HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The Print and Copy person was extremely rude about not being able to print images. When I told her she did not need to have an attitude with me (after all, she is supposed to be in customer service) she told me, Well you had an attitude with me first. That sounded like something my 5 year old would say. I recommend that Office Max/Office Depot provides Connie with some customer service classes in order to improve her skills and maturity level.Thanks Office Depot/Office Max on 82nd St. for being rude and not helpful at all. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

Connie went above and beyond figuring out the scaling math and best option to print a pattern needed for my upcoming cosplay. So grateful for her help!

The bathroom at this place is sooooo disgusting! They did not clean it when I told them it was dirty, and it looked the same. There is also nothing on the shelves.

Music on the speaker system is played much too loud. Background shopping music should be playing softly in the store to be used to sooth customers and entice them to shop and buy. Instead, the staff turns up the volume so they can enjoy loud music at work.Hey Staples...the music isnt there to entertain your employees. Turn the volume down.

He finished with a Have a nice day - Click....yeah, not what I believe the customer experience is about.
