Went in to purchase a vehicle for our son. This was his first car and our sales person Shelby was the best. She was so helpful and got a great deal for us. She even delivered the car to my son the next day, talk about going up and beyond. She delivered great customer service. If your looking for a deal, ask for her.
False advertisement! Every car website has the vehicles listed at a certain price and even the same price on the actual window sticker. Drove an hour and a half out of my way only to find out that there is a “mark up” and that price isn’t the actual price. How this is legal blows my mind. You would think they would want to sell a vehicle in these times but no. They want to falsely advertise on every website on the planet. Wouldn’t trust them with anything. It’s all a racket. I dont know what is so hard to just change the price to the actual price they are selling for. It would be more honorable and the right thing to do. They say they have no control of these 3rd party sites (which is BS) but when the actual vehicle sitting on the lot itself has that same price that all the websites have too what is that? Ridiculous! Was 1000% ready to pay sticker but not now. Waste of time!
Terrible buying experience. I would not recommend this dealership to anybody. I went in one night to look, found a car I liked and came back the next night to purchase the vehicle. After agreeing to pull the trigger on it, I was informed the keys had been “lost”. I thought okay, no big deal, this is a dealership, they can program keys here. I was assured that the keys would be programmed the next day by 10:00 A.M. by two different people, on of them being the salesman “Ricky Bow tie”. I’m a mechanic myself, I know programming keys is not a difficult task and that sometimes keys actually do get lost. 10:00 came around, I contacted ricky, and got no response. I continued trying to contact him until I finally got a response at 2:00 P.M saying he hadn’t been to work that day. However, I also called the sales floor at around 11:00 A.m. and was told ricky was at lunch. So somebody lied somewhere. When Ricky called me, he actually yelled at me because I requested two keys be made for the vehicle. Come to find out, the salesman was actually calling a locksmith to come program keys, instead of doing it at the dealership. I was finally delivered the vehicle two days after purchase. Also, they keys weren’t lost, they were locked in the car, I got two keys, one was an original one was not. Not only that, I was told the car had gone through “dealer prep”. It had not. 2 of the tires had nails. Luckily I’m a mechanic and also sell tires, so I figured I’d patch them myself. After removing the tires from the rim, I found both tires had multiple patches in them, you are not supposed to patch a tire more than twice. So I had to buy two new tires. I also tried to get ahold of the sales manager, left a voicemail and never got a response. What a terrible way to do business with customers.

My last car buying experience was absolutely horrible and in desperation, I ended up settling for a car I didn’t want. Going to Westway Ford was such a different and pleasant experience. They were super friendly and very knowledgeable. We appreciate their patience and the options they provided. Not only did they find us a car that met the needs of my growing family, but they also worked with our budget. It was so quick and we got to leave with a car we loved!

Made a call yesterday supposedly to make an appointment and said that I have a coupon for The Works. The person who answered the phone told me no appointment needed and just come anytime and that they close at 9pm.When I get there at 4:10pm today I was told that they do not accept coupons after 4pm coz service for coupons is only up to 5pm and they close at 7pm.No where in their website shows this. If theyre having a party, they should have put a sign so people could just turn around or better yet post it on their website re: shortened time if really due to party. This is the only Ford dealership service I know that discriminate the coupons they have posted on their website. What do you think?

Absolutely horrible place do not go there for a car. Not only did they short me $1300 dollars on an equity check that I will have to sue for the remaining balance on. They also make it impossible to get a hold of anyone. I dont think the phones even work after you purchase a car. I cant stress this enough stay away... even if you get a decent deal on a car the dealing with them after is terrible. Worst dealership Ive ever bought from. This picture is after 3 weeks of trying to get answers and calling every few days... I had to call a corporate ford office just to get them to get someone on the line for me to talk to.

After purchasing a Lincoln MKZ My daughter notice the brakes were bad. Booster brakes were out so I called and spoke to Scott the manager and he suggest we bring it back up there. They’re was a bit of a hiccup at first but at the end of the day, they fixed the brakes at no charge, gas her up and detail her car. Luis Cortez was our sales person and he is amazing super attentive and very friendly. I highly recommend Westway Ford. Great Customer service!

I have been texting one of the salesman for over a year on good deals, but I never went there until this past weekend (9/25/21)and I saw something online that I had to check out in person. I was treated with respect and honesty and I got along with the salesman like we have known each other for a while. Well the day lasted a while but it was worth it. I bought a truck and the finance department was spot on and worked hard for what I needed a vehicle for. Westway Ford is A1 in my book.

Do not purchase a vehicle here worst place you can go to!! Purchased a vehicle in 2020 turns out it was all messed up they said they couldn’t fix(more like it was going to cost them more to fix it) they said the car was going to get auctioned. Before this it took them more than a month for them to be able to give me an answer. As to what was wrong with the truck. They were able to get me another vehicle. But even then when you take your vehicle for oil change and tire rotation they cant even do that right. You would think they would provide better customer service since you pay monthly to get extra services done on your car but they cant even put a tire back probably. They never answer their phones as well another con. Go anywhere else except for here!! It will save you some stress!

Everyone who had a hand in making this deal happen was absolutely phenomenal. Vlad was our rep that got us there and worked countless hours being an awesome advocate between us and the dealership . Mr. Bradley going above and beyond to get us the best option financially and Jimmy in finance getting us all set with Gap and 100K extended warranty. Every single person we interacted with was absolutely fantastic in getting us a deal we were happy and confident with and going the extra mile. I have 3 up and coming drivers and we will definitely be back to hopefully see all 3 of them again in the next few years!
Not Happy at all. We purchased a car on 08/28/2021 and did not take possession until delivery on 09/10/2021. After taking possession of the car we noticed that the open recall that was promised to be fixed during negotiations was not fixed at all. In addition, there as an immediate obvious rumbling sound when driving the car on the highway (we were directed to drive the car in a specific area that was residential therefore not getting up to highway speeds during the test drive). After reaching out to the salesperson Shelby and calling the dealership twice and receiving no resolution but now being left with thousands of dollars worth of mechanical damage, before we have even received license plates, I would recommend to never visit or purchase from this dealership. Avoid at all costs.
Dustin and his team at Westway Ford were first class! They took the stress out of car buying and had me in a car and off the lot in no time. I will definitely continue to go to Westway Ford for future vehicles. All of the staff was friendly, timely, and attentive to customer needs.
I feel I was scammed. I had a problem with sensors. Told problem was my fault, made sure the warranty people knew it was my fault so they did not have to cover it. Tried to sell me batteries that were in fact OK, replaced bulbs that were in fact not the problem. I believe they knew the problem and I even gave them a probable idea as to the cause. Even though I was told that they had checked out probable bad plug, they in fact DID NOT check it, and when I didnt buy their batteries, they just scammed me. Truck sat there for over 3 weeks, cost me over $1500.00 and when they finally declared it repaired, the fix lasted about 30 minutes, probably just long enough for the system to relearn problems after codes were cleared. Took to another shop and they checked the plug, found that it had not been serviced. They cleaned it and now the truck works great. I have pictures of the plug that West Way says they checked. It was totally corroded and full of water.

If you want the typical tacky car salesman approach then this is your place! The price that the vehicles are listed for online are of course no where near the actual price of the vehicle (like $7k off). They acted like I was insane to think that the price of the vehicle would be what it was listed for online. I was told everyone does that maam and that no one lists the price of the upgrades already on the actual vehicle you want to purchase.I love the vehicle I got, but was not happy about the experience at all. I simply told them if I could just purchase the vehicle for the price it was advertised as I would get the car. I was then pushed back and forth between multiple managers for about an hour. I decided to leave and think about it.I came back a few days later and they had lost my quote, and had to run my credit a second time just to give me even higher numbers, when I was finally able to get them to go back to the number they had given me just a few days before I was exhausted.Bottom line is, they are the typical sleezy dealership that will wear you out until you decide to purchase, I believe bait and switch is the term? so pack your patience and some snacks if the car you want is at this dealership. and if possible just go elsewhere.
This place plain simply sucks. Please find another Ford dealership. Agent Edwin tried. But didnt try hard enough thinking my interest in mind.This place is i think absurdly against leasing or something. They came up with a crazy amount for my monthly lease, which would seem way higher than if i had financed. Subconsciously trying to make me finance the bronco than to lease it for terms.
HORRIBLE. We agreed on pricing and drove all the way from out of state (8 hours) to finalize and purchase a truck. DAY OF (which is next day after everything was agreed on) they decided to increase the price by 35% ($30,000). ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. Even Ford corporate recommended NOT purchasing at the price. Sales person “wasn’t aware he should share that markup with us.” DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.
A couple months ago I went to get an oil change and once I left my sensor to get an oil change came back on about 2 days later. Weird. Then the same day my sensor for low washing fluid came on at this point Im thinking did I really get an oil change??? I came on my lunch break to get the issue resolved and the gentleman apologized and said my next oil change would be complimentary. Understandable.So on this past Tuesday 7/13 I went to have my oil changed and hopes it would be a better experience. It was not. I had let the service associate Jessica know about my last experience and that the previous gentleman stated it would be complimentary. She did not acknowledge any of that. Only for them to now leave the air cap off the tire. I called Jessica my service rep multiple times and she assured someone would bring it by since Ive been inconvenienced multiple times. To where she stopped taking my calls and Ive still have yet to get any feedback. Terrible service.
Sales man was great but when I was told that there was a $20k-$25k markup after an hour of going back and forth over the phone/text, and was told at the beginning that the internet price was what the price was I would pay, I was definitely not giving them my business for wasting my time. Very unprofessional and should have been disclosed on the website or over the phone on the initial call. I’m not against mark ups during these car shortages but $20k? That’s outrageous.

Nothing but bad experiences at this place. Once took my truck there that I bought from them used and not long I had a transmission problem so I took it to then and they had me wait at least three days without a car before finally decided my warranty would cover it and I can get a rent a car, that was a couple years ago makes me feel like they try to do everything they can to make it impossible for you to use your warranty

Edwin came over to help out and found a way to get me exactly what I wanted! Zack was the finance manger and he knew his stuff. He made sure I was happy and understood everything before proceeding with the paperwork. On a side note, he was sharply dressed!!!Everyone was polite, had manners and made this experience fun! I was in talks for a new bronco sport, negotiations took two days with 12+ hours in between me hearing from them multiple times. I had called the dealership to talk to the sales manager that I was dealing with and was told the sales manager would call me back and nothing. I had to look online to see the bronco I was looking at was sold. No call, no text, zero communication that it had sold and they pushed me off to the back burner. Communication between the dealership and myself was horrible even after my trying to reach out the them MULTIPLE times. Needless to say I’ll never try to do business with this dealer again. If they don’t want to do business with people they should just be honest and say they don’t want your business. And not to mention a 5k markup on the vehicle and no mention of the markup online until I called. All in all I would say this dealership is dishonest, deceptive, and generally shady and business with this dealer should be avoided, sad part is multiple others have complained of the same thing. And the sales manager Austin and the other sales manager Edwin aren’t trusted to do business with.

Horrible service. Told me vehicle was fixed. It wasn’t told me to bring it back then they refuse to fix. It’s only a six month old truck misfiring. They actually said couldn’t fix because tires are bald which are the originals with about 18000 miles. They even blamed the way the truck has been driven fir tire ware. It’s a company truck and the young man is a responsible driver. This dealership has a terrible reputation for a reason. Do yourself a favor and find another. These people care nothing about you
Quite possibly the worst experience I have had from finance to service. They do not return calls, they try and force you to buy warranties and raise the interest rate if you do not agree.Service department had my car for 12 days. Since I couldn’t get an update after 5 calls, I drove to the service department.They said sorry but we ordered the wrong part and the one you need is on back order.12 days for them to figure out they ordered the wrong part.I love my Shelby GT500 but will never come back to this dealership ever again.When I call for the GM they send me to sales manager. Once they hear it is because of service they transfer you to the death loop. No one answered the phones and you get disconnected.Standing here waiting for my car I am watching the service advisors sit in their cubicles not answering phones.Good luck if you try this dealership.
Very weird environment inside- more like a club than place of business with loud music and staff running around everywhere. My dad and I drove around the lot looking at what they have out and Shelby ran over to us trying to get us inside, after a few back and forths we agreed to see if we could work out a deal, as Shelby said she was a “problem solver”. We sat there for a while, I told her what my situation was and that I had x amount of money to buy a car and I didn’t want to finance. After some persuasion from Shelby I agreed to fill out a credit app under the agreement that only the dealership was going to see what my score was and they weren’t going to put it out to the banks. Tell me why I now have 7 inquiries on my credit report all on behalf of Westway Ford. I know it’s not the worst thing, it’s more the principal to do what you said you were going to and not be deceitful. When I called to speak to a manager about this to ask for more accountability in the staff and to do what they say, DJs response was “ well what would you like me to do about it”. Totally unprofessional environment and staff. Plenty of more professional dealerships the choose from.
Worst experience ever!!! The dealership did a song & dance to get us into the vehicle. Weve barely had the vehicle 6 months. Its been with the service center for a month now. The service advisor Marco is never available when reaching out, doesnt return calls, was condescending & rude when were finally able to get him on the line. All for us to find out a month after the vehicle has been sitting that they want to charge a $160 diagnostic fee. This is something they should have informed us at least 3 weeks ago. Its been a terrible experience for my son who was previously excited for purchasing his own first vehicle. We were also not provided a loaner vehicle but, placed on a waiting list & still without transportation. The salesman even accused my son of lying. We will never do business with Westway again & be sure family, friends & anyone else that will listen wont either. Worst service ever!!! We wont be returning.
After 2 hours of waiting, when they finally showed me the numbers they had a surprise ‘market adjustment’. Wait for them to tell you it’s everywhere - but every other dealer was transparent about their prices. They intentionally make the internet prices low to lure you in before smacking you with 5k market adjustments and 3k of dealer add ons. Take your business elsewhere for honestly and transparency. Compete waste of my time. I’m NEVER doing business here again and I’ll be sure to tell everyone I know to do the same.

I bought my Expedition with Napoleon the beginning of this year and I felt my business was valuable. I decided to go back when I realized I needed a bigger SUV. This time Edwin was there when helping me and he was an amazing sales person. He heard all my concerns and we could not be any happier with our purchase. Definitely will be recommending my family and friends.
Called about a Explorer listed for 38k and had a good trade in.They (ran the numbers) and magically with the trade in and all the rebates with out even running our credit the new cost was 41k. That is outrageous and unprofessional. The finance guy who called me was pretty rude when I told him that you dont go from a list price and make it go up 3k even with a trade in.
Everyone is very nice BUT... Dont think just because you schedule a time for service that your vehicle will be serviced around that time. Scheduled an oil change for 10:30. Its 12:10 and my truck still has not made it into the service bay!
My experience here was horrible. Jessica Herbert was unhelpful and not professional. It was my fault that my car would be over $800 to fix. What was not my fault was the fact that I called to check to see if my car was done on a Friday. The day they said it would be done. I got no call back on Friday or Saturday. I called again to see if it would be done on Monday since I never heard. I finally got a call back on Monday saying that it was done. Guess what, my car was done on Friday. Jessica said she texted me. When I asked what number it wasn’t my number. Why wouldn’t you check back in if you heard nothing from me? Also how did you have the right number for me to call me and say my car would be $800 but didn’t have the right number to call and say that my car was done. I could of saved $400 on my rental car if I would of known my car was done. Very disgusted. Don’t go here
Came to westway ford for an oil change so I was not in the mindset of buying a new truck at this time, hence the pajamas I was wearing. Shelby came and said that she was sure she could cut me an awesome deal and that I could wall away at anytime...which I very well planned to do. The deal she fought to get for me was truly amazing and I walked out of there with a new 2021 F-150 lariat with a slightly lower payment from my previous 2019 F-150 xlt. Angelica in finance and idalia at service were equally great and helped negotiate add-ons and warranty options that fit into my budget and made me much happier with my purchase. This is my 2nd vehicle with Westway Ford and surely wont be my last.
BEWARE!! Bait and switch at its finest....I was looking at a f350 on their website which is listed at MSRP....I submitted an inquiry online and received a response promptly from Luis which I do give them credit for. I repeatedly asked him what they were selling the truck for as I did not want to drive over an hour to just waste my time, unsurprisingly he would not answer that question, just kept saying it was up to upper management to determine the selling price and that I should just come up there. He could have just told me it is going to be over msrp and had saved me the extra 2-3 minutes on the phone instead of giving me the run around. No thanks, I will not be doing business with westway ford.

Few salesmen didn’t even care about the customer, I wanted to buy a truck and went to the dealership two times just for a test drive. Waiting a long time both days and the guy didn’t even bothered of my needs and time.
I went there on 05/20/2020 and Austin and Jorge helped me every step of the way to find the right truck I needed for my business. They both were very informative and weren’t those pushy car dealers either. The process was quick and easy!!! I will be referring all my friends and family.
The place is horrible after they sale you a car. The service dept is horrible. Damn near impossible to get them to answer the phone. They do not do the job right. My car is new, under warranty and they have no concern about the job they do. I called to try to speak to a manager and someone by the name of Marissa answers and was extremely rude. I specifically said do not transfer me bc they do not answer in the service center and she replies maam I wont have you speak to me rude. And hangs up. What did I say that was rude? Absolutely no kind of customer service in that whole place. Unbelievable

So I recently just went and got my vehicle serviced this week because of a recall on the rear camera and for my sync 3. I noticed that my sync 3 was acting up and would go in and out of car play and quit charging my phone. I went ahead and order a brand new Sync 3 part through parts department and let the service team member know about it so he can go ahead and replace it. When I got my vehicle back this afternoon after 24 hours of it being at the dealership, the service member told me that the technician did not replace the Sync 3 because it was working fine and that it only needed to have an update. Not even two miles leaving from the dealership after receiving my vehicle, my sync 3 begins to act up again. Unfortunately, I do not have the time to take my vehicle back to the dealer and let them do the repair I requested due to the fact that I have to go back and forth from college. This would have all been a lot smoother if they had just replaced the Sync 3 as I requested.

Westway Ford was spectacular in my purchase of a new truck. I live in Las Vegas and they took care of me every step of the way. Any hiccups that occurred were addressed immediately and taken care of. The truck was ready for delivery upon my arrival. Wetsway Ford team was awesome. My sales person Merrisa was wonderful to work with.
I found a Bronco online base model sticker price was 28,210. Thats not what they want. Theyll list it at MSRP but when you talk to them theyll mark it up an additional 10,000. And dont even ask about credit. Youll be scoffed at even if your credits close to 700. My first suggestion is look elsewhere before going to this dealer even if you have to drive 100 plus miles its definitely worth it opposed to finding out last minute about their 4000-5000$ dealership fee and another 5000 for the dealership mark up. FYI run that information by any other ford dealer and laugh with them when they say thats ridiculous and unheard of. The only person who actually seemed to wanna get a deal done and do his job properly was Keith walker.
Ran my credit multiple times and still declined me. Be upfront and stop telling me to come back over and over again if you know you cant get the deal done
Yes we really appreciate the help and patience from Stephen. He made the whole process a whole lot easier and always listened to our wants and needs, he made this purchase possible. We are from about 10 hours away and he had all our paperwork ready to go by the time we arrived to Irving. The finance department was different, Rey didnt even know what vehicle we got or what vehicle we traded in and got a little frustrated when we wouldnt get the warranty.
Easily the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. Here is the short version:- scheduled a time to test drive a truck. Arrive to find my sales person walking out with another couple to take them on a test drive in another car.-another couple shows up and another person takes them to test drive the car Im there to look at. I am told their appointment was 45 minutes prior to mine and that they are late.-Dealership informs me i can buy the car undriven for 20K over MSRP, so i leave.-Salesmen Allan calls me back and convinces me to come drive the truck, they refuse to remove the 20K over MSRP markup. I decline to buy the truck.-Allan spends several days over text giving me unsolicited financial advice and then telling me that things are expensive bc money machine go brrr.-After telling Allan I had another deposit on the same truck at a different dealership with no markup and that i was not interested in moving forward he then asks me why I am shopping for a car I cannot afford in the first place.-Not mentioned is the endless incoherent ramblings of Allan and the other totally unprofessional behavior of everyone at the dealership.-I would ride a bicycle or skateboard 40 miles both ways to work before I ever buy a car from this dealership. Cant even imagine how awful the finance department is based on how bad my experience with the sales staff was.

Terrible Experience - My wife was very interested in one of the Mustangs that you have (or had - dont know if its still there) on your lot. The stock number of the vehicle is M5134350. The MSRP of the vehicle I believe is $33,190. This is in our budget range. We made an appointment and my wife took the car for a test drive and she loved it. So after the test drive, we go inside to start looking at numbers. Now remember, the sticker on the vehicle is approx. $33K. The salesman comes back to the desk with a piece of paper with outrageous numbers on it that did not make any sense. He informed us that you (the dealership) were going to add a $5,000 market adjustment fee due to inventory shortages because of the chip crisis. Wait, it gets better. Then he told us that he was going to double and triple charge us for options packages that are already installed on the vehicle from the factory and are already included in the MSRP on the window sticker!! So, when the dust settled, the bottom-line price of the vehicle exceeded $46,000 !!!. I am not kidding! We were in a state of shock and completely speechless. We were going to be charged $13,000 OVER the MSRP!!! After a few minutes of negotiations getting us nowhere, we just had to get up and leave. The two gentlemen we dealt with were nice and they were polite, but we could not help the feeling that we were getting ripped off and victims of a total bait and switch.
Worked hard to get us the car we wanted at a fair price. Better inventory than other lots as well. Would use this dealership again for sure!

Everything went relatively smooth. I appreciated the laid back atmosphere and not being pressured into things I didnt want. I also appreciated not spending a lot of time going back and forth.
I gave it 1 star only because it wouldn’t let me give 0! I took my truck in today for an oil change and after a few miles on the freeway something popped in the engine and lost power. I called Ford right away around 5:30. As soon as I told what the issue was they put me on hold and never came back in the line. I’ve been calling now for over an hour and no response! Horrible service!
The sales dept listened to me and they got me what I wanted!! Way to go Sales dept!! Thank you again!
Westtway Ford has been my car dealer and Main mechanic since 2009. Ive had a transmission replaced back in 2010 and I havent had any problems with it to this day the new and used sales staff, as well as service staff have been professional caring and got the job done the first time. For me no, theyve done well, and I definitely would recommend you give them a try!!!

We drove 12 hours to purchase a pickup from Westway Ford in April 2021 and its been a nightmare. Claudia was our salesperson and we have no complaints against her but the whole finance department is a joke. Ray was who helped us in finance.. helped is a very giving word. We would told that paperwork would be ready when we got there so it would be just a matter of finishing things up.. we spent the whole day sitting there waiting for Ray to get it done. Still to this day my name is spelled incorrectly of my loan paperwork, even after correcting him, my drivers license sitting in front of him, he still couldnt get it and said its not important . Finally got things finished and headed home, Came time purchase tags, our tag office didnt have nessasary paperwork so we called back to the dealership and they said their was an error and we needed to resign a couple documents and they werent sure why they didnt notify us. Fast forward to the current issue, we were overcharged sales tax, it was doubled, a significant amount,Ive been calling for close to a month to resolve the issue and I cant get a call back. Ray has a different excuse on why he cant help me, his given me several different names of people who will call me ( Jaime, Janice.. ect) and nobody ever calls. I spoke to Angel, the assistant finance manager and she finally acknowledged that I was overcharged but said she knew no more than that and that I would receive a call the following day from herself or Jaime with information regarding the process to correct this. Think Ive gotten a call back... nope! So save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. Buying a vehicle is always a stressful process and this places just makes it 10 times worse.
We went to this dealership to get a King Ranch F150. They had one in stock that we liked. When we went to sit down and run numbers they added $14,000 more than the sticker price, without us asking to add any additional features. When we asked about the additional cost, we were told that it had to do with the supply and demand. We refused to pay above sticker price and had to ask for our key to our trade-in three times. This was the worst experience we have ever had at a dealership and refuse to be price gouged.
Apparently Westway Ford is not in need of selling anything. Been calling their parts department for 2 days now and phone rings continuously. I let it ring until they answered, about 15 rings then I was placed on eternal hold. I hung up after 15 min 58 seconds. Terrible customer service. Guess I’ll take my business to Grand Prairie Ford after 23 years.
I had a couple recalls for my Ford fusion. I called to make an appointment they were able to take care of the issue the next day. The representative that answered the phone was very polite. Oscar the gentleman that helped me through the whole process of taking care of the issues in regards to the recall I had excellent customer service service!! Can made me feel important. He was very detailed explained everything. Make sure that I understood what was going to happen. There’s another gentleman by the name of Salvador he is the driver after dropping off my car at Wesley Ford he drop me back to my office and picked me up when my car was ready, I thought my Ford fusion somewhere else but my next car most definitely I’ll get it at this dealership Wesley Ford is awesome there in Irving by the way. Thank you Oscar and Salvador you guys are awesome!!❤️

1 star is being a bit generous at this point in time since I am unable to get a call back from ANYONE at this dealership. We were in on the last day of the month of June until almost midnight, my elderly father and I, and purchased a vehicle. Since then, some health concerns took priority over anything else. We have now been attempting to contact about contract issues to no avail. We read and discussed everything including declination of a service contract, down payment and finance terms. The system was having issues and had to be rebooted three times. I would like to think the $896 service contract, the down payment and inventory tax that was added to the total price of the vehicle was a mistake. However, since I am unable to get a call back from anyone I have to assume it was purposefully done and aspects of our agreement falsified. I sincerely hope to be able to update this review after the Truth in Lending mistakes are corrected.
I purchased my first vehicle from Westway Ford in June 2021. The truck came with 2200 miles on it. When I asked about the mileage, I was told by my finance person that for each new part they added to the truck, they have to drive it 200 miles to reset some of the functions. The first time I washed and vacuumed the truck, I found beer bottle caps from under one of the seats and other trash and what appeared to be mud-type markings around the windows that Ive been trying to rub out. When I lifted the hood to add some wiper fluid, there is mud all inside the hood and engine. Based off of these things, I think this was a loaner truck or a runner truck that I was deceived into purchasing as new. Additionally, I have discovered that the truck runs approx. 5 mph faster than the speedometer shows. When I took the truck in to have it recalibrated, I was told I would likely need to pay for a part to have the speedometer recalibrated, though it was due to the new tires the dealership placed on the truck prior to the sale, and the dealership should have calibrated the truck, as instructed by the automaker, and now they are going to attempt to pass that cost onto the buyer, a month after the purchase. The service dept. doesnt pick up their phones or return messages, so I have to physically go up there to get a hold of someone.
I was looking for a car for a little over 2 weeks before I stumbled on a Ford Fusion at Westway. Edwin reached out immediately and got me set up. When I arrived I met with Jose, he guided me through the process of buying as this is my first “big girl” purchase on my own. I can’t thank each of them enough for making the process smooth and simple! Definitely would recommend!
We had been searching for a truck for some time and found one listed on Autotrader for an exceptional price. We got a hold of Westway to ensure the truck was available. After a few days back and forth deciding how we were going to pay for the vehicle, we finally came to an agreement. With our application filled out and processed we just had to make the trip there, sign the paperwork, and leave. The the winter storm came and closed down the interstate for close to a week. Worried that the truck would be sold to someone else, we put a $2,000 deposit on it. Once the roads thawed, we decided to make the 3.5 hour trip to get the truck. I told my sales associate that we were coming days in advance so there would be no confusion. An hour into our road trip, I get a call from the dealership confirming that I am still on my way. 2.5 hours into the trip, I get a call telling me that the truck was sold to someone else and that they have other, more expensive vehicles to choose from. I understand that mistakes happen but this feels a lot like the old bait and switch move. I got the feeling that this dealership operates is shady ways. Definitely would not recommend doing business with them

Horrible. The worst!! Drove over 2 hours for a truck that was listed on the internet. Get there and the truck is really almost $20,000 more than listed. Don’t waste your time with this dealership!!
