Whats the chances you see an special ad showing $99.00 for a brake job and you get that special brake job for $99.00? Wee believe it or not that actually happened to me just today. I called Drive Auto and they gave me a quote off $99.00 to do brakes on the front of my Jeep. That was a shocker. Just like the ad stated. I spoke to Grant and my experience with him was a person that really cared about my needs. I felt so comfortable with him. He went that extra mile for me. He offered to come and pick up my Jeep and deliver it back to me within a few hours. He made me feel that he would take care of me through the whole car repair process and sure enough he did. Perfect. 10/10This was my first time coming here and basically my car was starting to give me a few issues and only getting worse.Pretty shortly after bringing my car to Drive I was helped and shortly after took a test drive to get a better idea. Well the owner gave me a couple of suggestions of what it could be right away during the test drive. They ran the code shortly after getting back and it ended up being exactly what his suggestion was.Despite how busy it was when I showed up I was really impressed with how quickly everything was taken care of. In short my car was fixed quickly at an honest price. Ive never been to a mechanic where my issue was handled in such a friendly and informative way. These guys are great. Ill be coming back.

Awesome service and customer service! I got mechanical and body work done on our 06 Mini Cooper. The results were well above my expectations! The owner is also very fair with pricing. I strongly recommend this shop! I returned on 1/11/2017 and had my oil filter housing gasket replaced along with an oil change and coolant flush on my 08 535i. Again, excellent service! They went above and beyond and gave very fair pricing!

These guys are great! For some reason characters limited here. They went WAY above and beyond. As Josh said, no more rain in sherrieworld...and it literally stopped raining.

Everyone was extremely polite and honest. Only charged me $50 to diagnose the problem and the had us get it to a Fors dealer where the repairs would be free instead of doing it themselves. They have my business.

TL;DR - Fantastic, thorough, and probably just the shop youre looking for.Id had some trouble with a squeak in my car that wasnt problematic, but was certainly annoying. I had a random conversation with Grant one day while I was getting a ride back home (I use their Sedan service for business commutes) and he mentioned he had this shop he was starting up with a fantastic guy named Tracey working under the hood and that hed be able to find the problem.My car had already been to CarMax (I have a warrenty, so its basically free) 3x for a total of a little over a week with no results, so I was willing to give it a go, and Im sure glad I did. While working on the squeak they found a problem with my struts that was severe enough that they were concerned about the car even leaving the shop, which I was somewhat suspect of at first, but they had pictures, videos, and showed me exactly where my problem was at. I got a quote to fix it after I consulted with a mechanic buddy of mine (Im car stupid) and I found it to be very reasonable.At the end of day, I took my car in twice, got my oil changed, my struts re-torqued, the squeak gone, and a very thorough once over to make sure everything with the car was in tip top shape.Heading out tomorrow for 800~ miles to put it to the test, but lets say that Im very confident in the level of their work and expect to have an excellent vacation.Thanks guys, you were awesome!
