I bought a screen protector here for nearly thirty dollars. The next day it was all bubbled and nearly peeling off my phone. I came back to this store from Long Beach where I live with the receipt two days later and the woman at the counter wouldnt help cause her name wasnt on my receipt (meaning her coworker helped me, not her). I tried fixing the screen myself and it broke. No refund, no help at all. Just a waste of money.

On 12/23/2020, I purchased a phone from this store. It was all thanks to their employee “Bryant”, that it was even possible! I wanted to purchase a phone for my husband, whom is a creature of habit. I had contacted 2 other cricket stores, because that’s the wireless company he uses. They either never answered the phone “after repeatedly calling”, or they said the phone I wanted was out of stock, and didn’t offer me any kind of help. I then decided to reach out to this Inglewood store. BEST DECISION I MADE!! Bryant not only answered the phone in a timely manner, he was courteous, professional and extremely helpful. He literally went above and beyond to help me get the phone I wanted. Turns out that they were out of stock as well but... he didn’t leave me hanging. He emailed the company requesting a shipment “if they had one available”, and told me that he would contact me when they replied. During this time, we chatted a little about the current financial struggles, and he actually informed me of some much cheaper phones. This was really surprising to me, as we all know, most places try to sell you their most expensive ones. I honestly was very appreciative of this caring gesture! I decided to hang in there, and lo and behold, I received the call that they had the phone! I was elated!! I went to the store with my husband, and Bryant transferred everything over from the old phone, to the new one. My husband took loads of pictures and videos on Christmas, and is so happy with his phone. Thank you so much Bryant!!! Awesome Customer Service!!!

The service at the store was excellent. The gentleman helping us with technical issues was very patient and tried many was to resolve the issue. And he succeeded. Fundamental issues with Cricket itself. But not with this authorized retailer. Apparently one can not buy a SIM card from one retailer and return it to a different location for defects. You either have to take it to the same location where you bought it, or purchase a new one.

Really bad customer service!! Made my own google account just to leave this review. Go to any other cricket store instead! If I could, Id put 0 stars.

These guys are theifs...they overcharged you..i have such a bad experience with them...he gave me free cheap phone and without my permission add 7$ Insurance now i checked my bill and called customer service, he told me 7$ insurance so i removed it....this location customer service sucks,trust me only cricket network good otherwise service wise the all location poor service....hopefully my comment will help to the people and they will be aware when go to this poor location.

One Wednesday I ordered an iPhone 12 pro max in that place, supposedly it was going to arrive in 3 days, when I went to pick it up later, they told me that they do not know anything, they did not even send the order, that few m ..., they have employees mediocre and irresponsible, do you think that this is how you will have clients?I never go back to that place again.Fatal customer service.
