These guys and gals went BEYOND my wildest expectations.They used only GM parts as requested and the fit and finish is literally better than OEM. MySilverado is lifted and needed a little bumper trim and they welcomed me in their shop to do it myself with their tools as to get it just right as I have done it so many times.The gentleman (wish I could remember his name) stayed a little after working hours while I used his tools.... this gentleman is particular as I am about things obviously.No doubt I will use this place for any repairs or custom paint work I need in the future!!!!!!

This is my third experience with a body shop. For the record, Im not a horrible driver. Ive been rear-ended twice by students that were on their phones, and this third wreck was from letting a friend borrow (never again) our families spare truck. This is my first time using Caliber and honestly, they were leagues better than the other body shop I used in the past.They were very informative, kept me up to date without blowing up my phone with endless amounts of text saying the same things over and over, and had my vehicle back faster than promised. On top of that, their promised return time was a reasonable time frame, which was a breath of fresh air after my two other experiences had my car in the shop for over a month. And this truck had WAY more damage.Anyway, good shop, good customer service, good work. I would use them again, but hope to never have to, haha.

I recently had my wifes car repaired after it sustained some damage to the front end. I completed an online estimate form (explaining all damage) and was given an estimate. When dropping the car off, I again, discussed and showed the damage to a team member. When we arrived to pick-up the vehicle a couple days later, the cracked grill had not been replaced. Somehow this was overlooked when the online estimate was issued.Luckily, Travis was working that day and quickly rectified the issue. The part was obtained and installed and we were able to pick-up the vehicle less than 24 hours later.I am very impressed with the way Travis handled the oversight and would use this location again if the need arose.

If you are shopping for the most Compassionate and affordable bodyshop with high quality work to restore your car, I would strongly recommend Caliber Collision at Broad River and work with the manager Chris Lee. 10 days ago, I got a bad day on dutch fork rd., hit a car, the hood was out of shape and cannot open, the grille was broken into pieces, and condenser was damaged. Most miserable is I have to pay all out of my pocket due to my insurance only has liability coverage for this car. It is thousands of dollars. So I shopped around in town and got 6 quotes. Most of them ask for more than $4500! With last hope, I went to Caliber and explained the situation to Chris and expressed my despair and my expectation to save every possible penny to repair the car. Chris did a thorough inspection and made an unbelievable offer to get it fixed by offering as much as he could to save money for me. By comparison, I found their labor charge is lower, their staff is so nice, their part charges are less, Chris is just such a considerate person. Compared to the average quotes, I have saved at least $1000 for this repair. The quality, just see my repaired car. You cannot detect it is after a bad collision. Well I came here to this establishment on the 28th of April to have some work done to my bumper as well as some radiator issues that I was having due to a minor accident. I picked up my vehicle on the 7th of April and drove 5 miles straight home with no problem. Late afternoon on the eighth I drove to attempted to drive to Augusta but didn’t make it because my car overheated. As it turns out, the work that calibre collision did with my radiator and AC was ok BUT they failed to put fresh coolant in so my reservoir was bone dry which caused my car to overheat on Interstate 20. After finally being able to flag a motorist down that had coolant with them, I had to wait another two hours for the engine to cool off enough to put the coolant in. Ruined my Saturday night obviously. I’ll get with them first thing Monday morning and update this to share what they did for me.

Chris and his staff in the irmo SC office/garage were absolutely wonderful! They guarantee their work and stuck true to it. So when my paint chipped a little in the front bumper from my accident a couple years ago!! They fixed it!! They also replaced the battery in my key fob —guess that’s why it wasn’t working!!— the whole team was super accommodating to my crazy work schedule and chris went out of his way to allow me to pick up my car before work! They sent updates to my phone almost daily on their progress! My car looks great and honestly it’s never been so clean! Big thanks to whomever vaccuumed up the endless supply of Cheerios under my seats! I would recommend this place 100x over! Absolutely wonderful!

The only reason I gave three stars is because the body work that was done is immaculate perfect paint match outside of truck looks great but I was told that my stability track had nothing to do with the wreck that it was caused by my oil pressure sensor being bad I took it to another shop to get the oil pressure sensor fixed still have stability track issues mind you my wreck hit me in the front passenger front wheel yet they say that the stability track had nothing to do with my wreck that it would be fixed by the oil pump sensor a gentleman by the name of Travis I asked him if he could call the dealership where they took my vehicle to get diagnosed I was laughed at and told no because its after 3:30 on a Friday

Wonderful experience! Jeff C kept me up-to-date at all times. He was polite and professional when I called to ask questions. When I told him I needed my vehicle because I was going out of town, he worked very hard to get it back to me prior to my trip. Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. My insurance paid to have front right rim replaced and they had someone come out and repair the front side of the rim that you can see. I have called numerous times and they still have not called me back. It messed up tire, rim, and front end on my car. It had bent the tie rod in half on that side. I took it back about pulling and they said it was from hitting a pothole didn’t want to take responsibility for it. So they wanted me to pay out of pocket for new alignment. I have photos of the back side of my rim.Not happy at all!! I will not use them again

Just dropping off my SUV I was greeted my the friendly front desk staff. The gentleman who took my vehicle was kind and thorough. I shall see how the full service goes when I recieved my vehicle back. I feel confident that Caliber is the right choice.

In the last 3months I have had body work done on my Expedition after 2 wrecks (first was my fault 2nd I was at no fault😊).Caliber did a fantastic job and even became aware that my break cyclinder (unrelated to wreck) was leaking while repairing damage from the first wreck. They saved me from an even bigger wreck. Everyone is so friendly! I even recommend them to the lady who recently hit me!

I took my car to Caliber to fix a ton of issues that CarMax’s body shop had created with my vehicle. Caliber had to redo and clean up all the paint work that CarMax did a poor job of. I was blown away by how exceptional the paint quality was when I picked up my car. Paint color matches the rest of the car perfectly and blends in just as it should. In addition, my service writer kept me informed throughout the whole process, sending updates about where my car was in the process and how much was left to do on a daily basis. They completed my car on time and did a wonderful job all around. I will definitely be using Caliber for all my car repair needs in the future.

Scheduled an appointment to go in and have an estimate completed. The young lady up front was very welcoming and helpful and made me feel welcomed. The other young lady who did the estimate on the other hand was rude as if she did not want to be there and I overheard her say get someone else to do the estimate. It was very obvious that she did not want to be there. Would definitely return if the same young lady was upfront but would not want to deal with the lady who did my estimate ever again.

Id priced a repair at Caliber Collision: $766.68. It was repaired at St. Andrews Express for $100. They were going to quote much lower than Caliber, but they recommended that I wait and talk to Tom Carson who came to their shop today. They said he has a magic touch with dents. Yes he does. $100 and the deep 6-inch dent is gone. No painting needed (note to Caliber) and it looks great.First business review Ive ever written. St. Andrews Express deserves it.I applaud any business that passes on doing a repair themselves in order to save the customer money. That is why St. Andrews Express business will be growing and Caliber may be losing customers.

Incredibly helpful and sincere. I had just moved to SC when my car was totalled in an accident. The wonderful staff at Caliber Collision called junk yards and arranged for a service to pick up my vehicle, gave me advice in purchasing a newer vehicle, and gave me pop corn!

Thay told me that there work was 100% granted. I have a problum with a window thay worked on. After asking them to fix it i was told to take it to the dealer. After taking to my insurance company i found out thay told them that i needed a new convertible top. To fix the window. I well never go back...

Very nice people but poor workmanship in my opinion. They replaced my hood, grill, front bumper, driver head light assembly and left front fender. The only thing that appears to be installed properly is the grill and front bumper. They also did a good job with matching the paint.1. The hood is not aligned properly and it’s noticeable.2. I’ve been back once for them to adjust the headlight and after adjustments, I drove it tonight and it’s still not shining as it should.3. After re-work, the left front fender is still bulging and the representative basically told me there’s nothing he can do to improve the installation.Choose at your own risk.

My wife was in an accident last night. I called Summit Body Shop to have the car towed there and I was connected with Schroeders Towing. When the tow truck arrived, I was informed that there would be a $220.00 charge for the 3 mile tow to Summit. Also he would not tow it unless cash or charge was paid on the spot.I dont mind the collection for services, but I feel the $220.00 charge for a 3 mile tow is gouging.I will gladly inform any and everybody the rates they will be hit with if they use Schroeders Towing and to avoid them at all cost.I dont understand how a quality body shop like Summit would associate with the likes of Schroeders Towing.

Repair the damage from a collision

I took my car there to get my doors and windows aligned and after it was done i dont believe they checked there work because the windows are now sticking and when rolled up are very far out of alignment and dont even sit in the same place when comparing both sides of the vehicle. I emailed regarding the issue and did not receive a response, i called and set up an appointment to bring the car back and when i arrived they did not have my appointment scheduled. Every time i call to set something up i am told someone will call me back and i never receive a call. Not too happy with the service i was provided.

Worst buisness ever dealt with. They sent a quote, only to change 2 more times . Kept my truck so long my rental was up and didnt even do the work!! Had to still take to another body shop and get another rental on my time. Even cut a hole in my door, atleast it was still drivable when I dropped it off.

This is the best place in the midlands to have your vehicles repaired. Hope google will get around to changing the name to Caliber soon.

BEWARE OF CALIBER COLLISIONS: Ive never done this before but my 2015 SUV got hit by a Dear in late October 2015... My Truck has been at CALIBER COLLISIONS on Broad River rd in Columbia S.C since November 1 of last year... My Truck is still not Finished and its January 28 2016.. The Stories are beginning to sound suspicious in why its still not Finished... The Customer service is AWFUL.. If you find yourself in a similar situation and the insurance company recommend CALIBER COLLISIONS on Broad river rd Columbia s.c. Tell them NO... My Truck has been promised since last year it would be ready and its still not ready.. I hope this gets to the right People.. Terence Young Disappointed Customer
