Had a great visit to the Ionia office yesterday. Everyone is always professional and friendly. However, your billing department needs to do better. Last year I received a collections letter for $24. No heads up through the mail, email or phone that I owed anything. That better not happen again. Dont mess with our credit! We pay our Bills on time always!!

Very professional and makes sure your needs are met. Makes sure that you are up to date on your exams if you are diabetic. I always feel welcome and cared for.

Dr. Patera through Grand Rapids Optholomolgy in Ionia, MI is a very compassionate, smart and caring eye Dr. Ive been with him for 20 plus years and he is my favorite eye Dr ever! I had a chemical burn in my eye with my contacts in and immediately Dr. Patera staff got me in asap and the care I received from him weekly and his staff was pnemonial. The extra mile to care for my eyes so I would not have permanent damage., you cannot ask for a better eye Dr then him. Dr. Patera rocks all 10 + stars!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had the pleasure of Dr. GREGORY L. PATERA as my Doctor since Dr. BLISS share his practice in the beginning. I truly trust his expertise in my eye care . I have recommended Dr. Patera to others over the years. I believed I started going to this office since I was sixteen or seventeen and now I am 66 years. Old.
