Ive been coming to this office in Independence for quite awhile. Always had a positive experience. Brent Caruthers is exceptional. And his assistant, Angie. They both are courteous, helpful and accommodating. Brent doesnt rush through and I enjoy his sense of humor.

Ive been coming to these places since Ron Gamble was the specialist at Blue Ridge Tower. That was in 79. He retired in 03 and several other specialists took over there. Including Brent Caruthers who is now with Starkey off of 40 near 291. Brent is great, always takes care of my aids tubings fast and efficiently, he always makes sure my aids are working to my satisfaction and then asks how I am,and takes a few minutes to chat to make me feel comfortable and welcome. I thank him and all workers there for being very nice people.
