I took my car to Evergreen after a small accident and they were very kind on the phone from the first time I called and every call after. I really appreciated their texts that updated me on the status of my car and after looking at the car someone called and walked me through it. A complete repair of some serious rear end damage, they had to remove the hybrid battery, I have a Ford Fusion, and replace it after repairs. They did a fantastic job of orchestrating all of these matters without any worries on my part. When my car was returned to me in perfect condition even being cleaned and waxed.Jacob and this team did a fantastic job of keeping me informed throughout the repair process and I can’t say enough about their professionalism. This is the second car I’ve had repaired by them and they will always be my first choice.

Everyone was super friendly. Gary helped me out. I got the emblems changed on my Audi. They charged a reasonable price and did a great job. Most auto body shops didn’t give me an appointment because it’s a small job but they gave me an appointment the same week. The job was done fast.

I brought my brand new car in his shop on August 16th, 2017 (wednesday) to get my roof wrapped & my windows tinted. He gave me the total price & I agreed. I was scheduled to pick up my car on August 18th (friday). I got there at 11:30 am but car wasn’t ready and while waiting, (the owner) mentioned that there were lines of bumps under the roof wrap and confirmed that it was a MANUFACTURER PAINT DEFECT and not a debris and told me I had to bring it to Subaru. I paid him off & took my car the same day to Subaru. 2 representatives and one of them is a 3M certified worker in the Subaru service department inspected my car and noticed deep scratches on both sides by the front side mirrors, a dent on the roof & folded headliners. He said they want the wrap taken off so they can inspect the “paint defect” so I called Jess immediately and he told me to come in Monday morning so we can figure it out. August 21st, 2017 (Monday) I brought my car in and spoke to owner (at that time he was already talking to the Subaru service reps) and he told his staff to bring my car inside their garage. Then 20 minutes later, he came out telling me it’ll take awhile to get the adhesive out and that it might just be a clear coat that caused the line bump on the wrap and told me to just come back later. At that time, I was thinking that they already got everything taken care off. When I came back to pick up my car, he wasn’t there so his staff gave me my keys. The wrap was off at that point and I saw more damage by the antenna (pointy bump probably caused by a tool that poked the roof while taking the antenna off). I called owner right away & he denied all of it and started sounding aggressive over the phone. I took the car back to Subaru and they said they don’t see any paint defect at all. (NOTE: but all the scratches, dents & folded headliners still there) Subaru confirmed it wasnt paint defect & that its definitely caused by such poor application on the wrap & window tints. IT WAS NOT A MANUFACTURER DEFECT and if it was it would be fully covered by the brand new car warranty. I then called the owner & told him about what Subaru had told me and he still denied it. He then tells me that I scratched my OWN car to get money off of him & his business. He started threatening me saying he has his own lawyer & that he is a very powerful person.I went back Monday afternoon to Extreme after I took it to Subaru to resolve the issue and show them all the dents & damages. owner and 3 of his staff are there. owner told me I had no right to record or videotape anything going on inside his office. He told me he had high connections and lawyers to deal with people like me (with high tone of voice). I felt threatened being there. P.S. one of his staff named Chris had mentioned that he did see the dent before I left the shop and I mentioned that to owner and all he said that it didnt matter what his staff saw or said.I have been stressing out about all the damage & stress this has caused me. Its a brand new car and according to Owner I scratched & dented my OWN car just to get money off of him and ruin his business. Why would I go through such big hassle like that when I make enough money? All I wanted was to get all the damage fixed but owner didnt want to resolve the issue. I really feel harassed and threatened. I had to lower my pride while talking to him because I was honestly getting scared but after I had a conversation with one of the previous victims, I had the courage to post this honest review.No way joseCHECK YELP FOR MY FULL REVIEW. Seemed like a simple job. Detail the car, fix a side mirror, window, windshield, buff some stuff out.I get there 5 days later, on time and past what the insurance pays for the rental. I was told the car is ready, but when i showed up, the side mirrors had not been touched.I wait 30 minutes while they waste my time and handle the side mirror. I leave.There were clear mats on my floorboards they said to leave on for a couple of days. I peal then off, and my floor mat is missing! I inspect the rest of the car and i have covers for the power chargers missing also.Now, Gary is a good guy. He didnt argue, just ordered new items. But i have to go back 3 times and eventually drop my car off for another full day to get the final repairs done.Dont forget, these guys own and use RAD for the detail work, and are part of the Evergreen dealerships. So this is a total failure at all levels.

Absolutely horrible. Office Manager has no etiquette. Thery are so busy that they would not give damn if you took your business elsewhere. They DO NOT back up their work. I would not recommend this place. I guess they are popular because of their location.

Ive had my car repaired at this shop several times (always a rear end collision) and theyve done an excellent job with the body repair. Very professional, and they take very good care of the customer. They can arrange for rental car pickup (with great rates) and are an Allstate Insurance Good Hands preferred provider. Their body shop rates are not the cheapest, but they do quality work.

If it was possible to select negative stars the rating would be -10. Evergreen had our Subaru for over two months to fix significant damage caused in an accident. The communication from Evergreen was like trying to pull teeth from Nov 2018 - Jan - 2019. In order to get a commitment to when the vehicle would be completed and returned it was necessary to escalate to our insurance company. Once updates were provided it it was discovered that Evergreen outsourced some of this work and in the process the tow truck used to move the vehicle damaged the car further and when the engine was hoisted they dropped the engine causing further damage. After 2 + months of back and forth we requested that Evergreen reimburse our $500 deductible after they told us they would make it up to us for the delays and additional damaged incurred but then at the end refused to pay. I would stay as far away form Evergreen as possible.
Got rear ended and got my car fixed there. It was a delightful experience. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Would take my car there again.
This has been a 3 year problem with this body shop. I took it here because the dealership I bought the car from recommended it. They took a week to fix my car but then reused damaged trim and did a crappy paint job. I brought the car back to have them fix the crap job and it took another week but wasnt perfect. Then 3 years later my trim pieces come off so I have to go back and have them reattach them and now the paint job has failed and is corroding under the paint so I am out of a car for another 3 days and they are being snotty about it. I dont live near this place so coming here is time consuming and difficult. Not only that but the only rental car they were willing to put me in was something half the size of my car and now I have to try to squeeze a car seat into a tiny car because they wont cover anything else. Poor customer service and crappy business. DO NOT GO HERE! Update- still crappy paint job and they tried to reuse door guards that they had taken off and since the glue was gone they came off. The one up side is that they are trying to make it right so I am changing my rating to 2 stars for the effort to fix their shotty work and because they are replacing my door guards and fixing a chip on the paint that wasnt from them.
I wish I could give zero stars. I have honestly never experienced worst customer service anywhere else. I never write reviews but the rude, condescending and complete lack of respect/customer service deserves warning before considering.

My 2010 F350 Diesel truck, with only 56K miles on it was rear ended at a stop, bending the frame and wedging the BMW suv that hit me so firmly that it took two tow trucks to pull the vehicles apart. My truck was towed to Evergreen Auto Body for consideration of repair or write-off options. One option, to have a new frame built would have taken 8 weeks, however Damage Evaluator Gary Prather and his technician worked wonders and managed to correct the bent frame, replace damaged parts and wiring, repaint the truck bed and do it in 3 weeks: a week earlier than projected. The repairs and repainting cost $6,700 so the truck took a substantial hit but it left Evergreen Auto Body looking brand new thanks to the excellent care and service at Evergreen.

WORST EXPERIENCE ST THIS BODY SHOP EVERIT WAS MY BIGGEST MISTAKE TO TAKE MY CAR TO GET IT FIXED THERE.FROM THE GET GO THEY DELAYED MY VAN DELIVERY DATE BY FEW WEEKS AND EVERY TIME I HAD TO CALL BACK AND CHECK IF IT WAS READY FOR ME TO PICK UP. AFTER I PICK UP THE VAN MY SLIDING DOOR WAS NOT WORKING AND MISSING A GASKET ON THE HEAD LAMP. I TOOK IT BACK IN AND THEY SAID IT IS NORMEL WEAR TEAR.I REQUEST ANYONE WHO IS CONSIDERING NOT TO USE THEM. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. SO SAD.
