My wife and I went into the Issaquah store after having difficulty with another location. We were helped by Dustin, who was very knowledgeable. He took time with us and was very professional and friendly. We were able to get our phones set up and he confirmed that our account was accurate. We will only be going to this store from here on out.

Transferred an employer phone line & purchased a new phone with accessories. Aubrey knew exactly what to do, how to do it, did it efficiently, explained options, offered different discounts, explained it all and helped me learn my knew phone. Awesome experience! T-Mobile is #1!!

Can not say how much I appreciate these heros help me at this particularly store at issaquah location, stuffs help me with issues many times while the Redmond location mostly help me none (while same issues occur ). Today my husband and I went to the TMobile store on 12th Ave NE Issaquah. We thought our Alcatel hotspot was defective. Derek M. helped us and within literally two minutes our plans has four times the gigs and $30.00 a month less. Derek M. did all this while still greeting customers as they came into the store. It’s people like Derek M that keep us loyal to TMobile. Thank you!

When we went to the T-Mobile store in Issaquah, we were already frustrated with another store that said they were able to fix our incorrect tax information in our account. When we tried to buy a new phone, the corect info didnt follow through. The account was already incorrect and we were on our last straw. The Issaquah store assistant manager, Derek M. immediately took notice of our problem and took action. Thanks to him, we were able to find a way to send our correct information smoothly. He was ver sweet and kind throughout the whole thing and was trying to ease our anxiety by reassuring us that others also had a similar problem.

Knowledgeable friendly efficient and effective. Heads up, they work on commission and hopefully it is a very generous reward because they work hard for you. One lady customer at the time who was there asked the lady service agent if it was ok to give her a hug. I kind of felt the same about my rep Johnathan but being a manly man I gave him an air kiss instead - no actual contact.Anyhow, I am impressed with their service, products and prices.Steve

Stopped to inquire about the McLaren, store manager Mike told me RAM was 6gb, however, I knew it was 12gb, he looked it up and then said oh, its 12gb of RAM, then wanted to finance, wallet had been stolen, but had electronic copy of ID and CC to pay with, with name match, said he couldnt use and turned me away, however, called into tmobile corporate, and they verified me verbally, and was able to order without picture ID....SMH, if I can order over the phone with no ID, why wouldnt I be able to order with no ID in store, same difference. Then he told me it was a verbal policy, however, I called in to check, and it is a written internal policy, which is not verifiable by the very consumers who it is enforced against, and could be changed or made up at any given time. But, the manager doesnt know the specs of a popular phone, doesnt know a policy is in writing??! No credibility, wouldnt trust them, uneducated management!!!

Impossible to get tech support, so I dont know if I have an iPhone issue or a service issue. Phone shows good bars but people tell me they cannot hear me. Called their support number, after being on hold for an hour (see pic - that was 5 minutes before it dropped the call) - there was a squeel on the line and the connection dropped. I am going to port over to an internet service and another cell provider. Second round of hold, the jarring human voice comes on every so often saying the same things. Avoid - they have issues.

Not the greatest option for visiting this mobile retailer, we had another carrier provider before this and decided to upgrade. Big mistake, weve constantly been getting the run around they are always asking for more money after stepping in the back to speak to a managerWill be cancelling our services and going back to our old provider within the next couple of days.

I walked into this store at 4pm on a Friday with the place empty and 5 employees who barely looked up from their cell phones. I was provided incorrect information and told to use customer service for the help needed. When I called customer service they advised that the store provided incorrect instructions and that I would have to go back into the store. I tried calling the store to talk with a manager and was placed on hold for a long time and advised the manager was in a meeting and could they call back. The manager never called back. I have been with TMobile for decades and have decided to move my account from experiences like this.

This is the most poorly managed T-mobile kiosk one can encounter.We were made to wait for 66 minutes for a 30 second transaction. The service rep providing us a refill program that could NOT be renewed online. He required us to come to the store. The manager then made us wait without attending to us. The weirdest thing about this interaction was we were paying them money, but they were attending to customers whose cell phone needed hours of attention. While I think it is kind of them to provide this sort of service, they should have a separate booth to assist people who just want to payup and leave in 1 minute. My advice take your business elsewhere.

If there was a way to put zero stars I would. I have been with mobile for years and have never ever had an awful experience until the other night. I came in around 7:20 pm (They close at 8pm). My s7 was broken and I asked if there was any hing they could do. Someone looked at it and said it was water damage (I knew this was not true) and said there was nothing that could be done. I asked if there was anyone else that xouo dbhave a clue behind helping me with my phone. A woman came over and immediately said it is not water damage. Either way they refused to help fix it. I still owned about 2 months on the payments for the device I said I really wanted my info switched over and they said it wasnt possible for them to do that. I bought a brand new phone, an s8. They were extremely unhelpful. And very unprofessional ie: male co-worker tickling female and flirting whike turning away from me whne i had questions.... Female (im assuming manager) has piercings on her face/ moth that shes loudly playing with, with her tongue and finger and then touching my new and old phone. I paid off my old phone with cash and asked about my new phone. They Wouldnt even let me see or touch the phone without buying it first. Unbelievable for a phone that costed me about a grand. I was the only customer and there were at least 4 employees playing and flirting with eachother etc. It was like being in high school. I had 3 or 4 different people help me and walk away and someone else came and took over. Very little eye contact and very little of my questions being answered by any of them. The issue with my old phone was that the screen was on lock mode and had some sort of interior damage which made it so i couldnt type in my password to unlock it. After getting home and talking with my friend they said that I can get it unlocked by my Samsung account which turned iut to be true so I would expect the mobile people would have been able to unlock my ohomw and help me transfer contacts. It appeared that they wanted to do as little work as possible and still make their paycheck.If I didnt have a vacation to go to first thing in the am i would have switched carrier as this experience was SO unacceptable.

A royal T-mobile customer since 2006 because of their phone support group and Erica, the Rep at the Fairwood, Renton storeAs for this location here, the customer service is the worse Ive ever encountered in Any Business! The manager, Steve (I was given this name at the store) has never returned my calls/emails despite numerous trying to get those bad experiences taking care of, subsequent the purchasing of HTC One.Ive owned and used them Macintosh, iMac, PC, Netbook, Windows Phone, Ipad and Android; but, the guy in the store was very rude and unprofessional when I was there a few times for assistance. Did T-mobile even train guys about customer service? STAY AWAY from this store to save yourself some time and headache from writing reviews such as this!
