I had brought my Pixel 2 in for a bloated battery in the hopes of having it replaced, since I didnt want to have to buy a new phone. I brought it in, was given a quote, and told they would have to order the battery since it was a pretty old phone. The guy I initially spoke with didnt warn me that it was a very risky fix and honestly not worth it, but the actual repair tech didnt know that I hadnt been warned and attempted the fix anyway. It did not work and the phone was completely unusable by the end. When I returned to the shop he explained what happened and attempted another fix, which was also unsuccessful. They did make it right in a big way by giving me a replacement phone, I am sad to have lost almost all of my photos, but I appreciate that they didnt leave me high and dry.

My experience was very good! I had a cracked glass shield that needed to be replaced, and this was expertly done. I was also told to leave the case off for 24 hours to let the new shield cure, I have never known this before, so I am grateful. The only reason I didnt give this business 5 stars is because they were out of the shield I needed when I first went in. I tried to call yesterday before going to make sure they had the shield in stock, but no one answered the phone. I wish I could have given them 4 1/2 stars.

Went in to get my ipad replaced and it was about a month before they could fix it. Said it would be done in a week max. Then when I got my ipad back, they broke something and had to take it in again! 0/10 would not recommend!!

Second review I ever felt compelled to write so far in my life (the other containing nothing but praise for a restaurants service). I do not want to belittle the company, but I want to make sure future customers are aware of any risks.Brought my Google Pixel 2XL in for diagnose and repair in early June. There was nothing wrong with the phones operation, as I just had trouble getting the charger to connect. The phone was still usable, and indeed, I continued to use if for several weeks as I saved for the repair. The charging issue was a minor annoyance at best, as I could still charge it with enough patience.After dropping it off at 12, I returned at 5pm for pickup, only to find an employee stating my phone was unusable, would not turn on, and was fried. I was told to take it to my provider and claim the manufacturers warranty. I thought this strange for a repair company, that had received my WORKING phone, to ask, but I complied to just move things along.After being laughed out of my providers store (who stated this was entirely due to the attempted repair), I brought the still non-working phone back. What followed was over 6-weeks of waiting (all the while either not having a phone or using junk family phones, right after I just moved down and started a new job), ending with them handing me my unusable phone, and them paying off the remaining payments on the phone.Let me state, I am VERY appreciative of the efforts by the manager to fix my device, and the help of removing the burden of the unusable device. But as things stand, I brought my favorite phone to date in for a repair, only to loose any use of it, and be out the money needed to purchase a new phone to replace it, with 1-2 months of grievance on top of it all.

Made an appointment online. When I showed up at the appointment time, nobody was there and doors were locked. Someone showed up about 25 minutes after posted opening time/appointment time. Then I was told they didnt have a computer tech to do the repair that the advertised they could do.

I called last week to ask about repairing my iPhone and was told that it probably could not be repaired. I asked about refurbished phones and found that you have them. I came in Thursday and purchased an iPone 7. I wasnt happy with the battery so returned, today, to see if I could get another phone. The battery was checked and found to be 99% good. I was given instruction to keep my battery running - close maps after using and set the phone on low power. Its working just fine! I have recommended you to others! Thank You!!

Very helpful staff, swift and effective repairs. I was without a cellphone for a while, and teetering back and fourth between which cellphone would be best for me. I purchased my new cellphone and within a day or two I had scratches on my screen from keeping it in my purse with my keys. Gentleman at the store informed me about this product called ZAGG Liquid Defense. Applied it to my phone and my screen is just like new, and no longer scuffs or scratches! I also needed help with updates, and keeping my phone running smoothly, and was helped with that as well. Very reasonable pricing, especially being a former Sprint customer and needing repairs and help from them... Costs an arm and a leg even with insurance. Thanks CPR. Definitely my new go to spot.

SCAM! CPR tried to OVERCHARGE ME BY MISDIAGNOSING THE ISSUE SO I WOULD PAY FOR A MORE COSTLY REPAIR to replace parts that were not even broken.took in my mac laptop to be repaired. they overcharged me and said it would cost $500 because the whole motherboard was broken. Took the laptop to another shop, and they said the only thing wrong was the battery, and it would only cost $150.I would have lost all my data, as well. Also, they took a whole week to get back to me with just a diagnosis after initially saying they would get back to me in two days. DO NOT USE. my laptop is fine after only having the battery replaced by another store.

My mother’s cell phone had stopped charging. I figured the plug had become unsoldered from inside the phone. They did an assessment on the phone, they spent quite awhile and figured out it was the charger. I didn’t check that. My mistake but they didn’t charge me a thing. I did see a nice computer while I was there. Nice to know they fix those as well.

Very poor customer service...I dropped my phone off around 10 am and was told it would take an hour or so. I told them I worked all day and would stop back around 3-3:30 to pick it up on my break. I worked a 12 hour day and only had roughly 30 min to run over and pick it up. I showed up and they hadnt even started working on it yet. I couldnt leave the phone with them or else I would have been without till the next day.I would have gone somewhere else but they had to order the part and I had to put 50% down. I took it with me and returned the next day where they did fix it but no discount or apology for the delay. I had asked both days for the agent to talk to a manager about a discount but that never happened. I should have read reviews first. I gave 2 stars since the work seems to be good but after reading other reviews about the poor workmanship, Im not too hopeful and with such poor customer service I dont see the 6 month warranty being any good.****update edit****the manager contacted me and did offer a discount for the inconvenience. Phone has been great since getting it fixed so changed my rating to 3 stars. Front line staff are very unprofessional and it shouldnt take leaving a bad review to get proper customer service. Not sure Id recommend this location to anyone but if you do go, ask to speak with the manager only

Randy did a free, great assessment of a potential repair for my Blackberry Priv. I was ready to pay to have the charging port and battery replaced. Randy checked the charging port with his test rig and determined the problem was the charging cable. Randy saved me the cost of a repair and has extended my Privs lifespan. STAY AWAY SAVE YOUR MONEY.....They didnt even fix my phone right and it is almost nonfunctional without struggling for hours. They also offer you a warranty on what you purchased but if they break anything else you have to pay for it. Which means you might as well buy another phone when dealing with this business because it is a scamming business. They tinker and make problems until they squeeze as much money out of you as possible. When I picked it up the supposedly new screen i had ordered had a mark where it had been pushed to hard causing a jumping screen. I also am unable to use exclusive features on my phone because it wasnt done correctly. They also did not seal the bezel correctly and the sensor near my front camera has gone haywire ever since. Their service is horrible often being sent to voice mail and then receiving little information about your device. They also in store are lacking it takes to long for them to reach their customers. Also unless you badger them good luck on getting quality service. I have strong cell phone/technology knowledge and the only reason I didnt repair the phone myself is because I have a harsh college load . HORRIBLE BUSINESS WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME .

Worst experience ever!! Wanted rear camera replaced. Told them to put new one in. They ask for the code to open the phone and I told them I’ll open it when I pick up the phone and will pay for the repair no matter if it worked or not as long as there was a new camera installed. 2.5 hours later I walk in to pick up the phone and am told that they didn’t replace the camera because that was their policy not to work on phones without the code. Still wanted to charge me the labor cost!!From there I went to UZOOX repair off of 7035 E 96th st. Ten min later I walked out of it with new working camera! Excellent service!!

I received a very through explanation regarding the diagnosis of my computer, Juan was very professional, the completion of repair was in a timely manner and the cost was most affordable.

I cracked my iPhone screen for the first time and just googled where I could get it fixed. I found CPR and sent them a estimate request on what it would cost to fix the screen. They got back to me in less than half an hour!Though prices are about the same as anywhere, I decided on Thai place. When I got there they told me it would be 45 minutes, but low and behold he came out in about 20!I was going to get a new glass screen protector from them also, but they happened to be out. So I had to come back next day, but because of that they gave me a big discount on the screen protector!It was a really great experience. I dealt with two different people and they were both very kind and new what they were talking about!I highly recommend going here to get your phone fixed.

Took my iPhone here to get looked at and was instructed to leave my phone for diagnostics. Im looking at the form you fill out to leave with your phone and it says the diagnostic is $25. The guy with the hair and glasses begins to quote me $35 for the diagnostic...So I ask why does this stack of papers you give to customers saying $25?? And he says Im not sure actually, that needs to be updated. Ill have to tell the manager to correct this...I said ok, Ill come back after its corrected.I call the next day and ask how much a diagnostic is and whomever answered the phone replied with $25, before any work is done.

I bought a Groupon code for repairs a little more than a year ago. The location in Greenwood was rather close so I bought the code. Upon arrival the store was closed and I was redirected to Castleton. When I went in, they did not apply the Groupon code correctly and over charged me significantly. They also upsold me on a Moxie screen protector which carried a 1 year warranty. As time progressed my teenage son dropped the phone and the screen cracked. I went back to the store on 2 separate trips to get the phone repaired. As time progressed the warranty was about to expire and I was informed they no longer sell Moxie screen protectors but would have the store owner contact me. Well, that warranty expired with no contact. In the end, I looked back and the price I paid for the work they did was actually more expensive than having the Apple store repair it. So, I would advise against these guys pretty heavily.

I experienced nothing but extremely prompt and professional service from CPR. The response time after submitting a free estimate request via their website was much quicker than competitors I looked into. Not only was the response timely, it was also detailed and already answered all potential questions I had, and included direct contact info. They were flexible and patient while I looked into other repair companies and changed my mind a couple times, and happily played phone/email tag with me.This level of service was maintained throughout the rest of my experience, whether it was in store or just during communication. I was especially impressed with the fact that the team members I dealt with in-store were not the same team members I was previously speaking to over the phone/via email, however, everyone was clued in to where I was in the process and no matter who I came in contact with, we were always on the same page.I paid to have the parts overnighted, (every single company I called didnt carry the required parts) and was informed as soon as they came in. Once I dropped my phone off that same day, the repair was completed in a matter of hours. There was a tiny glitch with the repair, and they had no problem fixing it right away (and with no additional fee).I cant say enough good things about the experience I had. Im so glad I now have a go-to company for any future phone/tablet repairs.

I appreciate the honesty of the staff here. Theyve told us when it wasnt worrworth the money to repair a phone. They specialize in iphones, but did repair my Android. Without going into great detail, we had a misunderstanding about the length of time it took and the manager took care of it immediately and wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the resolution. My wifes phone needed a simple battery replacement . After this place has the phone and put two batteries in it twice. The phone is now broke even more. The manager called and said I validate your feelings but we are liable for nothing. So please just take your broken phone to Apple let them fix it the right way. You just pay these people to maybe fix your phone and if they break or damage anything they will be the first to say not our fault. That is litterally what I experienced The people that work there are good and Im sure that 9/10 they fix it but that chance that they dont they will not handle it honestly.

This is actually a combination review of having two devices worked on. the replacement of the iPhone screen went well. A little more expensive than some others might have charged, but the phone is working great and the new screen is doing great. My 8 Samsung tablet was dropped off at the same time to diagnose and repair a start up issue. Five weeks later there I still dont know if the device can be fixed. Ive made calls but still am being told we cant find the operating system. I get that it may beyond this stores expertise, but I would have appreciated knowing the status. Seem like nice enough people, but I think they dont want to admit something is beyond their abilities.

My Samsung Galaxy S6 had stopped powering on, so I got an estimate and brought it in for the repair. Prior to the power issue, the glass on the screen was cracked, but the phone worked normally and the crack was barely noticeable with the LCD on. CPR broke the LCD, as well as the glass on the backside, both of which had been previously undamaged, and failed to mention this at any point. They then claimed that they could not repair the phone due to corrosion caused by water damage and told me I could come pick up the device, failing to mention a $25 dollar fee (apparently assessed for the labor that went into breaking my device.) until I arrived to pick it up. I am very displeased.

This place changed their price on power cords from $3 to a ridiculous $15 each. You could buy them brand new then that. Avoid these hillbillies and RIP off artists.

They added a screen to my sons IPhone and within a week his screen wouldnt respond to his touch. He couldnt use his screen at all. His father took the phone back to the shop and they refused to give him his money back so we were out of $125. Will NEVER go back

I stopped in to see if they could take a look at my phone because it was having trouble charging, and the owner told me he was too busy to mess with it. He said that he mostly only sold cell phones, and he didnt have time to look any further at it. I know I was there near closing time, but I he didnt need to be rude and unprofessional either.

Not enough details to what I was looking for

I dont normally post reviews but I dont want anyone else to be taken advantage of. I took my IPod to these guys because it wasnt turning on. I gave it to them and explained that it would not turn on unless it was plugged up to a charger and even then it would not load up for me to be able to play my music and videos. They took it in the back and came back out and said that I would need a new battery and that would fix it. I said no problem and approved the repair. They then ordered the wrong battery and had to send off for the right one about a week passes buy and no one calls me to update me what is going on. I finally called them and they said that it was done and wasnt sure why no one called me to tell me. I showed up the next day to pick my iPod up and the same problem I had before was happening. The tech said the battery was dead and needed to go home and hook it up to my iTunes and it will work. I did that left it charging on my computer for 24hrs. Still the same issue I had the day I brought it to them. I took it back to them and they said they would look at it and give me a call. A few days later they call me and told me that the problem with my iPod was that a part of it needed to be sauntered and they dont do that so i needed to come and pick it up. I asked them since they didnt fix my iPod do I get my money back and they said NO! They said that I approved the repair and was not entitled a refund. I explained the only reason I approved the battery replacement was because they said it would fix my iPod. All they would say was that there was nothing they could do and to come pickup my iPod. I asked if I could talk with the owner or get their email but they told me that I didnt need to speak with him and refused to give me his contact info. I now have a iPod that still doesnt work and these guys took my money. Ive learned that they are closing down soon no shocker there. They are very unprofessional and I would not recommend this place to anyone. The positive reviews you see are because they push you to post a review while in there store so beware.

Two iPhone 6 later and will never come back. Phone 1: had a small cracked in corner (less than 1/6th of the screen) and it was unable to make phone calls. While they were checking in the phone, the nice gentleman said they will call me for the diagnosis and cost. The issue was so strange, I went to ATT Store and called Apple Support but they were no help so I brought it in CPR to see what they can do. I asked again in the end, if they can call me before they fix the phone. NO CALL. I waited four days then I called them, they said phone is not ready I will call you tomorrow after I do a final check. On day five, I go to pick up the phone- they only thing they fixed with the screen. The screen wasnt even the problem so they take it back and I wait another day. Day six- the phone was kind of working but not really. So okay no luck with the phone-that is fine. BUT A) it should not take six days to fix a screen and ear/audio parts B) why didnt anyone call me? If they just called the next day and explained to be the problem and asked whether or not I wanted it fix.Phone 2: major screen damage but it was working perfectly fine before. For phone number 1, I had to pay for parts and labors (even tho it was still no working). The next day, I came in again to get the screen replaced on phone 2. Phone working great. A week later, out of nowhere the screen goes black with a small light down the screen and a little spec on the top. I was able to use Siri to call then an hour later the phone is completely black and dead. It was July 4th so everything was closed. Today (July 5th), I bring the phone back to CPR and my only option was to get another screen for an additional $35. No refund option. I wasnt comfortable leaving the phone in fear they will charge me more. Always busy. In the end of the day, a phone is just a phone. But the service and no refund/warranty sucks.

Terrible! Needed the battery replaced in my phone. I arrived 8 minutes before they closed to find a couple kids in their early 20s running the place. They stated it would take at least 30 minutes to replace the battery so refused to start the repair and stated I needed to come back on the next business day. So I asked if they could just sell me the replacement battery so I could repair it myself (took me 15 minutes at most when I did it last time) and they refused to do that either. They are obviously more concerned about getting home than taking care of customers.
