Terrible service. The cashier put my payment onto the wrong pump and refused to credit me. She was rude, did not apologize and blamed me for her error. I had my 90 year old mother in law in my car. I’m disgusted by the behavior of the cashier and the stealing of my money.

There was a LINE here the other day! This was during the 2:00PM hour. Normally this business is smooth at this gas station but I was shocked that this place was a full house! Pros: This station takes APPLE PAY which saved my sorry bottoms since I left my wallet at home on the way to the gym. Very clean overall and above your average gas station quick stops.

Terrible place!Do not use free air in this site.It is hard to use, and it does not work correctly.I had tried to use it, finally I called the AAA service.I spent 3 hours.If you need free air, go to the shell.

Ive lived in northwood for 30 years, the staff at this Chevron is the absolute best. Never have I ever been to another gast station that came close to being as on point as this location. Thank you for building a team this great. This Ryan! guy can keep going to shell. Irvine dosent need trash like that. Go back to Tustin. Honestly for all the bs Ive seen the staff here deal with over the years, I hope they ve gotten some good footage to monetize on YouTube.

When there to put gas and use restroom, after putting gas i went to use restroom and both were being used after 15 minutes one of the workers there comes out of the restroom yelling at me, asking me if i couldnt read and getting loud cause i knocked on the door!! He was probably asleep or on the phone!! We had words!! Bad customer service!!
