Made a pick-up of outgoing freight and felt disrespected by the employee. Personally would not do business with this company.
Customer service is HORRIBLE! I submitted a warranty claim 2 months ago and got an email back that said the claim was received but they are really behind and will get back to me when they can. That was 2 MONTHS AGO. They dont answer the phone and they have not replied to any emails since. Im amazed this company is still in business.
Klipsch does NOT stand behind its 2 year warranty. They will just ignore your Warranty claim. Ive waited over a month before giving up. Silence. I highly suggest to look into ANY other audio for your home. Klipsch will not honor the 2 year warranty.
Tried to call customer service number and after 22m on hold with extremely repetitive hold music, I gave up and called different numbers. Each different number told me to call back during normal business hours, despite having called during normal business hours.Luckily, Chris in the dealer service center answered and helped me out within seconds.
Great products just slow service.
I had a $3000 Pioneer receiver that when operated via phone to turn up the volume the unit proceeded to maximize volume to full blast. This in turn new my new klipsch speakers. Pioneer said they never heard of that issue which happens all the time (since replaced with a Denon unit no more issues). And denied me any help. Figures Id ask Klipsch and they went above and beyond, upgraded my speakers as the were no longer available and followed up with me 2 times after the fact to make sure everything sounded good and was working correctly.
Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I have e-mailed and called this company numerous times without a response. If you are looking for a company that will stand by their product, this is not the one to deal with.
Do not do business with Klipsch! The do not back their product warranties and then they will block you on social media for leaving a bad review. Shady, dishonest business practices a d ZERO customer service.
I Purchased a pro 2.1 computer speaker system from them in April 2020. Last week I noticed a humming sound coming from the speakers. I contacted the customer service department and got a voicemail saying they are closed. Keep in mind That I placed the call during normal business hours. This product and this company are not what they used to be do not buy any product from them they Do not care about their customers
I purchased a Promedia 2.1 in April 2020 last week noticed loud humming noise imminating from the speakers. I have called their customer service department for the last 10 days and I get a voicemail saying they are closed. Even though I am calling during normal working hours. This Product and company are not what they used to be.Avoid purchasing any product from them I will certainly not buy any other products from them ever again.
I have to share an amazing experience from yesterday. I was in Indianapolis on business and wanted to visit a Klipsch museum or showroom, as Im a huge fan, and product owner in need of more speakers. I blindly followed Google-Maps to the corporate offices where the very kind woman at the front desk, Linda apologized for not having anything for public access, but directed me to a premier local dealer, Ovation Audio + Video. I immediately headed a couple miles down the highway to Ovation where I was promptly greeted by Chris. He was proficient in answering my questions and and then gave me the theater experience to have me listen to the Atmos speakers I am looking to purchase. LIFE CHANGING AUDIO EXPERIENCE!! If someone isnt sure this is what they NEED, go to Ovation or another Klipsch premiere dealer with a demo room. It is a mind blowing experience!!! Chris offered to put together my shopping list of all the components I need to order to finish my home theater in the next month or two and offered to drop ship them to me. Upon completing the paperwork, I asked for his card (assuming sales guys work on commission). Chris smirked a little and handed me his card. It read, Chris Cruzan - President. Hes the kind of guy I will do business with whenever possible. He has earned my business at Ovation and has elevated my already high opinion of Klipsch. He wrapped up our encounter by offering to take me to another listening room to hear the Heritage horn speakers. WOW! Goosebumps and my mouth hanging open. Incredible experience! I could not be more pleased with Ovation Audio + Video and Klipsch!!!! I rate both an 11 out of 10.
I have a Klipsch Groove that stopped accepting a charge and no longer works. Ive tried the factory reset with no luck. It was an expensive item as far as Bluetooth speakers are concerned, but I was originally happy to spend more for what I thought was good Klipsch quality. My speaker is outside of the 1 year warranty, but I still feel that your products should last longer than that. Sound quality was great, but Im disappointed that the product failed, and Im also disappointed in the lack of customer service, as I reached out privately via both Facebook and Instagram and have been ignored.

Contacted them about some RF-83s. I bought a pair used that had some stuffing eatten by mice. Asked about getting some replacement stuffing. Was told that they didnt have that information, and that they didnt keep that manufacturing information. Really? On some 2-year-old speakers?!! I asked if there was anywhere else I could possible get that information. Got a bogus response [cut and pasted from their email] Typically this is just some foam materialplaced inside to reduce any type of standing wavesinside a cabinet...you will need to experimentwith loose placement of some foam material insidethe cabinet. This is what I would expect from a Chinese company. Major disappointment from an American company.
2 hours on phone waiting for assistance
No support, not answering phone or emails, they will sell you products. I bought 2 -Three II Bluetooth speaker. Now there is NO customer support, FYI the product is made in China not as advertised USA .

Terrible customer service. E mailed for a blown speaker and they instructed me to call their service center. I called an hour after their posted “open” time and a recording said they were closed. Called later in the day and was #11 on hold. Time for a customer service upgrade.
