I would recommend this AT&T location in Issaquah. Be sure to ask for Tiffany when you stop by! Tiffany greeted us and assisted us right away. She listened to our concerns, especially since we had a budget. We wanted to buy new phones, and it was our first time switching over from a prepaid account to a wireless (postpaid) account. Tiffany was amicable and wasnt interested in selling us additional products and services than what we asked. She gave great recommendations based on our needs and helped us stay to our real budget. Tiffany was patient, answering all my questions, and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond, providing genuine customer service. My husband and I felt very confident and pleased with the service and phones we purchased. Ive been with AT&T for 10 years and look forward to continuing with them. Tiffany is awesome! My Samsung S7 finally called it a day. Tiffany filed my insurance for me and traded up to a Samsung S21. She set up my S21, and enrolled me in auto-payment which reduces monthly bill by $40 (no one ever told me about it). Thanks Much Tiffany!

Gary and Jack were amazing! Came in on a warranty replacement and sat down to talk through account options! Ended up with a free Apple Watch, upgraded phones and a cheaper monthly bill! Way to go guys!!! Also a plus was their willingness to observe covid precautions, this nurse appreciates them!!

If there was an option to give negative rating then it will be appropriate for assistance provided by this store. I had the worst customer service experience of my life in this store on 5/13/2021. It has been 6 months since I purchased the phone and the discount is not yet applied. I was asked by ATT customer loyalty team to visit the store and submit a document. From the moment I walked in, the sales rep was rude. When provided document with discount details from their website, there was so much suspicion and finally the rep could not own up to the content on their website.

Would never visit this AT&T store again. Had gone to get a new family plan started but the associate there refused to help after seeing the nationality. After the disrespectful and humiliating experience here, I went to another AT&T store in Totem Lake and was able to get the plan started in 30 min flat. So I can confidently say that it was racial discrimination that made this associate refuse to help me.

The store manager, Paul, showed my retired friend (on a fixed income) how to replace her 6-year-old phone for the least amount of money even though that meant giving up a sale. Then he did all the line and data transfer for her anyway and was so patient and friendly despite having a line of customers waiting. I havent seen integrity and customer service that impressive in a cell phone store...ever.

Came into the store to look into switching from T-Mobile. Honestly wasn’t very hopeful, sat down with Kevin. And almost instantly started having a better night. My guy not only got me the exact phone I wanted for super cheap. But he helped stream line the whole process. I would def suggest stopping in and checking things out. Everybody in this store is super cool, and seems like every other thing they mention is another way to save you money. My rating 12 out of 10

I had my best experience ever in the Issaquah AT&T store, working with Callen Britton. He is patient, kind, highest ethics of any sales person I have ever met, and VERY informative and made the transition into my new iPhone 12 as seamless as possible for a senior who does like change and has difficulties with all types of technology. Callen was super helpful and nice when I came in a few days later after a long shift at work. Paul helped resolve an issue for me as well and is very knowledgeable. I was assisted in a timely manner each time I came in and have nothing bad to say about this store or the people working in it. This is my choice AT&T store.

Went to the store for assistance with applying my replacement screen protector. I brought some old phones with me with plans to recycle them. Alex helped with the protector, then worked to get several of the phones I was turning in qualified for store credit. Great experience all around.

Great and knowledgeable staff. Happy they were open and had a sales person available to meet with and were diligent about safety distances and mask requirements.They took the time to figure out what services I needed, their suggestions were all based upon my needs, they didnt push anything I didnt want and they didnt over promise which indicates integrity in sales.I felt bad for the woman who had to wait because the store didnt have an additional sales person but its COVID19, nothings normal anymore.

This store is the best ever!!! Gary the manager and Jack and Brayden were very patient And took extra time to get me and my family the best deal. So grateful to these guys and This store.I was nervous shopping retail during this pandemic, but came to see how they were operating. They are totally following social distancing protocol, masks, sanitizer and ensuring all patrons keep at least 6 feet distance. It was all-pro!!Come to this store you won’t regret it!!!

When I had trouble with my old phone switching to the new phone I twent back in for assistance and the manager told me nothing he could do and didnt even look at the phone. He said I would have to go to a 3rd party to get it resolved. Would NEVER do business here again after such poor customer service. He was too busy sitting on his a$$ to even try and help.

He took care of every detail in setting up the new phones and starting the data transfers from the old phones. He was extremely knowledgeable, explained the options and was courteous and friendly during the entire process, including a return visit to fix an email problem. Overall, a very positive experience! AT&T apparently has an odd interpretation of social distancing. Normally a retail clerk and customer work within 6 ft of each other to complete a sale. This store requires everybody to keep 6 ft distancing, which makes working with a salesperson very awkward

This was my worst experience ever with atnt specially with the staff who straight on my face rejected to help and gave wrong info about everything. I went to suspend or cancel my service as I’ll be moving out of the county,I went to atnt on 21 and said I’ll be leaving on 26 and I’ll be really busy on 26 can I ask the cancelation to be done on that date the representative rejected on face by saying if u ask for cancellation today we can’t wait till the end of ur billing cycle and we have to do it today, I said I canceled a few lines last year and they said it okay to cancel it by the end of my billing cycle the guy Name Jack said “No the police has changed and it has to be suspended today” we called in the atnt customer care phone from the place and they said it can be suspended or canceled anytime we want and usually it’s by the end of the cycle.For which Jack said “oh they might have changed recently” then I said ok before canceling we want to upgrade our phone all cash in he denied on our faces and being loyal customers for 4 years and after having 4 atnt phones that’s what they say that u will be leaving so go to Samsung or other place because they don’t want to do it And for the brand new Samsung note 10+ 256gb they offer me. 200$ cash back I went in atnt site and saw the same phone cash back was 600$ and the phone was brand new too so I don’t get how they can treat a customer like that, so that to Jack and the manager who told him not to do it in front for us, I hope you provide better services to other people.

After 28 years as a AT&T customer being with these guys through the good days and the bad days when AT&t was Cingular to back to At&t. Over the years I have seriously thought about switching several times to other companies. For several reasons but mostly not feeling as I had been treated fare. When from noticing changes on my bill and not being made aware prior. Or other charges and other situations over the years. However I have stayed. 28 years!!! Today, walking in to understand why my bill was what it was., Today Jack at the Issaquah, WA. store, made it right! He took the time with me to explain every last detail of my bill as I have several lines with my Adult children on my bill as well. He even explain a couple of times to help me really understand. I am so Happy that Jack took this time with me and explained to me everything. He was also able to get me into the brand new phone that I wanted. with a reduction to my over all phone plan! So Thank you Jack. Your sincerity shines through. I appreciated the honesty about all the other products we discuss today as well. With your College background and what you are doing for AT&T I can see that you will go far.!! Keep up the amazing customer service!!

Not sure if AT$T has a culture change in the past 6-10 months. Cell service is declining, Customer service is trash. and prices are going up. I will stay with the service for now but a change might be on the horizon. This store is no different. they have no tact and the people just want to make money off you. I have been loyal customer for more than 10 years. The store manager made a promise to update my family plan to much cheaper one if I sign up with direct TV. Said I will be paying about $100 less per month. After a month bill came which was $200 more and I am stuck paying $29 for useless Direct TV I don’t even use. We had 6 lines and now because of that 3 family members already fancy and transferred their lines to another wireless provider and I cannot because I am stuck with them because I am still paying off my phone for another year or so. Horrible experience. This manages annoy be allowed to work for AT&T.

I went into this store hoping to talk to them about the problem I am experiencing with my IPhone X. As I entered the store, there was on staff sitting at the table talking to a customer. Nobody else was to be seen. I stood there for at least 10 minutes. Then, someone came out from the back. All he did was to grab a piece of paper and went back in. He saw me standing there but did not make an effort to find out why I was there or let me know that someone would be with me in a minute. I continued waiting for a few more minutes. The place was bright but quiet as a church. Since no one appeared, I left. After typing this, I am heading to the Verizon website to check it out. What a way to lose a 25-year customer, huh!

Callen is the absolute best! We can be somewhat confusing with our info from other carriers and Costco—and eligibility for various programs. Callen worked patiently and courteously with us. And, on top of those characteristics which we appreciate yet expect, he is fully knowledgeable about all aspects of the process for beginning our accounts w AT&T and transferring from Sprint. Callen efficiently helped us transfer three lines and set up a fourth line on a separate account. The process was enjoyable from start to finish, downright celebratory! Thank you, Callen! As per usual, any time I have questions, need clarification, or assistance with my service, I went to this location. My service has always been great here, and today was by no means any exception. Generally I am lucky enough to see the same sales rep, Laura, who understands thoroughly and somehow remembers my technology literacy (or illiteracy), however today was a different. She was not there, which didnt really give me any consumer anxiety, however I feared Id run into someone vastly less patient than her, thankfully that was Absolutely not the case! I had the great pleasure of being served quickly, patiently and thoroughly by an associate Id never had the privilege to meet before; James. I went in just after peak hours so understandably there was less pressure on the floor, but he was able to thoroughly assist me with my service needs, help me catch me up to current technology, as well as answer questions about AT&T completely unrelated to selling me further services! A little patience goes a long way as there are now well over 2 million people living in King County, Id Highly advise going to this store for any and all of your cellular needs!
