I have gotten 3 vehicles from this facility. The customer service is beyond approach. The facility is always clean. The service department is friendly and fast. They pay attention to detail and do not try to upsale you. I will never shop anywhere else for a vehicle.

I took my car in for an insurance fix and they had it for 5 weeks and I had a t-shirt in a gift bag that was stolen as well during the weeks it was there we we supposed to get my moms vehicle in to be fixed as soon as mine was done then they said we would schedule it when my car was finished and pushed her repair back a month and a half.... go somewhere else

Great service, with a pleasant atmosphere, and great quality work. I received great communication, between myself, insurance company, and the collision center as well having my vehicle returned ahead of schedule.Just another reason why I have done business with Ray Skillman, and will continue to do business with his company in the future.

I had dropped my car off to be repaired after and accident and was treated Absolutely Fantastic. I hadnt had an accident for 40 years so this was all new to me. They gave me a phone number for a rental car and called almost ever week giving me an update on my repairs! When I picked up my car I was very picky about my inspection and didnt find one thing wrong! My car was perfect! Thank all of you for taking care of me and my car!

Inspect your car when you pick it up. My new car was completely out of alignment. Also, they were rude when I returned my car for further inspection, even when I arranged it with my insurance company.They also made an arbitrary excuse as to why they could not help me. I took it somewhere else and they fixed the issue.

Couldnt get the price she needed

Got right in for an estimate after stopping @ 2 others & calling a 3rd. I had never heard of getting an appointment for a body repair estimate.

They do great work! Select Service provider for State Farm, plus State Farm partner Hertz has rental office across the street!

I went in to get an estimate as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by the receptionist. The lobby area was very clean and the wait time was grand. The gentleman who helped me with my estimate was very helpful & kind. Thanks for the excellent customer service 👍

Poor job by the estimators. Way over price the repair estimates and tell the insurance it will still cost more so they don’t have to do the work
