Could not be happier with the service and repair work I received from Broad River Paint and Body, they came highly recommended by several friends! I was nervous because my car is silver and silver can be very difficult to match and blend! When I received my car back it looked spectacular, brand new! Even a seasoned pro would have a hard time spotting the old paint from the new! The paint work also has a life time warranty! Needless to say, I highly recommend them!

I took my truck in due to a deer running into the side of it, and putting a good size dent in my door and front fender. The customer service is very good they keep in touch with through out the whole processes. The reason I am giving them three stars is they misaligned my door. I took it back and they fixed it. The other reason is because the paint job is sub par. The reason I say that is because if you look down the fender, it resembles how an orange peel looks.

This body shop is the best by far. The customer service and the work on my car was outstanding. A guy hit my whole passenger side and it was completely crushed in to the point where the window wouldnt go up and there was a gap between my front passenger side door and the front of the car. This body shop was able to repair it in a little over a wk and my car looks like nothing ever happened to it. They had to repaint my car and the color matches the original color perfectly. If I ever need any body work done on my car again Id def use this place. This place is affordable and they keep you apprised about whats going on w/ your car.

No morals, very opportunistic. Went there with a dent on the rear side panel and the rear side door or a car that was almost new. They gave me a quote for 500+, so I left the car. Then the quote went up to 1000+, and the final bill was well over 2000. They claimed they have to replace both doors and the back of the car which were originally in perfect shape. I couldnt do anything about it since the insurance was paying. On top of that, they delivered late and I had to return because the lock was not working on the new read door.

Best Body Shop in town! Locally owned so these guys actually care about you and your vehicle. They had the best price among all the quotes I received and got my Truck back on the road and looking GREAT! I recommend them to anyone looking for collision repair/paint services!

Ive never been bummed that I dont have reason to communicate with such friendly people anymore. This place was simply amazing! From the friendly service to the over achieving excellence of the repair, Im SO GLAD I took my car here! Someone had backed into me and crushed the good side of my bumper. Due to other hit and runs my whole bumper was pretty pathetic. They only had to fix the side that was scuffed up, but they made the whole thing look brand new!! Beyond grateful for their excellent service!

Got a small parking lot ding in my Infiniti Q50 from some careless drive that parked next to me. Im very meticulous about my car so I decided to have it repaired. Went to a few shops to receive quotes and these guys were the most compassionate about the issue even though the job itself was very small relatively speaking. They gave me a fair quote and took care of the issue in 2 days. The car came out perfect and I could not have been more pleased. Would definitely use them for any other body work that I may need.
