Dock was a bit unusual but these guys got us unloaded fast.

Arrived at 930am for 10am appointment waited hour and half before they told me load not ready and my appointment isnt till 2, now waiting still to be loaded guess I need start carrying crayons for them to snack on

I agree with Chris, while I was polite to the lady and she to me,the restroom issue is a problem. As drivers we are not the public,We are customers and/or representatives of their customers.If their actual customer came in for a meeting and wasnt permitted to use the restroom,would he/she still be a customer?
