A bit more space to navigate in the clothing section than what I remembered--perhaps 30% less inventory than 2019. Kitchen and furniture had good inventory. Staff was well masked and lines were non existent (Saturday before noon).
Its a ok place to look for some stuff for your home but if you have something modern and specific im just not sure if this is a right place for you. Ive been shopping from here for couple of times past 2 months cuz Ive recently moved in the area, i ended up returning some stuff because of bad quality. Prices are ok but its nit like very reasonable or cheap.Over all i would shop from here again for small stuff.
Is my favorite store for my kitchen !!Beautiful dishes!! Bathroom ornaments! And bedroom blankets! I love it!! I get my beautiful lamps! My bedroom looks elegant!!
Use to take my mom there while back to shop, she loved it from kitchen accessories to bedrooms and bath and all decorative in any categories you wish for,,,it was fun back then and now I just go there to shop for home stuff always out with my cart full of stuff and hardly have anything to return. Prices are pretty much very fair price and merchandise are hi quality. Recently looking to buy a maltese puppy and went to isle with all pet stuff to check out what I can get and be prepared. I took pictures of few items that was beautiful bed rest for puppy and looked so cute. Prices on those was about $69 a little over what I had in mind to spend but probably after I get my puppy friend probably will be tempted to get one of those. Looks so luxurious plus looked very comfy. They also had couple of patio set and lots of patio chairs stacked in corner. Easter ready throughout the store from pillows, cards, candles, towels and all dishes and decorative stuff and bakery stuff for Easter.Good luck! 🤞
HomeGoods has a ton of home essentials, plus they are very durable.
Have come here on the weekends and it is busy. Staff is great and friendly but just know there will be a check out line
I love everything ❤
Located in a great shopping center nice store
Good customer service.
Great store with friendly customer service.
I was shopping at HomeGoods the other day and needed assistance with kitchen supplies and Shirin was very nice and helped me find the product I was looking for. Although she was very busy with other things she had to do but dedicated her time to help me and was very patient. There are also a limited number of people allowed to the store at a time for COVID which is amazing. The staff are very nice and patient. LOVE IT!
This store is very irregular. The first cashier is not friendly at all. But today I had a good purchase for the first time. A young woman, Azam helped me a lot to find everything I wanted. I am happy.
The goods on sale are always changing though the product categories are pretty stable - directly reflecting the name of the store. Wr go for small kitchen tools or ad hoc needs like a few more red wine glasses, or a new tablecloth for tonights dinner - very convenient location and typically we come away with what we need at significant savings over msrp. We truly missed the retail therapy during the covid lockdown.
Great except for all the shoppers going the wrong way on the one way streets. I found several perfect gifts.
My mom always told me that they were a high end really expensive place to shop, so we never stepped foot through a TJMAXX or HomeGoods door, but one day I wandered in and was like, Wow! My mom was sooo wrong! These prices are AMAZING! Now you cant keep either of us out of here! Lol! I still dont come in unless I just got paid because therea no such thing as just looking lol.
Good store with some great deals.
Anything you need for your home and great prices
Deals popping right now
Never been inside.
A good place to go when you need some nice furnishings. Many great deals here!
Very good
Service is good
This place is like a toy store for women - absolutely amazing items, prices and service!!!
Good stay all day and night. The coolest Christmas items and gifts galore. Employees are kind and helpful
Its pretty resourceful, but there isnt everything . For example, you want normal confectioners sugar. But they only have huge piles on powdered confectioners sugar. And there is still much space if the stack was shortened by half.
I love Home Goods. This store is small and has limit selection so I reserve a star. But since every Home Goods has different stocks/merchandise so I can always find treasures and the most beautiful design pieces with a reasonable price at every location.
This store is amazing! The employees are helpful and friendly, but not overbearing (I hate when employees ask how I am doing every 2 minutes). The store is new and stocks quality merchandise and some very immaculately snazzy pieces. This is my favorite Home Goods, I dont even go to any of the other ones anymore.
Compact shop for home goods. Nice display. Convenient parking.
I had such a bad experience here today. I went to return some stuff. The first lady reprimanded me like a child in front of other customers for returning stuff with a smurk. The Asian manager who was approving the stuff I was returning gave me such a hard time. They are not nice like they used to be. I used to go there to return stuff and the staff were so nice and very helpful and they would return stuff with no problems. As a loyal customer I buy a lot of household items each time I am at the store between $200-$500 each time. I spent a lot of mony at HomeGoods. As customers we literally pay for their wages. They are so ungrateful and mean. I dont return stuff that often. On a rare occasion I will return something. While I was waiting in line, the same two ladies were giving another customer hard time about returning her items and both of the ladies behind the counter were creating a loud scene. Especially the Asian manager was talking so loud and very rude. We spend so much money at their store, we should be allowed to return things we dont like or want without feeling shamed, embarrased, reprimaned in front of other customers.
Lots of interesting things for my house I never knew existed in one place. Good prices.
Nice 👍👍👍
Located in a newly developed area of Irvine, this place has an amazing collection of home stuff. Their customer service is great as well!
It feels like a home decor-only version of Ross. The store feels very cramped (clearly they wish they had a bigger floorplan) but at least things are generally in the right spot. Cant imagine itd be easy to upkeep this place but they do well.
Pretty large inventory even though in a smaller space
I love Home Goods. I found a lot of nice things for my home and I purchased two additional salad plates to complete my set.
Everyone was working hard on making it seem like they were working hard yet they all showed negative attitude when anyone asked for helping. The 3 cashiers made barcode scanning look almost painful
The manager Jeremy at this location is one of the rudest people I have met. He is never in a good mood, always staring down people and when people ask him for help he is short and snappy with them . One day, I just stood and observed him interact with some customers and his customer service was terrible. It was sad seeing the look on the customers faces when they were treated with horrible customer service. Someone should tell this guy that smiles are free and he should smile and be more friendly especially being in customer service. It is shocking that he is a manager of a store. I hope things change after management sees this review or at least looks into this situation at the store.
I dont believe I actually set foot in this store so I gave it three stars for the nice seating out front while I waited
I love Homegoods but this is not my favorite location. Parking it limited and the store has great stuff but is small and crammed full.
My favorite place to find kitchen stuffs
I love this place and now I can see why my sister shops here.
I cant go here alone. I might spend all my money in one visit!! Dont tell me they offer a store credit card.. . I dont want to know.. Im addicted
Ugh! This place is so frustrating. First, theres stuff everywhere, which is pretty common for HomeGoods, but you cant move your cart without hitting something. Its no wonder so much of the merchandise is dinged or chipped. This particular location seemed perpetually understaffed. I have never been in there without one of the employees asking about where another employee is, only to be told that theyre not working or left already. All that being said, it is homegoods, so theres lots of fun stuff and the stock constantly changes.
Excellent custom service. Store well stocked.
Getting popular in this location.
Great place to shop for home goods
Slowest service ever. People spend 45 min here..maybe in line. I saw 6 workers restocking and/or talking and only 1 at the register with 10+ people in line. As Im writing, one person has been helped in 15 min.
Very friendly service and great merchandise
Poor customer service!!! - Terrible experience!! Went there for one thing, I found it in the first 5 minutes of being at the store... Searched for about 15 minutes trying to find an employee to help get the vase off the high shelf... No luck so I got in line waited in line for another 15 minutes while 1 of 2 men tried to ring up customers (at a snail pace) mean while one leaves as the lines is about 20 people in it... other customers are yelling for him to call for another cashier to assist him. 2 cashiers on a Sunday seems very understaffed if you have ever been here they always have a long line ... Especially with just ONE cashier! So after I get to the front I tell him I needed help getting this vase off the shelf (I was thinking he could just grab it as it was right at the entrance about 20 feet from where we where standing... NOPE... We had to wait until someone else came while he checked out 3 other people... I was patient, then up came the manager (silly me for thinking he was going to grab it so I could check out and be on my way... He started checking out the other people who where all behind me... With NO other help in sight coming I walked out!! I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS STORE!!! 40 Minutes in a store to get one thing that no one is capable of helping with is ridiculous! What an utter waste of time...Dont put stuff on high shelves of you don have staff that can take 2 minutes to get them down for customers!!!
The absolute worst customer service!!! I love homegoods, Ive shopped at home goods for about 4 years now, they have cool travel decor for the mother in law and country for mom, organizers for me and toys for the kids... BUT THE WOODBURY HOMEGOODS IS THE WORST! I dont know how EVERY one working there is the rudest, sarcastic, mean, cranky, unfriendlist worker you have ever meet. The thing is if you run in a grab something small then who cares if they are rude BUT if you need and little more assistance like a return or the price of something not marked you will have a problem. Avoid if you can and go to the tjmax/homegoods not to far
Some sections of the store are not organized at all and items can fall on the customer
Smaller store than the one at the District so doesnt carry ANY clothes. Less wait time in checkout lines it seemed, at least when I went.
Love this store, you find everything for your home!
I always finds good deals in here and sometimes even cheaper than amazon and other retailers! Wish it was more organized.
This location is a bit cluttered but if you really dig in you can find some great deals!
Thats good and cheap
Most items are overpriced if not selling for regular retail price knowing products sell for same price. And the clearance section is what the whole store should be about.
I like how you can find stuff here but it is cluttered AF in this place. I dont want to take my daughter in here due to fear she will be injured.
I wasnt evt there. Why dont you get your act together
I could find some stuff that is unnecessary for dAily living!!
Be careful, moms. A lot of fragile stuffs are reachable by your toddlers.
Love this place.
Good, but always crowded
Great location and service
Get the clearance pricing together plz
Smaller store, but you never know what you might find. From gourmet food to dishes to dog beds to baby gifts, theyve got it.

There are various kinds of goods needed for general life. Even if you dont have anything to buy, you can buy something if you look at it.
Very good, the price is right, the quality of the goods is trustworthy
