Absolutely loved their Ice cream I ordered a take out order went in about 10 minutes prior to my pick up time and within a couple minutes of walking in they had my order ready.

Me and my husband went to take our 3 year old daughter to get ice cream. We seen the sign saying we have to have a mask. He went back to the car to find one and we didn’t have one with us. We thought maybe they would have some for us. After waiting in line we get to the front and my daughter is picking which ice cream she wants. The kid who works there was going to let it go but the other lady was not. She said she can’t serve us without a mask. I asked if they had any for us. She said no and was obviously not phased at all. The poor kid tried to argue for us I could tell he felt bad. So we had to tell our daughter we had to leave without any ice cream. I understand the make rule… but it’s the no compassion that got me. Also I’m in my third trimester of pregnancy.❤️Thank you to the lady who saw it all and gave us extra masks to put in our car. We will not be going back

I had the most weirdest experience I have ever had. I was the only one waiting in line when I arrived as the clerk was already helping someone else. Right before he finished, another customer walked up behind me. When he was done, he stated I am helping the customer behind you, not you. He walked to the back and got someone else to help me. It was awkward enough to the point that when I stepped back for another family to look to order, that the customer behind me came up and apologized to me. It would be a stretch to go all Kevin and say that some sort of discrimination or something happened here, but it was way out of line and I will not be returning. I have uploaded my receipt from the experience too.Update: Max from Coldstone did reach out to me through email but took no responsibility for the interaction and clearly stated this is not how they do business. Through correspondence I was essentially told my experience never happened and it is how they do buisness.

Best experience ever.what a staff I think so tgere is new crew is working.one of the fat girl and her friend was so wired and disrespectfu girls I stop going there because of them.now they have nice crew and best customer service. I recommend highly to go this store. Best icecream 🍦 Amazing 👏

So I’m am socially conscious and understand these are trying times but if you are business and you require masks you should provide them the service was very bad I only went to the way overpriced place instead of Dairy Queen because of a gift card and they said I must leave I told them I forgot my mask and am vaccinated and asked if they had a mask for me they said no and I must leave how rude I hope they go out of business customer service everywhere is gone. I am 20 minutes away from my house and I did not bring a mask on accident. Most places get it and will make it through but not this one. I went at 6:30 on oct 21 2021

Consistently good refreshing treat. Decently priced, good service, only bad thing is when I had it, the temperature was 95 degrees so it melted quickly lol.

My experience has been mostly positive. However, it only takes one bad experience to disappoint a customer. Indoor seating is unavailable and its raining heavily today so we had to take our treat home. Our excitement quickly turned to irritation when I got home, 5 minutes away, and see that the lid is not properly on the cup. Now I have melted ice cream all over my seat and Im sure my car will smell like sour milk until Im able to get it cleaned. I didnt realize that putting a lid on a container was such tricky business and that I should double check the associates lid applying skills.

Maybe just me way over priced but more importantly it truly tore up my stomach

Staff was friendly and the line moved quickly. The outdoor eating area was clean and nice!

Employees were not very friendly. They also looked like they had no clue what they were doing. They did not chop up or mix in the in the ingredients enough. I ended up with 2 giant halves of a chunk of cookie dough. Either they werent trained, or they just didnt do what they were taught to do.

I missed this place sooo much. Always get the cake batter ice cream! Its my favorite!

Great service and food!

The line was long, so I opted to just get some pre-made items out of the freezer. I got right through cause i didnt need them to make anything. The service was great for me, but the prices were pretty high. The prices werent marked on the freezer, so I was blindsided with it at the register.My brother-in-law, however, waited in line. He was in there for a very long and while the ice cream is always delicious, the place appeared to be short staffed. The staff that was there seemed overwhelmed.Ill go back cause the ice cream is amazing. But hopefully next time the pace is staffed appropriately. Also, Ill stay away from the pricey, pre-made freezer items. Lesson learned there!

Had a brookie ice cream. Ladies were nice and the brownie tasted like it was made with real cocao. As usual, the ice cream was perfection. Cold and creamy.

My mom took her grandkids to the independence mo location, she paid $65 for their ice creams and then was told that they couldn’t eat inside. There were no signs on the door and it was 46° outside. She also didn’t want 6 children eating ice cream in her car. So they all got about 3 bites and then had to throw it away because they were too cold standing outside. The employees also had terrible attitudes. We asked why they didn’t post signs and were told “they used to be posted” 🙄 very helpful.

Pulled up at 10:05 pm on sat 10/24/2020 and they turned the open sign off before we could get out of the car. Online states that they are open till 1030 seems like they just wanted to leave early for the night which I get but still you could be more professional about it maybe turn your sign off before we arrived when there werent any cars or customers around

I was excited to try this place. My small cone was $8, ok might be really good. My chocolate really had no chocolate flavor but the added peanut butter was tasty and it was cold. Gave you an extra star.

Cold stone creamery is my favorite ice cream place!! The service was impeccable, and of course the ice cream was amazing!!! This place has by far the best ice cream I’ve ever had!

Always love the Cold Stone, you get to choose your Ive cream and toppings and its always really cool to see them mix it up on the stone. I love that you get to choose what you want, but they also have specialty options if you have no idea what to do yourself, and those are always good as well!! 😊 The staff is helpful if you dont know what you want, or if you want to know what would go good with something your trying.

Best ice cream store there is. The staff is beyond exceptional, and so is their ice cream. I never realized Cold Stone makes their ice cream right in store, therefore giving their customers literally the freshest ice cream possible. They even perform tricks with serving their ice cream. Completely worth every penny. Revolutionizing the ice cream experience!

I ordered a ice cream Birthday cake. After serving, I took off round bottom cardboard, back said Display. No telling what we ate, tasted terrible.

Slow service, not friendly. Picked up a delivery order and they didnt greet me, just told me to, stand over there

I got marshmallows for 1 of my mix in deals. Only put like 7 in it. No biggie, but then I found a hair on 2 of them, so that was gross. waffle cone was a bit stale, but it was late when we came. I tried the pistachio flavored ice cream. It was delicious. I would come again, maybe just at a different location.

Dont bother going during this covid thing. They keep changing their hours. And even lock the doors an hour before the sign on their door says theyll be closed.

The girls who work here are super nice and, coincidentally, super pretty. Ice cream is great and totally worth the higher price because the girls make it in the store. Id say its a good price to pay to ensure youre getting better quality ingredients compared to another ice cream place like Dairy Queen. They gave me information on the ingredients. Also, love walking into the store and smelling the waffle cones. Can you guys make a candle scent out of it? My ice cream was only $5, but I tipped them another $5 just because the service was amazing. I will be coming back soon.

I love this place and so does everyone else considering the long lines everytime I go there. Even in the winter they stay busy. Its definitely worth the wait though.

Awesome staff. Always busy. Gave 4 stars because seating is limited and tables arent always super clean. Seemed to be renovating soon so this review may end up being invalid after the renovation.

So the ice cream is good but expensive but what really lowered my rating is the employee. First off she wasnt wearing any gloves which is nasty because human hands are nasty. That doesnt even factor in the fact that she was handling money -which is a germ heaven- then scooping ice cream which is a big health hazard. Hopefully they get this fixed or get inspected by a health official.

It is a wo wonderful ice cream shop! I love that I can get all chocolate! Mmmm my favorite is chocolate devotion with fudge. Chocolate chips.. and a huge brownie bite!

Staffing could be better. The way that the workers glare at you while you order is unsettling, other than no smile. The napkins were out in one dispenser and no one was filling them everyone retreated to the back. This is the second visit where teens are left running the store and are unprofessional to say the least. If one of them is an adult, its hard to tell. Tables werent clean. No one addressing the dining area or patio. For the money spent here I would think service would of been better.

Yes its expensive, cones are like $2 extra, but gee it was delicious. Mine came out to $8 for large size portion + cone.Definitely a good place to go on a fun date with friends or family. Theres a walking trail & a nice playground right next door.

Delicious ice cream! I think it is highly overpriced (expect to pay around $8 per person), but it is a more luxury type of experience than other ice cream places. Always kept clean in my experience, and the staff is friendly!

Product excellent!! Service though doesnt have the energy as the OFallon, IL location. Here, it feels more like a transaction versus an experience for the kids. Perhaps backwards from what most people think but having ordered the Like It, I was kind of annoyed with the enormous portion. Looked like it belonged in the Love It at least, pushing Gotta Have It portion. With that much served in a smaller bowl, the ice cream tends to melt over the sides and make a mess. All that being said, again, the ice cream is great and we will certainly be back.

This is a great little treat. Theres a park next door for outdoor fun, a patio, or indoor seating. The music was hip. Clean, quick, tastey, and I loved it.

Me and my accomplices and I had a taste for some sweet dairy products this evening... It was late, around 9:45 we checked what the establishments hours were on a Saturday evening such as this. The website said 11pm was when they closed so we rejoiced and set off for our late night treat. We arrived awhile later it was around 10:10,we approached the door with delight, I opened the door to the establishment for my accomplices we entered into the building. People were giving their orders and there was product being made, right there on the cold stones but alas we were immediately yelled at and were told were closed we awkwardly shuffled out in reverse surprised at this new development. We all looked at each other with surprise and sadness in our eyes, we all assumed that there was faulty information online.. But we looked at the door and it confirmed they closed at 11pm this evening, thus 1 star

Used to love this place but now its not worth coming. The sizes went down and the prices went way up. The ice cream isnt worth it anymore.
