Above and beyond support and communication! Let me know about any delays and even cleaned my floor mats for me! (although werent fully dry so they started to smell of couple days later but I appreciated the good gesture!) Hopefully wont be going back anytime soon but if I have a problem caliber collision will always receive my business!

Michael and Jeremy are awesome! I was kept informed every step of the way. They addressed all concerns without hesitation. I felt confident that my car was in good hands. The repairs were completed faster than expected. I had paint work done on the front and rear of the vehicle. The paint is red with flake, which I hear is very difficult to work with. The work was done flawlessly. The painter Chris answered some questions I had. He was also extremely professional and knowledgeable. The front desk girl also handled everything perfectly. Their whole team is great! I highly recommend this shop!
Went to Caliber Collision on 6018 221st Pl SE, Issaquah, WA 98027 after a fender bender. Rear bumper needed replacement and painted.When I went to pick up the car the paint looked orange peel. But thats not the worst, the replaced steel bumper underneath the painted plastic bumper was not bolted on : all 4 bolts were just put in there to hold the steel bumper in place. I heard a strange sound while driving and decide to check. Good thing I did. I fixed it myself, done right, did not want to go back to this amateur place. After my insurance notified them, there phone number only showed up once on my phone. They didnt even bother to try 2x.
Body work was fabulous, my car looked brand new after the repairs and was completed within the given time frame. However, the communication left something to be desired, no matter how many times I talked with reception to confirm my contact info they just couldn’t keep it straight. Overall I would definitely recommend this shop, it was (mostly) a very straightforward and easy place to deal with.

Super fast repair, extremely nice estimator, easy car rental.
After the windstorm we had windshield damage that had to be replaced plus trim and drivers wiper. Worked with Jeremy and the Insurance (Safeco) and no issues. Was done quickly after parts arrived and I was kept abreast the entire time.
They had curbside drop-off, didnt need to go inside. Customer parking could have had more space, but OK. Repair was flawless. Employees were nice and helpful. Overall an easy experience, as one would hope.
My truck was stolen and found in Kings County. I had the truck dropped off here for work. The first service adviser was great at communicating with me through phone and email. Something happend along the way after the Christmas weekend and I found out the service adviser who helped me from the start was no longer working there.Jeremy who took and handled my claims on their end (Calier Collision) did little phone calls to communicate with no email response beside sending pictures. I had to call multiple times to make sure all the parts that was discussed with first service adviser was ordered or looked at. No calls that the truck was ready for pick up even after I was told I will get a phone call.The truck was taken to Car Toys for a complete details and radio install. A total of $2131.00, according to the final bill. The day I went to pick up the truck, right before closing, I did not know, until after I left that there was still markers that was marked on truck still present. I also looked at the back seat and found shattered glass all over behind the seat and floor. Plastic peices that was cut and trimmed were left behind. $2131.00 worth of a complete detail, half a** done but charged me at full price.*the truck also still have damages that was not seen or notice while it was at the shop.Long story short. I do not recommend this locatio .

Very unresponsive. Its been 8 days since they looked at my car and I still havent received an estimate. When I called 4 days ago they said I would have it that day, still havent received it. Went to their competitor a block away, estimate same day and made appointment for the next week.
Wonderful company! These folks really care about their customers. They will do everything they can to ensure quality service. They worked with my insurance and updated me every step of the way-even with text messages! I cannot praise them enough for making the process of fixing my car as painless as possible. I will definitely be returning and sending everyone I know their way!!!
American Family Insurance recommended Caliber Collision to me as the auto body repair shop of choice. I decided to go for it and trust my Insurance’s recommendation.After a few stalled days of my wrecked car in their lot, I decided to call and get another “update”. Again, no headway on my vehicle.After some research they found the issue was the estimate from AmFam not going through some “system” to Caliber this lady insisted on. She wouldn’t even accept an emailed copy of the AmFam estimate as it “had to be through this system” that was down and IT needed to fix. After that I realized that was bogus.I decided to get another tow through AmFam and pull my car out of Caliber. As soon as I called to inform them of this, they immediately said they got the estimate through and am ready to work on the car. I said no, thanks. They would have called to tell me right away if this was true.Simply would not recommend this shop as they beat around the bush, and push off work. As they told me countless times my car was on the priority list- due to the fact I am paying for my rental car out of pocket! But never was even looked at.Communication needs work.
Just picked my car up today from Caliber Collision and I couldnt be happier! I brought my 2008 BMW in for front end repairs/bumper replacement/paint and the work quality and attention to detail they provide is unparalleled. Scott is an incredibly skilled mechanic, and Melinda and Amanda in the office are very professional, informative, and friendly to work with. I am completely satisfied with my experience here and will without a doubt be a repeat customer in the future should the need arise. Great job!

Poor customer service, poor work. I would not recommend this shop to any one.I brought my car for repair of damaged rear bumper.Service person informed he would call back when the parts were ready.No call for 3 days. When I called, I was informed his associate did not order the part.No apology from him.When part was ready few days later, I brought the car and asked a call back when the work would be done. I never got call back till 5 days later at 3:30 pm, that car was ready, and shop closes 2 hours later.After I pick up the car, I found out the back up sensor was not working properly. I had to go back to shop and spend one hour for the fix, that was from faulty wiring. Service person brushed it off saying things can be complicated with electronics. No apology.
I had an exceptionally positive experience with this shop. Great customer service, with unusually good communication. The repairs were literally perfect and they even detailed the interior of my truck, something which was long overdue. Thanks to all those who worked on my vehicle, I highly recommend them.

A++++++ Owning an X5 was a dream, and less than 3 months after getting it my wife turned too hard in a parking lot and severely damaged the front right of the car. Headlight shattered and bumper barely hanging on. No lie... I cried.Took it to Caliber and theyre confidence in restoring it immediately made me feel at peace. They worked with my insurance company and I dont know how its possible, but I swear my car looks better now than before the accident!I hope I never have to come here again, but can not recommend them more!! Avoid!!!!!!!!!! Worst car repair experience I’ve had. Took work off for an estimate. The assessor wasn’t there. Gal was abrasive, loud, and offered no apology for wasting my time. Said they’d provide an estimate via pictures taken. No estimate received.
Courteous and helpful staff through the whole process. The repair was done very well, the car was returned to us clean inside and out. Wish the parking area was more spacious to avoid any further collisions, but it worked and the job was done very quickly.
This place was pretty good. I didnt really have any huge issues and Id go again for sure. I think my only issue with this place is the fact that I opted in for updates via text messages about the progress of my car while in the shop and it never happened.I had to call once a week to get updated because they said my phone number I provided doesnt work. (Never had that issue before so it was weird to hear that.) I thought maybe because I live in a foresty area the trees were making it hard but... Ive literally been in contact with two insurance companies and they have been able to contact me with zero issues.I kept getting told theyd reach out and while I dont mind that they took just under a MONTH to finish-- I had a rental and wasnt sure how long to keep it because of the lack of updates unless I reached out first.Overall the work was pretty good. It looked like new when I brought it home! Only issue thats come up thus far is my drivers side door handle suddenly wouldnt open anymore and I got trapped in the car a handful of hours after bringing it home. And I have a plastic cover on a switch that controls my side view mirrors thats randomly missing. But they told me theyre looking for a replacement for it free of charge!I think part of the reason my car took a long time was because unfortunately it was hit during the snow storm we had last month and Im sure plenty of other drivers had the same thing happen. There was a surge of cars that were being brought in so I just had to be patient!Thanks for making my car look new again!
I went in to get an estimate on three kinds of mostly cosmetic damage to my car. The estimator was really friendly, and not condescending at all (a problem with some other places). He even thought of a way to fix the back panel without removing the glass.I decided to put off the repair for over a month, but was delighted that when I called back, they still had my estimate on file! And they got the car done in record time - so fast, in fact, that I wasnt ready for pickup. But no problem - they arranged for an after-hours pickup.The icing on the cake was that just a little while later, my daughter opened the car door into the garage door and scratched it. I was embarrassed to have to go back, but they were super nice, and were able to fix it in less than a day.
Even though my car was totaled! The service in the front was great the gals are awesome! I had heard great things over Gerber.
My husband went in last week to get his Tundra fixed and he got the worse customer service by some older lady. My husband told her to stop doing what she was doing that he didn’t like her customer service she was very rude and he was going to take his business else where.

Took them 4 tries to order the correct part while my truck was in their shop for days. Their work looked great, though, and they washed my truck afterward.
I went to get an estimate on how much it would cost to repair my car, and the first time I visited they told me that I should set up an appointment. On the day of the appointment, I drove over and got an estimate for the damage. The employees were very nice and friendly, and while I didnt get my car fixed here, from past experience their repairs have been really good as well.

Extremely dissatisfied, I left after getting the estimate for my insurance. The guy that did the estimate was so unpleasent and downright a complete scum bag. He blamed everything that stopped working after the collision on regular wear and tear, like for example the drivers side seat belt that stopped retracting after the accident. Ive never been treated so poorly at any collision repair shop.

Worst possible experience I could imagine. Terrible customer service, they have far too many cars so the time it takes them to repair your vehicle will be exorbitantly long, and to top it all off they rummaged through my center console and stole my expensive shades. Do yourself a favor and steer as clear as you can of this place.
