Went to the Habit. Restaurant was very clean and the mail came out quickly. For fast food it is very good.

We go there for Asal Bakery and Irvine Super store. The plaza has a lot of food places to go. Parking is always difficult to find and I feel parking space for a car is also compact than any other places.

Nice strip mall type plaza with a variety of restaurants and shops. Its my go to for almost all of our needs.

Its a big shopping center with many restaurants. Plenty of Parking but they do get filled pretty fast. Exit direction could certainly be helpful.

Absolutely disgusting! This bench was crawling with roaches. Those were just a few of them, I saw at least 10 or 12. Even little baby ones! This mall needs to be shut down.

Heritage Plaza Shopping Mall is my favorite shopping center in my favorite city Irvine when I been to Mitsuwa Marketplace for my birthday and I love it

Daiso is the best alt to 99 cent store ever. Paris bagueu is delicious and the bagel place has the best bagels in Irvine. Nicki at Ralphs is awesome, he is always in a great mood and so helpful. Makes me laugh every time I shop for groceries

Picked a salad for my daughter. Very fast and efficient. Workers very kind.

We usually shop at Ralphs which is convenient. This store is somewhat limited in size, but generally has most of what we need. Dont tend to use most of the other stores, except Trader Joes and Smart and Final in Walnut Village Mall across the street.

Nice place to hangout and get coffee or brunch and just relax and enjoy the weather and scenery.

Its a very convenient shopping center with lots of good eateries and grocery stores. Lots of asian food option available here. The parking lot is huge and always available. The north side parking towards the medical offices though is a little crammed.

Went to the Japanese grocery Mitsuwa. They had everything I was looking for

Very interesting variety of shops in this surprisingly massive plaza. The recycling shop is on the back side of Ralph’s. Most of the foods are on the $$ range. There is also a row of Tesla chargers in the lot. The strip mall itself doesn’t have free WiFi but few of its shops do like Wendy’s and Ralph’s. There aren’t too many AR game(I.e. Pokémon go) landmarks here unfortunately. A lot of Irvine High students come here.

Shopping center always very busy.. Came to eat @ Sup Noodle Bar restaurant which has excellent fusion Vietnamese/Peruvian food. Of course we had the Lomo Saltado which was a huge portion. Shaken beef pho was excellent and so flavorful. Their truffle fries is one of our favorite. Dont eat here if youre vegetarian.

Make sure you are a defensive driver as a friend actually parks then walks to avoid congestion and high speeds. No one is paying attention but but few motorists have enough driving skills to slow down breaking through pedestrians.The worst part is the chaos day and night as the lines are long. 50 people were in the Boba tea line & the Middle Eastern bakery was busy too. Figure out the patrons foot traffic patterns as waiting in line is well worth the goodies.

Very spacious location. Lots of parking places. A lot of resturants (boiling point, buffalo wild wing, Mitsuwa, and much more). This plaza also have various other business like grocery stories, educational schools, CVS and etc

Theres a lot to like about Heritage Plaza. It has my bank, for sure a good thing. It also has my favorite show repair place, Culver Shoe Repair, where you get excellent work and a few jokes with every order. Then there is East Coast Bagels, who has been taking care of me for years. They make sure that I order nutritiously when I get takeaway and they make sure my bagels are fresh whenever I pick up a bakers dozen. I love this place ❤️. Theres a lot of other stuff that make for a diversified shopping experience. A UPS store, a bike shop even a walk in clinic. Bagels and shoes are MY favorites.

Ralphs has nice employees, and the management is great. The produce department is regularly stocked. The inventory in the rest of the store seems to be shrinking. I now have to shop to two stores to complete my shopping list. You really need to add an American Style restaurant like Cocos.

At Heritage Plaza, you can find everything you need from groceries to an efficient UPS location for me, and worth my while to visit with the friendly employees and Merchants

I love all the workers there. They are all great people. Especially Keith.
