My experience with Lotus Seats has been amazing. The 1 star review from 2 years ago must have been with the previous store manager. Customer service is 5 stars here... Patty is accommodating, asks customers about their needs and makes recommendations based on their needs. She doesnt push top of the line products just to make a sale. She proactively contacted me upon my request for their next sale. I appreciated her followup. Lotus is a top of the line product and the customer service here is also top of the line. Patty follows Covid-19 protocol, another reason to feel comfortable coming here.

Broken in 6 months. Charge $70 to fix it.
