Their service department is very prompt and efficient on handling customer s needs. I had a punctured tire and even tho it could not be repaired they quickly offer installing a new tire. I only wish theyd offered a discount price on a new tire since Im a new owner of a Mazda and I could just as easily go 1 mile away to a tire center for a cheaper one same model. Still I got great service.

They are good for basic oil and filter changes. Any other repair, will set you back much much more than you ever imagined.Jeep warranty was no good when my diesel pump blew for no reason and had to replace the entire fuel distribution system.The estimate was $12,000.00 at the least.This company seems so detached from the customer after the sale.Buy a vehicle from them, if you have no other choice in the world.

Unorganized and never returns calls. Every time I call service center, it goes to voicemail. They ask you to leave a phone number so theyll call you back. They never do. Three voicemails in 2 weeks, and nothing. At this point, I wouldnt trust them with my Gladiator even if they did return a phone call

Went on may 13 2020 for a recall in my dodge journey, when I picked up the car I drove a few miles and I started to smell a burnt smell, I was able to make it home and check under the hood and the hose from coolant reservoir to coolant cap was disconnected and I found it hidden between the engine and the air filter compartment also now the car is leaking, my car was perfectly fine before to go to this place, I sent some emails to Malcolm Urgell and still no answer.Update: changing the score from 1 to 4,Tuttle click contacted me and sent a mechanic, he checked the car and saw that is OK and answered a lot of questions, thanks for addressing this issue so quickly, I will return.

Went to Mazda Service, under construction, recommend staying away until done.I was waiting to talk to a service manager, made an appointment too, decided they were understaffed cause I had to wait and there was very little room to even pull up.Basically, the Mazda dealership near the 5 and Tustin is managed 10x better from my first impression. This dealership service department gave me doubts that my car would even get repaired correctly, I guess maybe just a bad first impression, but I guess well never know cause Im definitely not going back.

When I first moved to the OC twenty plus years ago, T-C service was a joke. But it has come a long way since then. The Hyundai dealership does a good job looking after the car and me. I usually wait for my car and it has never been an excessive period. Those times that I knew it be over night they arrange a loner or a Lyft ride home and back. Yeah the waiting room could be nicer but it is comfortable.

Was told over the phone a key fob was $250. They failed to mention the $187 programming fee! $437 for a key fob? Youre taking advantage of people. Thats not nice. They can look it up online for free and you charge $190 to do something that takes 5 minutes. Swap meets do it for $80.... Come on now.

Not very good service

Im glad I decided to take my car to Tuttle-Click in Irvine. I just wish I had started going sooner. The staff are very good and friendly. Waiting to get seen can take some time, depending on when you go. Mondays and Fridays seem to be the busiest days. Service has always been honest and top notch. I do recommend making an appointment, it does help speed up your service time. Highly recommend these guys!

My first impression of the service department was a good one. I will give a more detailed assessment when the work is completed. Work completed in a timely manner and all systems are go. Cost was less than anticipated which was most pleasing.

They said they did a thorough transmission diagnostic andmy transmission needed to be replaced because it was slipping. I instead took it to my mechanic who determined I had a transmission hose leak and my fluid was extremely low. Saved me $4K from the dealer rip-off.

I was very pleased with my service experience at Tuttle Click. They were fast and efficient.

The service center has gone down hill fast. I sat patiently for about 15 minutes till it was my turn. There were 2 signs posted at the entrance of the service center that state to have a seat and someone will get to me as soon as possible. Finally after 15 minutes, they said, oh, you are only picking up? You can go straight to the cashier. How about a sign for that! Also, I had asked over the phone that since it was warranty work being done, can I please have the truck washed. They stated no problem. I even saw a sign while waiting that car washes were performed by request. So, my truck pulls up and it was never washed. This was the 2nd time this has happened. There is zero communication between the people behind the desks and the people working in the back. They offered to wash the truck at that time but I didnt feel like waiting again since I had already waited before for no reason.

Their customer service is always great. Their automobile service is excellent also, the combination is perfect.

This is a clean place with a bunch of vending machines and a nice waiting area. The guy who took our case was not so nice and was very offhand-ish to my mum. But overall good place.

Visited Tuttle Click Automotive specifically have three recalls completed. I was offered a car rental so I didnt need to wait. Three hours later Cameron called me and said my truck was ready to go. I had a good experience here and would return.Only negative is if youve never been here before, its a little confusing checking into there system. The wait requires customer, and there were several, to keep track of whos next. Not a big deal, a little more stressful as you age ;)Great job Cameron! You made me feel comfortable with the process and no pressure.

Took my car in for an oil change and a recall. I selected this dealer because it was closest to my apartment. I called twice ahead of time for clarity on if I needed an appointment and the first guy said he needed my VIN to look it up and couldnt assist without and he was not aware of the recall, which did not instill confidence. When I called back the second guy said I didnt need to have a VIN or an appointment for the weekend. I took my car in today, parked in the service bay, and had to wander around trying to find someone who could help. When I asked one person if he could help, he turned and gave me a look like I asked him something unreasonable. Someone else finally helped. The general attitude was that they did not care at all that I was there. They got my car done in a quick amount of time which I appreciated! However the works was $60, compared to just $40 for the same service I had this summer at AutoNation in Tustin.
