The staff at Beltone have been awesome! They displayed great knowledge of their products and great customer service! They were so helpful and patient when dealing with my friend who is a senior citizen. She will benefit greatly by having her new hearing aids!

I’ve struggled with my hearing for many years. The testing was extensive and explained to me completely. I was amazed that I could hear much more clearly after trying the hearing aid.

Staff was polite and friendly, and the hearing test was free, the results were well explained, and there was no sales pitch. Ive been to some loud concerts, and it was a relief to learn my ears arent damaged.

Glen does a wonderful job of explaining and hes very thorough.

Always a great experience when I have to come in for my quarterly check up.

My experience in this follow-up visit was excellent. I have always had good visits with Glen Roe and this visit was no exception.This visit was just a follow-up. There was nothing seriously wrong with my instruments,so he just cleaned them and gave them back to me.

My dad bought the hearing aid and Glen has helped us from A-Z. Glen is very patient to adjust the machine for my dad because his ears were very bad once he met Glen. Glen comes to my dad’s home frequently to tune up the machine We are pleased with Glen and Rachel as well for the customer services. Thanks Glen

From my first entry I have been greeted in a warm manner and received very carefully, efficient skilled care by the audiologist in checking my hearing level, adjusting what is needed. Reception is special to remember and recognize mre,, which is always appreciated. I return quarterly for a checkup on my hearing aids, and reminded a ew days efore of the appointment. No question Im happy to recommend this location.

I bring my mom to Beltone on 23rd street and Glen is great! He always takes good care of my mom. The front office is always very friendly and efficient.
