I tried to order 1/3 of the stock on an item they carry today. Already paying a premium for something I’m sure they had stocked prior to the outrageous lumber cost. I was told that I could not purchase because they’d rather reserve for regular customers. This is pathetic, terrible business practices from the business and “purchaser” who relayed the message through Mark. Luckily I was able to source the product from one of their competitors who sold the product to me without question and will have it delivered Tuesday! Wonder how the owner would react to a $15,000 order lost from playing favorites?

Great folks - very knowledgeable and professional. Their prices on trim is excellent - I use them for all my trim and finishing supplies... Regular stick boards - not so much..

On 11/10/2021 at 10am, at this time and date my husband and I walked into steir. I purposely walked around the customer service desk 3 times appearing to be looking for something that I just couldnt find. Meanwhile my husband walked up and down the aisles and was never helped or asked for asisstance by any steir staff.As we were leaving a white gentlemen was asked for help as soon as he walked into the store.
