Great place for bodywork. The Ballentine crew does excellent work that they stand behind. Kim is charge and makes sure that you get the personal touch. The shop did work on my 2014 Camry after I was rear-ended and did a great job. They also gave the front end a face-lift, after 100,000 miles, and it looks brand new!

Blew a tire in the road in front of this business. Pulled in because my tire was completely flat. Two reasons- I couldnt go any further and it’s a collision shop! I thought maybe they could help. I was basically ran off of the premises by the very nasty owner. Told me they didn’t do tires (fine) and I couldn’t even park my car there while waiting for a tow truck. I ended up having to move my car next door just to wait on a tow truck driver.

Ive been getting body work done here for the last 15 years and I have never been disappointed. The quality of the work they do is far higher than any other body shop Ive been to.

Car was repaired as expected but two sets of Oakley sunglasses were stolen when they removed everything from the car to clean it.

I just got my car back today, after less than a week of them repairing it after somebody rear ended me. They did an awesome job! And I really liked the ladies in the office. They were very nice and handled everything for me with the rental car company. Oh annnnd the vacuumed my car and made it smell nice haha :P

This June was the 4th time in the past 20 plus years we have found it necessary to engage the services of an auto repair shop and I have ALWAYS chosen Ballentine Collision Repair. This time we needed under body work thanks to a curb that was in the wrong place at the wrong time! Quite a bit of damage. However, once again the crew at Ballentine went the extra mile for us - even returning the vehicle to an alignment shop because the alignment was not satisfactory according to the very high quality standards set by the owner and her crew of professionals. This was a 2011 Honda civic coupe, low to the ground and not curb proof at all. No matter, they completed all repairs to my complete satisfaction and incredibly even cleaned up the car inside (my 22 year old son is NOT a neat freak) shined the outside and treated the tires - it was not only an excellent repair the car came back to us literally looking new!!. All this at a cost that was surprisingly reasonable. Nobody wants to have collision repairs on their vehicle but, if you need work done GO SEE Ballentine Collision Repair. Dave Slack
