Dr. Dave explained my condition and treatment in terms I could understand. He was helpful and very nice. Both he and his staff were a blessing, I was grateful they worked me into their schedule.

Chad Kresnick OD did a great job with my eye exam. He discovered a torn retina and took immediate action to schedule surgery.

They were very friendly and helpful and made me feel welcome there I would recommend this place to anyone who has lupus and looking for a eye doctor to take care of their eyes

The Front Desk staff is well prepared and efficient. Brenda (Technician), was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Kim and Shelly (Optical) were very pleasant, and Shelly’s research to give me an accurate snapshot of my benefits package was greatly appreciated. That combination merits 5 stars, hands down...and doesn’t even yet count Dr. Denbraber, who deserves 5 (10!) stars all on his own. His incredible competence and professionalism is matched only by his warm personality and lovely demeanor. Excellent experience all around.

The office is clean and bright. Office staff and technicians are friendly and helpful. Dr. Denbraber is the best! Friendly knowledgeable and thorough. He takes the time to listen and explain what hes doing as well as answer any questions you have. Id say, probably the best eye doctor Ive gone to.

Absolutely terrible business practices. We scheduled the next available appointment online (the website shows free appointment times) as my wife was having severe pressure behind her eye. I took off of work to watch our children, and my wife drove over 30 minutes to get there and they say they had to cancel her appointment. They didnt call to notify us. Nope, they emailed 15 minutes before her scheduled appointment time, when she was already there trying to check in!Horrible communication and awful service. If anyone reading this review needs a service for a very serious situation, find a company that actually is willing to help, not GR Ophthalmology in Ionia.

My last visit was great. I was taken back right on time. The staff was very friendly. And as always Dr. Was a joy. I decided not to purchase glasses that day, so the optical dept. gave me my prescription as requested .

I went in with a little bit of an emergency appointment. I had gotten eyelash extensions and was having an allergic reaction to the glue. Dr. Den Braber was fantastic! He checked my eyes and reassured me that I would be okay. He prescribed a steroid drop and went over how to use it in detail and what to expect! He was very personable and caring. The entire staff was very sweet and kind. They got me in very quickly. Dr DenBraden was amazing and genuinely concerned for my recent vision loss and immediately made contact with the neuro ophthalmologist. Then the Dr himself called me about the conversation he had with the neuro ophthalmologist. I feel like they all answered my questions and just really showed me that they not only love their jobs but also love their patients.
