We did quite a bit of shopping around and had the best experience at this store. We worked with both Dagan and Lacey who were incredibly knowledgable and took the time to explain the different options without making us feel pressured or rushed. We walked away feeling like we understood the different options much more than any other store in town and went back a few days later to finalize our purchase. They understood timing was an issue for us and helped try to expedite our order while keeping in contact with us throughout the entire process. Our 3 year old also highly approved, as she had a blast trying out the beds and talking to the Tempur bears.

I already thought I would be purchasing a tempurpedic mattress from the store however the buying process was tailored to my sleeping needs and sleeping styles to ensure I was purchasing the correct mattress. Brandon was able to answer all my questions and helped make sure the mattress I was getting was the right one for me and not just the most expensive. Great experience all around!

Dagan is awesome and we were very happy with his knowledge and professionalism. I really like him and appreciated his expertise. He greeted us and introduced himself right away. He really knows the product and answered all of our questions very well. Never once did I feel pressured to purchase and he was insistent on us trying the products before purchasing which made complete sense. If it wasn’t for him I could have potentially bought the wrong bed. I would have bought the super firm until he showed us the LuxeAdapt firm with ergo extend base. It is perfect.The manager needs work (Lacey). She reprimanded Dagan on the sales floor. I expect more professionalism from a manager at a store where I’m spending almost 11k. I brought it up to her and told her she shouldn’t speak that way to employees on the floor in front of customers and she thanked me for my feedback (didn’t apologize). They probably need to get someone in there that can handle management.

Amazing service with Dagen at our first visit. Completely sold us on the Pro Breeze Medium with Ergo base. Tried a different company and wanted to try this once more to be sure its not what we wanted. Walked in not wanting adjustable base at all. Walked away completely wowed by zero gravity. Went back to the other brand store to try it once more just to be sure and quickly came back to Tempur-pedic. Slid in at the end of the day and Brandon helped us seal the deal. Excellent attention to detail and customer service all around. 10/10 would recommend!

The bed is amazing but there is NO customer support after the sale. We have owned the bed for 6 months and need to have the bed set back up properly after moving homes. Tempur-pedic will NOT do any house calls for maintenance after initial delivery. You are 100% on your own. I was told to look things up on Youtube. I explained the bed was too heavy for my wife and I to lift and move, but they had no alternative solutions than to call an 800 number to get phone support. I also found out the 90 day return policy only applies to the mattress, not the support or moving parts. After spending $9,000 on a bed a base this is extremely frustrating.

Brandon was incredibly helpful and walked us through all of the different properties and benefits of the Tempur-pedic mattresses. This was the best experience we had while shopping for our mattress.

The explained all the different options for mattresses and basses and how each combination would affect the price.
