After failing many times at replacing the brake light bulb in my Hyundai Elantra, I had an auto repair shop give it a try but they were also unsuccessful. I then brought my car into United Autobody. Their technician took a look and replaced the bulb in 5 minutes and didnt even charge me for their time and skill! The staff was so gracious and refused payment when I insisted. Will definitely use their services in the future and recommend them to my friends and family!

I took my car in for a large dent and scratch. They quoted me 4 days to do the service and were done in 3. Car looks great, cant even tell it happened.

These guys did a great job on the repairs to my vehicle. I feel like my car came back in better condition than it was in before my accident. They have a warranty on their work for as long as you own your vehicle. But I havent jad any need to use it. They did a great job matching the paint color. I wasnt the one having to pay for the repairs, but I was provided with the information on the cost of the repairs and the hourly rates were posted in the office and seemed reasonable. I would and have recommended them to others, and I would use them again if my vehicles did need body work done in the future (hopefully I wont have that need, though). Definitely recommend them without hesitation.

This kind of service, perfection, talent and value is a rare thing. Dan and his team made all 4 of my car mishaps easy. They erase the trauma from the car and the process of restoration. I trust them. Watching him realign my car panel today was like watching a pro golfer hit a hole in one. They know just which club to use and have endlessly honed the skill to get the result.

Dan and Morgan are great here! I was in the auto industry for many years and Im a very picky client. I used UA for respray on a hood and front bumper to a 2018 GMC Yukon Denali to repair some poorly repaired rock chips on the bumper and a long deep scratch in the clear coat through the hood. They quoted me the job at an excellent value (I had other quotes from very reputable shops). I was able to add a few other things to the quote at a cost that was a very fair price and they turned the car around faster than they said they would. The paint match is spot on. This repair didnt need to be done to this vehicle, it was solely a vanity repair and it came out great. My paintless dent repair guy also has had great experiences with UA and recommended them to me. They are the last independent body repair shop in Issaquah and they strive to provide great quality and service.

Just stopped in to see if they could help me fix the inner cover of my wheel well. They bolted everything back into place. You couldnt even tell that I had broken it loose. And there was no charge! Will definitely be back when I need more work done. Nice people, great work.

My daughter had an emergency (caused by dog sitting on e-brake on a steep hill) right before leaving our house to travel several states away to her home. United Autobody told me to bring the car in and they would fit her in right away. And they did. They kindly took the time to make sure she could open the hood of her car and that everything seemed to be in working order. I will be using them in the future for all of my auto body needs.

Highly recommend. I had some minor damage needing repair. I dropped the car off using the key drop after calling the day before. I received a call a few hours after they opened with two options: the right way (expensive), or the quick way (cheaper). I chose the cheaper option. The work was completed the next day. My car was washed and vacuumed, and looked fantastic. Im pleased with the outcome.

Clear communication, no sense of rush or impatience, they communicated well with insurance and rental car agency. I got the car back right within schedule and in a very tidy state, havent had any issues with the work. The work was covered by insurance, so cant speak to costs or estimates, but would definitely come here again.

Great shop. I was out of town when my truck was damaged, and Dan was able to get the truck fixed within the week before I got back. I saw pictures of the damage, but never in person. Truck looks brand new. Couldn’t be happier.

Not sure where to even begin with this place - I dropped my car off and was estimated a two week wait time. Not only did I get it back a day early but they knocked off almost $200 on my deductible because they found realized something didnt cost as much as they expected. The repair looks great and the office staff was helpful and transparent with their communication. Shout out to Dan in particular!edit: I forgot to mention, they had a spare one of my wheels and asked if I would like to buy it for $50 instead of send it back. Its normally a $200 rim so I did the smart thing and bought it for when I eventually get rim rash again.

I went to United Autobody with problems related to repairs made by the previous owner 13 years ago. This ownership kindly fixed the problems that took them a couple hours to complete with no qualms. I would have had to pay a couple hundred dollars to have them fixed elsewhere. They were very nice about doing so. I would not hesitate to use this firm because if they stand behind the previous owners work theyll surely stand behind their own.

Efficiently, the repair work was done in less than 4 days. They arranged a car rental company to pick me up at their shop and dealt with the insurance company for me. (The insurance company belongs to the other party who bumped into my car while he was backing out of his garage in the dark. I was sitting in my car which already was parked very close to the curb in a residential area.)United Auto Body shop made the process so painless. I highly recommend it. (I am a foreigner.)

Best place to get your car fixed!

Right when I walked into the lobby I was happy to see a statement on using environmental friendly products. Staff was extreamly nice and helpful. The estimate was fast and honest. I will be bringing my car back for any repairs.

Went in for a quick estimate on getting an aftermarket spoiler painted. Guy running the counter came out to look at the spoiler and car. While he had the spoiler in his hands I stated for clarity that I had already test fitted the spoiler and just needed it painted, not even installed. He then proceeded to say good because this is garbage.Now I just brought in my pride and joy wanting to spend money, and I get a response like this. If you didnt want to work on aftermarket parts, you could have just said We dont work with aftermarket parts, thanks for thinking of us.This was the real killer of the deal, but the overall experience was dismissive and rude.I did get a halfway decent estimate, but there is no way Im spending my money with this company.

I would definitely recommend this place. When I first went there to get an estimate there was a police car parked out front. I assumed they were investigating an accident but on closer look they were getting there wrecked car fixed here. Thought that was a good sign! Estimate was one of the lower ones and they were very thurough and professional throughout the process. While they did end up being about 20% higher then thier original estimate which surprised me, it was still on the low end of other estimates and I was very pleased with the work.
