.However, I felt overwhelmed and I believe labeling and arranging items in an organizational fashion needs to happen.The lay out of the store could be better.The store is not appealing to the eye when you first walk in. Overall I like that they have so many GREAT products. I give it 4 stars!

I am really glad to have a Natl Grocers in this area. I appreciate the variety of organic foods especially the produce. Also the selection of pet food. My first experience with them was the old Vitamin Cottege in Denver many years ago. The employees are always very helpful and friendly. I find the atmosphere to be relaxing and welcoming. 😊

I dont feel like employees should be able to advertise political agendas. Instead, the company should work on making sure ALL races feel welcome. And no, Im not white. Cooperations should leave political agendas to the politics. I felt like I was being judged by the cashier, even when I asked her how her day was, she was very short with her answer and didnt seem friendly at all.

I do not allow my wife to shop at this store anymore because of the unsafe conditions.

Place seems unorganized, like items are together, but aisles go in weird angles and directions. Visually unappealing. Staff was great at helping me find what I needed. Prices were reasonable.

I cannot say enough about how amazing the service, options and prices are. Some prices on certain items are not lower, so do your research. Vegan options are outstanding. Customer service is unmatched, really, they are amazing!!!!!Produce section is small this time of year (Feb in MO) but I still found Meyer Lemon, Parsnips, Rainbow Chard, 3 varieties of Sweet Potatoes, Rutabagas, and 3 varieties of Kale & any herb.No other grocery store in the area can top that.Vitamin/supplement section is GNC on steroidsThey have natural/organic toiletries as well - even toilet paper.The most impressive part was customer serviceBring your own bag, although they provide boxes from their shipments. Love they reuse

As Natures Pantry, this was such a great place with excellent sales and options. Now, currently operating as Natural Grocers... Theres a stuffy/stale air to the environment; its clear that corporate mentality has won over this business, unfortunately. While some staffers remain from the beloved NP days, they do not appear as happy with their surroundings and new staffers are just all around unfriendly.I used to shop very regularly at this place, Im talking three sometimes four days a week I would be there shopping and spending money to support this business, and now, they are lucky to see me twice a month. I have been treated poorly consistently by all new staff members (including management) who were not a part of the Natures Pantry team, and, admittedly, that has resulted in a serious decline for my visits there.Options are generally aplenty, because healthy eating and healthy options are a major market commodity right now.. Natural Grocers hasnt hesitated to pick up a lot of these brands, so theres lots of choices. Sales can be hit or miss, so you just really never know unless you visit the site before visiting.They do have a tendency to have sales on expired or close to expiring food, but it is generally still way too high to pay for old food. The best deal they have going is the $2 produce bags, as there are plenty times that you can rack up something great, say 6 cucumbers for $2. Not a bad deal!

Very knowledgeable people to help with whatever youre looking for. Usually have alternatives for healthier groceries, etc. More expensive than typical grocery stores. Dont have as much selection in produce as I usually associate with natural stores and sometimes dont look as good as the organic produce in local grocery stores.

Natural Grocers is one of the best stores in the K.C. Metro area for healthy food, vitamins, cleaners and HBA. One of my absolute all time favorite stores. The selection and service from the incrediable staff cannot be beat. Some items are a little pricey (meat/paper products) if they dont have it, you probably dont need it. Like a really small town grocer 😁❤

My first visit to the store was a good one. I was not in for food though. Looking for vitamins and toothpaste. I have a hard time finding the toothpaste we like and they carried it and many other options. The store was clean and the workers were very helpful. While there were not tons of options, I saw many amazing and interesting products.

Love this store. The best people working there. It is a very well ran store. Affordable healthy food options. My kids love the fruit I buy there for them.

What a said grocery store. It doesnt compare to the Natural Grocers in Overland Park. Small, dark and poor layout. Ill shop elsewhere.

I dont get to come here very often. Since they changed to New Management Ive gotten used to not having Chobani yogurt as an option. If they have changed that since then I will give them 6 Stars💹. Do you still have a section on produce that is usable but maybe slightly less desirable in appearance? I didnt see one last time. I did enjoy it that about the prior management decision. Cashiers were very friendly and cordial. Hope I can come back soon. My health issues and the fact that I dont drive enter into transportation here.

Went here looking for star anise when I could not find them at any of the large grocery stores in the area. I was pleasantly surprised with this place. Its a nice lil health food store, prices are very affordable and both the products and service were top notch.

Decent prices, they do have good sales though. Staff is always very friendly. Sometimes lines can get a little long because they usually only have one cashier. Otherwise great atmosphere.

They have truly run this amazing store into the ground. They have corporatized too much and changed everything since they bought out Natures Pantry, to the extent they have pretty much run me off as a customer. There are only a few things I can find there that I cant anywhere else in the area to keep a little of my business.
