Excellent. The collision center fixed my Tacoma after it was hit in a parking lot in the time frame they estimated. Great communication. I like that there is a rental car place on site although I didn’t need to use it since I was going on a vacation. The insurance process was flawless and they took care of everything after I filed the claim with the insurance company belonging to the person who hit my vehicle. Would definitely recommend after my experience.

Took in for car repair. I was without my car for a month. They order my parts and painted them . As they tried to apply it, they realized it was the wrong pieces. I don’t understand why they didn’t check the parts before painting . I had to wait a whole month for my parts to come and be installed. When they install my parts this time, it was fast literally within a day . I’m grateful for that.

Make sure you get with BB salesman! He took good care of us! He made sure I was within a certain budget! I love my new Traverse! I don’t think I was treated better anywhere!!!

I received a text stating my car was finished. I arrived to pick it up and there was a run in the clearcoat, clearcoat was messed up on top of my car where the tape melted the clearcoat to keep overspray off, huge pieces of lint and debris in the clearcoat, car was still dirty, scratch on the new piece they just put on. I took my car home and had to come back to get it fixed. They said 40 minutes. It was 3 hours. Car was still dirty!!! Unprofessional behavior from several of the staff. I will NEVER go back or recommend them for anyone.

Granted I started off not having a good experience, but after a detailed talk with HR named Tonya she was extremely helpful along with the lovely ladies inside the collision area in the back building. The manager Joe needs some work done on his customer service, but love the work his done on my vehicle. Great place to get your vehicle worked on, would definitely do business with them again

Great service and quality work! I had my car repaired by another local shop through Allstate and I was not happy with their service or their workmanship. Allstate allowed me to take it to Blossom. They took care of all of the poor quality work and fixed everything the first shop didn’t take care of. I am very happy with their work here and would highly recommend for personal or insurance needs. And Chrissy was great to work with!

I had to take my car into Blossom Collision for some body repairs and I was very pleased with the service received. Stanley (I believe that’s his name) kept me informed every step of the way with updates about my vehicle. My car even got done before the expected due date. When I picked up my vehicle everything was fixed to perfection. I also would like to acknowledge the lady in the front office (I wish I remembered her name) but she sat on the right side when you walked in. She was very kind and helpful and I appreciate that. I’m glad I took my car to Blossom Collision!

They have had my truck since Jun 15th now July26th, all they keep saying is it is in clean up for the last week. Can never get anyone to give up date, how had is it to get it car washed and returned to the customer. I will never buy from or have service done here again

Very poor service here when I brought my SUV in for a factory recall. Kept it all day after I brought it in at opening hour. Had to find a way to come to pick up my vehicle before they closed or they would have kept it through the Memorial Day weekend until the following Tuesday without giving me the option to leave it there or not. I had to WORK!!!

Although they didnt fix my truck they were very kind and took their time explaining everything to me and my husband and even lap does leave our truck there for 2 days while we wait for a tow truck to pick it up I would definitely use them if I need work done on truck. They were just a little expensive for my taste but it is a dealership so keep that in mind ....

Ed the collision center manager is at the very least lazy if not down right dis honest! I took my truck there for collision work through insurance for repairs, being a 2017 vehicle less than 5 years old Indiana law requires oem parts be used at the customers discretion (confirmed with insurance). After looking over my written estimate I realized they were going to use after market parts (usually lesser than quality of oem). I called to have this corrected, after a few hours without submitting a estimate to insurance or even checking with them he called my wife and told her that my insurance would not cover oem parts because the bumper was “chrome” that was a outright lie! I verified twice with two different insurance reps and another credible dealership as well as trying to rectify the situation with blossom while Ed continued to stick to his story and claim he was unaware (mind you he never bothered to check). I would also think the manager would be well aware of repair guidelines and laws and thus the reason I believe he is dis honest. All in all I believe he was trying to increase his profit margin at my expense and I would not recommend them for repairs!

Brought my vehicle in through Geico, the staff was very knowledgeable and thorough from the beginning to the end. I was kept informed via text and phone calls, had a slight delay due to an issue with parts but you cannot beat the excellent service they give!

Had to come here to get a side view mirror fixed on my Honda through Geico. They were super fast at fixing the part, they cleaned out my interior and exterior, and they checked my air in my tires. Id probably go to my Honda dealer for repairs normally but they did a great job. Having the rental car spot right there was nice too.

The completed work is amazing. However, I had to do much of the organizing between my insurance company and the shop. Staff shared “I just fix the cars”. Customer service and Interaction with the public by employees could be more helpful and professional.

My estimator, Robert Trimpi, was very professional and timely with providing me with updates on the work being completed on my car. My car looks great and the service was excellent!

This was the most horrible experience one can imagine. My suburban was hit from the back which had rear and frame damage only. I drove my truck to this company because the motorist that hit me insurance company delt with them before. They told me what ever damages they will pay for. I drove my truck there with no problems on July 14th. The accident was July 10th. After she gave me my estimate. I asked when I would hear something back and she said within a week. Well that week turned into 3wks. I drove up there to ask why they havent called me. She said well my truck left then came back then left again. She told me to contact the other insurance if they havent called by the end of the week. Well they finally called in which I was told they are going to total out the vehicle. I ended up buying it back. When I came in to pick up my vehicle. I was told I had to pay $150 to get my vehicle out. I told them Im not paying anything. They called the other insurance company and they paid for it. I walk back with my 3yr old to my truck and it was on a flat. I went back to the desk and told them this is not how my vehicle was brought in and I want it fixed. She then said it probably had a slow leak from sitting. I told her no my truck tire is off the rim. They then said well we have to get a technician to fix and it will be a hour worth of time so we have to call the insurance to approve it. The rental was due back this day and they had to extend it another day for me. Well the next day I called which they said they would call but didnt. They said the insurance didnt approve and I need to bring a jack in to jack up and they will put air in. I told her Im not bringing a jack in to a vehicle that I drove in on all four tires. This was in your care and I want it back how it was brought in. I called the other insurance company and told them that this was in their care and I dont know if they are playing a money game with you all or what. The insurance ended up paying for it. When I finally got my vehicle back. I noticed that they threw my obituaries away that I had of my Father and Grandmother. How I know they threw it away is because they kept my DMV information and put in sunvisor. This is unacceptable and they had no business throwing those away. They had no business even going through paper work in my vehicle. Nothing in there was for someone to steal or had any money value to. I dont want an apology because nothing can replace that memory.

Totally disappointed with my car service. I had a bad experience before with Blossom years ago and I thought maybe the reviews would prove me wrong. Not only did they have my car for over a month the communication was not great at all. I was told on two occasions my car was ready only for the vehicle not to be ready at all. My estimate went from $3300 to $7900 really quick and I get my car back and it feels like a death trap. There is no way that I should have not been advised of the misfire my car was doing and the slow take off when I had to put my kids in that car. I specifically asked several times is the service engine light on my car off and is there any other issues with the vehicle and I was told no the car was ready. I drove off the lot and the service engine light came on and the car was putting like it wanted to shut off. Now of course the issue isnt their fault and it is a maintenance issue. Really? So you didnt notice of mention that issue before you stated my car was ready. Now here I am stuck looking to have to pay more money to get my car running when before the accident my car had none of these issue. I am highly disappointed and would never recommend this place to anyone. My car shakes like it basically was just put together for the money and who care how safe it feels. God forbid I hit a big enough bump I have to pray my entire car doesnt flip over as it is so not balanced in any way and squeaks like crazy. I should have went with my first mind and stated away from this place. But they have all their money who care how safe or if my car runs. Not their issue.

After a fender bender, my boyfriend’s car was towed to this center by our insurance company. They were so reassuring and understanding. We had many questions and concerns, but they explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. They sent us a text to tell us where our car was in each step of the fixing process. We got our car back in 2 weeks and it’s running better than ever!

Blossom Chevrolet turned a really unfortunate situation into a really great one for me. My car had a lot of damage and they were able to fit me in right away, keep me in the loop with daily updates, and completely fix my car. Their customer service was impeccable and I even got my car back cleaned and detailed. I had zero issues with them, and I will take my car back if needed!

The ladies that work at the window deserve 5 stars. The man that called me back about my vehicle; I will not give him a star. He spoke so fast it was horrible. I only made out Blossom Chevrolet. Company does not honor warranty. Company handled my Geico insurance repair where they repaired my bumper and repainted it. Now the paint is chipping on my Mercedes C300. I took it in and they said it isnt their fault and is not covered under warranty. They repaired and repainted my bumper 6 months ago. I will never recommend or go back! Very bad customer service.Thanks for your quick response but it is not correct! My car did NOT incur secondary damage the work was not done correctly! No thank you I will NOT need help filing a claim. You will never touch any of my vehicles again. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced

After my accident my car was sent to Blossom. I recieved a text message with a link that allowed me to see the progress of my vehicle. My pick up date was delayed by a week but Im happy with what my car looks like. Very professional and geared towards the customer. Would definitely use them again.

They kind of took forever to fix my car, and when I got it back, they had managed to break my door panel on the drivers side so that I couldnt lock or unlock my doors. When I went back, they wanted to charge me $500 to fix what had been working just fine when I originally brought it in, plus an extra $65 to send the claim to my insurance. The body work wasnt bad, and most of the actual fixing went fine, but my mechanic was appalled that they even let me drive it off the lot when I took it to him only a week later. I have a new car now, and I wont be coming back.

From collision repair to a minor oil change, Blossom Collision Center are the hands you want taking care of your vehicle! I was served by Scott, the Assistant Manager and he was a true gem. I got an oil change, inquired about tires and front brake work and I could not have asked for a better, or more patient associate to assist me. Scott assured me that all questions I had would be answered and I was given estimates for all work needed. There was no pressure to get anything done and I really appreciated that! Blossom is the kind of place your refer family and dear friends to because thats how the staff there treat you!

First time it was something with the stock calipers. Then a cone came flying at me on the highway breaking my bumper. Yesterday an antifreeze leak which I admit its only been a day but I think its fixed. Blossom Collision got me through all sorts of car damage issues. They are always courteous and work in a timely matter. The dealership is on the other side of the lot but the two businesses always have respect for the customer- Blossom doesnt try to sell you a Chevy because of a car issue or tell a customer to talk to a Collision mechanic is they are having an issue. Works well with my auto insurance.

The work on my car itself was great and very timely. They communicated via text to keep me updated which was greatly appreciated. The front desk girls, on the other hand, are not great. They are inattentive and act put off by having to help customers. If youre taking time away from them being able to watch TV, youre an inconvenience. They were supposed to charge me two deductibles and only charged one due to them not paying attention. When they realized their mistake they called and I acknowledged I would pay them the second deductible but couldnt at that time because I was in the middle of something. Within days they are leaving me voicemails threatening their corporate attorney FOR THEIR MISTAKE lol. Very professional office crew!
