Very kind staff and audiologists who did a very thorough job evaluating my hearing and explaining the results after. I feared that my hearing loss had progressed more than it had. The staff did a great job of listening to my concerns, testing me thoroughly, and explaining the results to me afterward. Visiting with them brought me significant peace of mind and Im glad I went to them. Would recommend them to anyone!

Good Doctor. Good hearing test but not free. Absorbent charge for hearing aids. Discounted to $5400 plus more. Went to Costco where hearing test was free. Hearing aids with charger $1799 and 5 year warranty. So, go to Costco. Top notch hearing aids and great price. Saved about $4000.

Even amidst all this pandemic, they were friendly & professional. Dr. Hopkins Williams is awesome!! He took time with us, explaining everything & answering all our questions. He shared all our options and my husband thought for the last 40 years that he had tinnitus that was progressively getting worse and found out that it was due to the inner ear bones trying to decipher sounds that werent there due to hearing loss. Amazing, it should be taken care of with the hearing aides. Thank you, Dr. Travis!!!

Our family has been using Associated Audiologists since 1989 while living in Olathe. We are now living in Lees Summit and are very glad AA now has an office much closer to home. During a recent visit, I had a number of questions concerning my current aids and comparison with newer technology. Dr. Hopkins Williams very thoroughly explained what the newer aids are able to do, with a written quotation for the aid I felt was best fo me.
