I had a great experience with Gerber Collision. My car looks perfect from the repair work. The woman who brought out my paperwork and handled all the communications was wonderful! She had excellent communication skills, very friendly and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Even spoke to the owner and he was wonderful too. Great experience! 5 stars.

Was suggested by the insurance company, I picked up the car very dirty inside with white dust everywhere I asked him to clean they took the car & two min later give it back to me still dirty, I do not suggest this place.and there is no available person u have to knock on the door and wait, no hello or sorry was heard!

Smooth process for towing the car in as well as retrieving it afterwards. Prompt update during the working progress. They clean your car after repair job, offers lifetime warranty on their work for as long as you own the vehicle, even return your rental car for you.

They did a fantastic job and did it within the time they said it would done in. I got a hole and scratch fixed on my car and it’s like new now! To my surprise they also cleaned the inside of my car and the outside. There is no dust on the dashboard and the floor mats are pristine! I am giving them the highest of praise. They were very professional when I got my estimate done and setting up a time was quick and easy! P.S my car is a 2018 Subaru Impreza

Our Subaru needed a few body repairs. THEY DID GREAT making our car look new once again. Very detailed and CANNOT tell there was any door damage. Thank you!Will utilize again (when/if needed)

I only had an appraisal there but the staff and location were very professional and clean I definitely would have work done there if needed.

Repairs took longer than expected due to parts needing to be ordered but overall the experience was great. My truck turned out awesome and they detailed the whole thing inside and out when they were done.

This is run through a central scheduling number. The person I spoke to was not very professional and seemed to be confused about the scheduling process. I was ready to give my insurance info, but she literally made me wait for 5 minutes while she seemed to wrap her head around the idea that I wanted to make an appointment. I just dont have time for that. Wont be using them.

I am more than pleased with Gerber Collision! I just had my Jaguar F-Pace repaired there after an accident. They are easy to reach by phone and email. Nicki, at the front desk, is courteous and helpful. Tomas is excellent! He is professional and honest. Parts were ordered ahead of time and although more parts were needed once the bumper was removed, my car was still ready in 8 days. The original time estimate was 8-9 days. Another shop told me theyd keep my car for a month! Ridiculous! This shop is also far more reasonable price wise. Thank you so much! I hope my car wont need body work ever again but Iif so, Ill definitely use Gerber in Issaquah.

Inspection was pre-scheduled (as required) and was done quickly and thoroughly. Works well with insurance company.

I took my Mazda to get a bumper fixed/replaced. My work got done on time, color match is perfect, and they even vacuumed my car interior!
