We installed 16 windows and a sliding patio door. The installation was done over two days as expected. Installers were professional and friendly. The installers arrived on the days they were scheduled around 9:30 AM. I thought they would try get an earlier start. But they this done in the two days they promised. They cleaned up the site and only few minor cosmetic issues in the drywall adjacent to the windows. Windows and door are very good quality and appear to performing well, so far. We can feel the difference in the sound transmission from the outside. And we can feel that the heat transmission is lower. No pressure, and Joe is very professional.

Joe is unequivocally one of the best in the industry! extremely professional, takes his time to answer the clients questions and provides them with all the information necessary for the client to make the best selection/option for their home. Joe is absolutely a fantastic guy and a delight to do business with!

I got at least 5 quotes for a whole-home replacement of my windows. Im someone who does a TON of research and I asked lots of questions of everyone.Ultimately, I went with Mr. Window based heavily on the reviews Id read about the quality of the Okna windows. Well above and beyond big box stores/contractor grade and much more reasonably priced than the ultra high-end names.The crew installed 11 windows in my house in under 5 hours. Left it spotless and we a pleasure to have in the house for the day. Great peace of mind knowing that if there are issues Ill be able to rely on a local company to service them down the line.

Lied to us and avoided calls for MONTHS! This guy couldnt tell the truth if you put a gun to his head. Sawed off little half a man, biggest liar Ive ever dealt with. Only did part of the job then lied through his teeth and to my face about the windows he damaged (told us they were lost, never showed up on the truck, etc for MONTHS!) Iy took MONTHS to get the entire job done. Avoid this scum bag.

We had five windows in our house replaced by Mr. Window. The sales process was seemless and the windows are really quite nice. However, it is beyond clear that they need to hire another installation crew to help their guys out. Getting someone out to measure for the windows took multiple appointments and getting stood up as did the installation itself. On the day they actually installed, they were suppose to be here in the afternoon, but didnt actually arrive until after 6:00p. They didnt leave our house until 8:40p. While they were here, we overheard one of the installers say that we were their 6th house to do an install on that day. That seems a little excessive for scheduling. I used to work for a local window company and we never schedule any crew for more than three installs in one day. If they have that many new installs happening, one would think they have the income to just hire another crew instead of working the ones you have to death and upsetting your customers with constant reschedules and no shows! Im giving them three stars because, by what I can tell, the product itself is good, but the experience to obtain that product was not desirable at all.

Contracted Mr. Window to replace a glass sliding door. We interviewed five different companies and decided to go with Mr. Window because of their excellent customer service, especially the time they took to go through all of the details of the installation and describe the philosophy of their company. They spent more than 1 hour with us while every other company spent 30 minutes or less. Their price was in the ballpark of the others as well. We had a PGT hurricane proof door installed. The company kept in contact with us every step of the way. They were very responsive, courteous and communicated with us frequently. When the installation happened, Dustin and Will were great. Very professional, cleaned up thoroughly and came and went as promised. We had a small issue with one door and a secondary lock, but that was taken care of by Mr. Window expeditiously and without any complaints. In the end, the sales manager, Hunter visited us to check on things. First class operation from top to bottom. Highly recommend and will go with them when we replace our other windows.

My wife and I weren’t prepared for our first window quote from a major, national retailer. After the sticker shock and scar from the high pressure sales pitch in our home wore off, we started searching for a local dealer. We found Mr. Window and are glad we did!Mr. Window matched the price of our home with appropriate windows (we didn’t need top-of-the-line). They showed us multiple quotes and options and even recommended we not buy the most expensive brand.Installation was smooth, too. Friendly installers who even replaced rotten wood they found. We would have liked for them to clean-up our floors and the window panes better after installation, but not a big deal.I didn’t give them 5 stars because I had to take initiative to learn the status of our installation. The manufacturer got behind, which isn’t their fault, but Mr. Window was not proactive in keeping us informed about the delays. I frequently had to call to find out when installation might happen. In a crowded market space, service sets companies apart. However, Mr. Window was prompt to return my calls.We will get consult Mr. Window when we get ready to replace our windows upstairs.

We had windows installed and that went well enough. They had to come back and do a repair of one that got moisture inside the window. I now have two where the seals need repair and they refuse to respond or schedule a time to fix it. I am still trying to resolve it with them but be careful. I have not heard from them in two months.

We were very satisfied with the entire process of purchasing and having windows installed by Mr. Windows. Mike Sullivan, with sales, was informative, courteous, patient and didnt pressure us. Later Dave, who installed the windows, was prompt, careful and professional. Afterwards the clean up was thorough and complete. We are very satisfied with our experience with Mr. Windows and recommend them.

Just got my windows installed on February 4, 2019. They look great!!. Jake and Jessie did a good job. They were on time, courteous, helpful with my questions and professional. Still have a few windows to do but I chose to wait and see how the experience went first. So far Im very pleased.

Great windows and good customer service. There was a misunderstanding at the time of the contract, but Mr. Window made it right. We all get things wrong sometimes, so it is a pleasure to find a company that takes it seriously when something does happen. I would definitely recommend Mr. Window.

Salesman was great and knowledgeable. I did a lot of brand and distributor research prior to purchasing windows. They explained why I wanted a different brand than what I had requested. The prices were comparable and they were absolutely correct. Better window. They were flexible and went beyond their duties to help me. Will definitely be using them again in the near future for more windows

I contacted Mr. Window because they sold OKNA windows. I ended up going with a different brand based on their suggestion - I wanted two colors - sandstone on the outside & white on the inside and this made Verde the better choice for the windows. After the sales meeting, I stopped by the showroom and looked at what I was buying and then signed the paperwork, & put down a deposit. After that measurements were taken, and the windows showed up a few weeks early. I was scheduled for install and the gentleman that did the install could not have been more professional - I am very pleased.

Mr Windows installed new Pella Windows in our home and did a great job. We would would certainly recommend them. They even fixed a plantation shutter at no additional cost.

Everything went perfect. No high pressure sales, installation was great and they finished early. Good selection of windows. They did a complete tear out and replacement of windows and replaced some rotten wood frames I had. Stay away from those places that advertise frequently (Anderson, Unique.) They have high pressure sales people, charge too much and only do inserts.

Had six windows replaced. The installers arrived on time and finished the job in about five hours. Everything I asked them to do, they did without question. Great service and the windows look great. I can already tell the difference. No more cold drafts coming in.

Installed a Pella patio replacement door in my home. They did a great job! A storm blew in while they were installing and he had it all sealed so no rain came into my home. They came back the next day to finish the trim. Installer and sales person were very professional and they know what they are doing. Thanks!!

I wasted 6 weeks for replacing rotting windows (20yr old wood JW).He never saw the interior of the house or windows and low balled the price and later made excuses that there is more rot. what bs!
