Worst customer service. This is the third store I visited in a week with the same customer experience. The company I work for has an agreement with Verizon so I have no choice to have Verizon cellular phone if I want it for free. They are not VERY helpful when I mentioned I work for XYZ company and have a special deal and discount.
Wasn’t able to resolve the issue the first time around in the store and felt a little misled about a promo but came in a second time and they were able to help me sort it out. Thank you to Luis and Michael for their patience.
So we show up at 2:15 to put my name in que they tell me it will be at least an hour. Then I received a text sayin there was 2 customers a head of us and we would be texted when we were next in line. 45 minutes later I received a call saying they were ready for us I said we are 10 minutes away they said no problem. I get there in 11 minutes and receive a text requesting access to my phone I go to accept and it is cancelled then I receive a text saying I have been added to que and 3 people are ahead of me. I see the man who put his name in que after me being helped by the only sales person. I have been waiting over an hour since returning to the store after they said they were ready for us.
Needed a new phone, and they had the right one. In stock. And a really great price. Helpful and very friendly staff.
Had some problems with making it a business phone without taxes but luckily they were very helpful and did everything they could to help make it happen. So over all good experience.
Absolute horror story of customer service. You can either classify it as an the gross incompetence of the staff or just a full out crime. We were in the store during the seasonal special - we had two phones that were on AT&T we wanted to transfer over and then wanted to add a third line and brand new phone for my mother-in-law. But because we wanted to keep her same number (T-Mobile) we need to wait till the next day since that account was listed only under my father-in-laws name. They said if we start the paperwork that day we would still get the promotions since they would expire on that Monday (1/4/2021). So we come in the next day - finish the paper get the phone and swap all the SIMS. Everything seems fine - and we are told well get our gift cards in a few weeks. We find out that no we didnt get the promotion - they applied the insurance and payment plan to the wrong phone (my wifes instead of my mother-in-law) and they didnt waive the activation fees like they promised. We called Verizon and they suggest we go back into the store to resolve everything - which we do. We met with Ryan the manager and he informs us that the salesperson we worked with has been fired. He will work to see if he can correct the promotion issues and make it right. Two days later Ryan calls us to let us know we cant fix our issues and he too has been fired from the store. He tells us our best course of action is the return everything and do everything in our power to walk away from Verizon and get our money back. Wow! That is some top shelf customer service. How the hell do you guys stay in business?
Got into the store at 4:55pm on a Saturday. 3 customers inside the store with three associates. Waited for 20 mins before one of the three associate said hello and asked my name. I told I am here for a new line. Associate told that they are “busy, and you have to wait 20-25 mins before someone can help”. What ? None has an ounce of positive energy. The entire place looks like they will close the business tomorrow. If you want to understand what’s the definition of lack of energy and poor customer service looks like, please visit the store.
Dishonest salesperson scammed me. Learn from my expensive lesson and avoid this store and Verizon entirely.I ported 2 lines from T-Mobile and expected a monthly bill of $65 per line ($130 total) as per the salesperson at the Verizon store. I also received a $150 per line rebate for porting the lines. I explicitly asked the salesperson what the requirements were to qualify for that rebate and was told the only requirement was to keep the service active for 45 days. I asked again: Are you sure there is no termination fee with this rebate? No, you can cancel any time after 45 days. Then came my first bill. It was over $300. The cost per line was ACTUALLY $92.50 per month. There was also a $40 per line activation fee that the salesperson neglected to mention, but I was less worried about a 1-time charge than the extra $55 per month in recurring charges. I decided to just cancel and find a carrier with more transparent billing and (hopefully) more honest sales reps.I kept the account active for 45 days to at least get the rebates to normalize some of my losses. But since I could only apply one rebate per bill I had to keep the service another 2 months to actually use those rebates. Once that time was up I ported my lines to a different carrier and figured that was the end of it.About a month later I got a bill for $533.14. They charged me back for both rebates and threw in a few f*** you fees just just to make sure that I never do business with Verizon again. According to the phone rep, I needed keep the lines active for 12 months to qualify for the rebate and that I was SOL on that $300. You cant even call this store to talk to a anyone; all the calls to their direct number go straight to the national Verizon call center.
Great. Got all my phone needs taking cared of. It was fast, quick, and easy.
In and out, upgrade process was simple. Thanks for making it a nice experiance.
I wanted to check on getting a hot spot. I got right in and they answered all my questions. I decided against getting one right now but they did have it in stock.
The staff at this branch is very welcoming, friendly and helpful! Hana helped us transfer a number from another provider onto a shared family account, even though we didn’t have the account number or pin with us. She patiently guided us through the process of dealing with the old carrier to get that info and had the number transferred in less than 15 minutes. My husband had been dreading this since the service with his old provider was always such a hassle, but Hana and the rest of the staff made it a very pleasant experience. Now he’s happy he finally switched to Verizon!
Purchased 2 apple watches here. The rep Michael who initially sold us the watches made a mistake and sold us one that was not the color we asked for (pink ose gold for my wife). So we had to drive back to return the watch for the correct color. The rep was extremely unprofessional about the return and claimed my wife asked for the gray model, instead of admitting his mistake. Then a week later we realized that we were not refunded one of the activation fees for the returned / exchanged watch, so had to return to the store to resolve the issue. When we got to the store the manager and a rep named Sarah were rude about the situation and were completely obtuse the fact that we continued to be inconvenienced by their lack of attention to detail. They ignored my request to speak with Michael who was in the store after I simply asked if he could take care of the issue and follow up with me once they handled things. Instead, they said I would need to wait up to 40 mins in the car, making up a lame excuse that they would need to verify my account despite verifying my ID via my driver license when I got checked in. This could easily be resolved by Michael without making us wait around with a toddler in the car.Very shocked at the lack of real customer service at this location. The manager and Sara really went out of their way to be condescending and indifferent towards the situation.
Sarah the manager was phenomenal! So kind, knowledgeable, patient and just a joy to work with. I will always ask for her when I return to the store. I also worked with Michael who was just as great! He provided the same outstanding service! I really appreciated the amazing customer service that both of them provided to me. I briefly worked with William too and he did a good job too.
Be careful about what specials they try to push on you. We were told for Black Friday we can get buy one get one free iPhone XR’s and a 400 dollar rebate per phone turned in if we add a line to our phone plan. They forgot to mention that it had to be a new Verizon line, and not a transfer from another single person plan. When I called to request a solution they told me they would fix it and never called me back. So now I’m stuck paying for not one, but two new iPhone XR’s, and I never received a rebate of any sort on the two iPhone’s I turned in. So unhappy with this store.
Wow, my experience here was horrible. After waiting outside for more than an hour, the two people on the waiting list were taken in before me. The guy said I would be next when he took in the gal who arrived 45 minutes AFTER I did. No apology, nothing. Dont come to this store. Go anywhere else but not this store. I have been with Verizon for 20 years and I have never had such a problem adding an extra line
Efficient and solid customer service!
Stopped in Verizon in Issaquah to upgrade my phone. Heather was absolutely fantastic helping me figure out what phone would best suit my needs and also how to save the most money on upgrading my phone and making other changes to our phone plan. The process was super easy and seamless. The wait time was extremely short too.
It was great they were fast friendly and helpful
Sarah and Hanna sure were patient and stood by me the whole time to solve my issue with my phone. They were willing to stay with me and understand the frustration I had with my phone and now I understand how to use my phone and update my apps. Thanks again gals will come back here just to see you two.
Luis my customer service rep at this location was friendly, helpful, and overall showed a great interest in personally helping my needs get met. Thank you
Hannah was super helpful in resolving my issues. I never felt like someone was trying to trick me into something, which is my usual experience with cell phone carriers.
We switched from from the three letter company down the street and so glad we did. Hanna was extremely helpful. She patiently answered all our questions and was clearly knowledgeable about the products. Terrific service
The staff was very friendly and welcoming to my needs. I had a few issues with my phone but they were knowledgeable and fixed the issue promptly. After seeing I could save extra money on a phone I was interested in, I was able to afford it and finally got into my new Note 10+.
This ones easy being Im currently a Verizon customer. From personal, unfavorable, circumstances with the turn over of employees. One familiar with me and my phone, very shortly after, hadnt seen me before and was unfamiliar with little patience since I wasnt a sale with his commission. Calling customer service has always been very pleasant no issues.
Heather made buying, setting up and transferring date an enjoyable experience. She was very patient and professional taking her time to make sure we were comfortable with the process. Thank you
The manager Richelle was amazing she was patient and very kind. The whole staff was super friendly and helpful. Kudos to this location for amazing customer service!
Michael very helpful and professional
Friendly and helpful service but there is almost always a long wait. With that said, they have always been very knowledgeable and have answered all questions to help make an informed decision on phone purchase. Additionally, they have always made certain that everything was properly set up with any new phone I have purchased from them.
Heather made my shopping experience a real pleasure. She was very helpful and very knowledgeable. I am very happy with my purchase thanks to Heather.
I had an issue that customer service could not resolve. The manager Sarah really helped me out and William really made my experience amazing. It was the first time I felt smart for not being techy!!’ Definitely come here for support and amazing service
RJ is amazing! Extremely patient and kind to older I-phone user! RJ was welcoming and accommodating. Answering many questions and always responding w/a smile no matter how silly the question!!! He is great employee!!!
Richelle was so terrific and spent a ton of time with me! She was very patient and helped me to understand all the changes for my phone and family plan! She is a rock star!!
Let me say, I was very hesitant to visit this Verizon store due to the reviews that I have read. I am happy to admit, that it was by far the best Verizon store Ive ever been to! I was greeted immediately by Cory Beck who was helpful, courteous, and handled our issues quickly and easily.. He helped me trade in a phone, upgrade our data for minimal cost, and select an appropriate case for my son as well as a NY phone number to match the rest of our family. It was seriously the easiest transaction Ive ever done. Please dont hesitate to visit this store and if you do, deal with CORY BECK. He is WONDERFUL! Thank you SO much!
I went into the store to change my phone service to Verizon and was helped by an employee named Rafael. He made the process really easy and smooth and had great customer service.
I came in to switch my phone number to a personal account from a NY business account. They were helpful in explaining that I needed to call the business office and that as long as I was listed as one of thre users on the business line they could accomplish it over the phone. The man who helped me prepared me that there would be a series of questions and the process would take 30 minutes. He was correct and helpful. This will be my go to location in the future.
Went in this evening with my phone problem. RJ provided prompt, courteous service, even working upside down on the phone so I could follow every move. He solved a fairly complex problem quickly. I was very impressed.
This is the only Verizon store I go to. All these authorized dealers have zero knowledge. The Issaquah location always takes the time you need when choosing a new device. They have a great check in system, so people dont get forgotten. Keep up the great work folks!!
Went into the store this past weekend to get more details on my current plan and if there was anything better for me. I was assisted by RJ, he went above and beyond on giving me all the details I needed, I did not feel pressured at all to make a purchase like past experiences.
Sarah is magical with problem solving! I will go back to see her specifically every time. Thank you!
Sarah the manager was incredible. I’ve never received this quality of service at any Verizon store. Will be coming back and telling my friends to come here!
Greatly improved service over a year ago. Not sure what changed, but they are a lot quicker now. They still push the sale of accessories, but you still get good service. My average time in the store has gone from 1.5 hours to about 45 mins. So greatly improved.
I corrected all problems with Verizon, now back to wonderful service
If I could give it a zero stars I would because I have never had such an issue with any Verizon before. I went in with my phone because the buttons dont respond and was promised a replacement but then was told they wont give me a replacement because they said I dont push the button hard enough? You expecting me to push it hard enough to put a hole in it? Definitely dont plan on visiting this store again
Went into the store to purchase a new phone and had excellent service from Heather.
Super helpful and friendly staff, I was in and out very quickly with all my problems resolved!!
This is possibly the worst customer service experience available! Not typical of Verizon. This store is only concerned with the initial sale. Calling Verizon directly offers a quicker solution and more enjoyable experience. I hope Verizon cancels this franchise before it soils its good name!
Recently got a remodel that makes it look much better, but still is lacking. Ive had some problems with orders here in the past, but I think that has to do more with Verizon as a company. The staff here are usually very nice, but some act like car salesman and make buying a product uncomfortable.
Heather was outstanding, extremely helpful and very friendly. I would use her for all our products.
Good place. Super down to Earth and useful. Got help transferring a 6 year old phone to a new Google Pixel and got both the technical help I needed as well as relatability.
When we got to the store we were greeted by a lady with lash extensions on. She got our name and phone number and said it’ll be about a 20 minute wait. We waited about 30 until we got a text saying we were next in line. The general manager who’s name is “Vee” (V) went to a lady that came in after us to help her. We were furious with the customer service from the the general manager. I hope they can get there management together cause “Vee” certainly doesn’t seem like a manager. We then left the store without being helped and wasted 30 minutes of our time. It would’ve been nice to get an answer back instead “Vee” said “she was before us.”
This store with the multiple employees of Sean, Sarah and Michael have done more in a couple hours than any other store or company. Not only did they set me up with the best deals and phones but went beyond any expectations I had to help me and my mother set up our new devices.
Super easy and fast
I switched to Verizon over two years ago. Every time I go into this store there is a problem. They screw up something on the account which takes multiple times and much effort to correct. Im done with this location. Some of it has been predatory or just lack of training. I recommend using a different location.
Walked into get my final bill as I switched carriers. Was in and out on busy Friday afternoon in less than ten minutes. Victor was awesome.
I bought a Gizmopal2 device and somehow the rebate got botched, and Verizon told me it was invalid. I called the store after 3 months and spoke to Victor (who talked to his manager Chris). And instead of passing the buck or saying its not their problem, they took care of the rebate immediately.I just wanted to say that my experience with this store has been good.
Bad customer service
Very friendly and helpful customer service rep, she was able to get me in and out the door in a very reasonable amount of time
The staff here is always super helpful and it is usually busy, but never had to wait too long for assistance. Very professional!
Generally dont like sales people anyway but this place was sleazy to say the least. Normally not one to write a review, one of the people at this location made my wife feel extremely uncomfortable though so here I am. Unprofessional staff, will not be returning here.
Helpful, but poor selection of phones
I have been in here a few times, mostly I go in to pay my phone bill. Depending on the time of day there are several sales associates working the floor who make a point to greet you when entering.I purchased my last phone though this store and I was not happy with my experience. I got the phone I wanted but the sales associate was not up front about the costs associated with my new data plan. I asked specifically I how much it would cost and if there would be any changes and the sales associate told me no.After I had the phone for a few months I found out I would lose data after the first year because the salesman had given me extra data for a limited time. So if I wanted to keep the data I would have to pay more. When I followed up with the salesman trying to fix the situation I was told I need to call Verizon directly. When I called Verizon they told me I need to talk to the store. I felt like I got the runaround and I was extremely unhappy with the entire process. From this experience I really do not want to buy another phone from Verizon sales rep.
Poor communication and service. These people flat out lied to me about my contract, my phone, and a tablet. And when I had concerns and politely asked how something can turn out so wrong when the sales man was so clear, they told me I was out of luck. The man that tried to help me today was nice, but ultimately it comes down to the managers- that werent willing to help at all. I have had Verizon for years and have been happy with it, but when my phone finally died I went in to pay for a new one outright. My previous Verizon plan was great for me, It was enough data, talk, and messaging and was the same price every month. A sales associate told me that I did not have to buy the phone outright, that it was free if I signed up for a new 2 year contract. I would have 6GB data instead of 2, but everything else was the same and it would be the same price as my current contract. I signed up! They also had a special where I could get a tablet for $30. It would add a line to my account but there would be absolutely no charge for it. $30 and thats it. So after my initial large bill, my normal bill came in and surprise! It was $50 more a month then my previous contract. Thats now $150/month for my phone. Come to find out, the phone wasnt free with the new contract, it was in fact financed (pay more long term) so I just didnt have to pay for it that day (which wasnt problem for me) so Im paying $36/month to have it. Also, the tablet that was supposed to be free for my use after the initial $30 was actually $11/month. I called into Verizon customer service and they said I had to take it up with the store. I go into the store and they tell me sorry, nothing they can do. They would be willing to take back the tablet with a $70 restocking fee but that was it. So I paid over $100 for a tablet I used twice and Im paying $1200 more then I was for basically the same service (since I never even came close to using the 2GB in the first place. There are other stores to take your money to- these people are liars.
The guy had no idea what he was talking about got me even more confused and neither did his colleague...help......wow real bad customer service then lucky went to best buy hoping for better help ..and got it real pros......
Quick, efficient, I will shop here again!
Not a pleasant experience at all. And the store manager must obviously not read or respect these reviews. Youd think I was buying a car; step aside meetings, chatting it up with a manager, etc.And because theyre on commission, I felt very awkward because I was taking too much of the salesmans time, he didnt keep his frustration hidden at all; after all he was missing out on other sales. really? When I left the store a fellow salesman, exhaled and gave the salesman a pat on the back as to say ... wow, bet youre glad thats over. Unfortunately, I need to go back there because when I upgraded, from an iPhone 4 to a 6, non of my messages or photos transferred over. I almost look forward to going back, only for them to shudder when they see me. After they make it right, I will not return to that store, ever !!! I will pay my bill some other place. Very displeased !!!!! Do not go to the Issaquah Verizon. Love Verizon, hated this store experience. DONE!
Horrible service. Lies and lies just so you can sign up for services. Manager Brian is as bad as rest of them. All they want is your money. Frauds by selling plans for different rates, most expensive ones. I Do not recommend to shop at this location.
My brand new I-pad was defective. I brought it to the Verizon store to get a replacement and was told by management that I could not evenly exchange the I-pad. Because it was purchased the week prior during a promotion, they would not honor the promotional price and in order to have a replacement for the defective i-pad, I would have to pay $300 more. Very disappointing experience. They just lost our business.
Service stinks. Walk in the door someone enters your name and then you wait. Service does not get better from there. Employees ignore everyone until your name comes up in the queue.Verizon sells me a cover for the phone that is guaranteed if it breaks which it eventually did. Go in to get help and get the sorry sir the guarantee is from the manufacturer not Verizon. I ask them to look up the sale so we can figure out what was sold to me. Sorry, a manger has to do that. Wait some more. Looks like it was bundled with the sale and we cant find what we sold you.Just had them remove the broken cover and walked out.Spend hundreds of dollars with Verizon each month and that is the service!Horrible service!
I was in there waiting with my girlfriend when a lady walked in demanding that she was helped before everyone else which was about a 40 minute wait. She wad being completely inconsiderate and absolutely unreasonable to every employee and customer there. I have never seen someone treat someone with more disrespect than this lady. I thought every employee handled it very well especially Amin (i think thats what his name was) which was the guy helping us. Perfect 10/5 starts.
Pros:Location is convenient.REI, next door, is an awesome store.Cons:Employees RARELY answer the phone. It takes several phone calls in order to reach an employye. You will typically need to wait 30 minutes before being helped by someone, meanwhile, various employees are standing idle at the register area.Employees lack knowledge about phones, plans, and pricing options.
Helpful when they can be. Overall not pushy and fast service.
Terrible customer service, sales staff was unhelpful and confrontational when we mentioned we are thinking about switching. Offered no solutions to our problems in a very rude tone of voice. He kept trying to shove new phones down our throats instead of providing an answer. He was just thinking about his commission. Avoid this store.
Someone else said it was like buying a car- exactly right. I paid for a warranty on my S4. Installing Android Lollipop ruined my phone. When I asked if I could perhaps get a 2 month early upgrade to an S6 or Note 4, the sale person wanted to figure something out so that his manager would OK an upgrade. Would I perhaps want to add a tablet? No, all set there. After ten minutes while he was off talking to the manager I was offered either adding a tablet or a complicated finance plan that, when all was said and done, would have had me pay list price for a new phone. To move my upgrade up 2 months. On a warranteed phone. I walked out. Basically, theyre as bad as Comcast. Switching to T-Mobile, which is based here in WA...
Great friendly staff, the store manager Sarah went above and beyond!
Friendly staff, they were helpful and knowledgeable
This place makes you wait for a single phone pick up. Ive already spent 30mins on the phone, renewing my contract for 2 years. I didnt want to just wait for another 30mins. WOW, just go to Best Buy or Target.
Absolutely no help when I went in for some info.
We had to stop into the Issaquah store on my way up to the mountains for the weekend because of an unfortunate water damage situation ( thank my kids in the backseat playing candy crush) I have never experienced a more prompt and friendly team helping myself and my husband with our phone issue.
THIS STORE IS A HUGE WASTE OF TIME. DO NOT BOTHER GOING IN UNLESS YOU ARE CLUELESS ABOUT PHONES AND HAVE MULTIPLE HOURS TO WASTE. Once again, this store has out done themselves by providing the worst service Ive ever experienced. Even if you know what you want and just want to get in and out with your new phone no hassle you can forget about it. I think they have system where they make you wait for nothing just so you look at the displays while 5 other employees stand around doing nothing. On 3 separate occasions Ive wasted at least an hour and got nothing for it. This last time I was waiting for about 30min when i asked how much longer my wait was, i was told another 20 to 30 min. I told the gentlemen at the door that i was gonna go across the street and grab a coffee. I was gone for 10 minutes, came back and found out my name wasnt on the list followed by a snarky thats what happens when you leave comment. Needless to say i will NEVER WASTE MY TIME IN ANOTHER VERIZON STORE AGAIN. YOU ARE BETTER OFF BUYING ONLINE OR FROM A THIRD PARTY RETAILER BECAUSE AT LEAST THEY WONT JERK YOU AROUND LIKE AN IDIOT.
The people at the store are fine, but does the Verizon corporation not make enough billions to employ operators that can answer a phone?
Absolutely terrible, terrible service. These people are liars- they will tell you anything you want to hear to get your signature. Make sure you read every single word of the contract you are signing, because rest assured it is completely different from what they are verbally saying. These people are not here to help you use their service, they are here to get every penny from you they can and sign you up for everything possible. Ive been in here 4 times now and every single time there has been someone upset and arguing with the manager....now I know why. I was lied to and now my bill is $30 a month more then what I was told- and Im locked in for two years. I went to the manager to get it straightened out- and he basically told me tough, I should have known what I was signing. I am not stupid, I just foolishly believed that this is adjusted off at the end of the month, this line wont have a monthly charge, your phone is free when you sign a contract....READ EVERY WORD!!! Or better yet dont come here at all.
Worst VZW location Ive been to in my 6 years as a customer. I brought in a wall charger I got 2.5 months ago after noticing some exposed fibers at the joint. Nobody at the front greeted me when I walked in, even though there were 2 employees standing right next to the front door. They just looked at me from the corners of their eyes while playing with their phones. It was hard to tell who was an employee since nearly all of them were wearing jeans and football jerseys--not Verizon branded uniforms.I went up to the counter for help from the one person not wearing a jersey and was told by her and her coworker that the warranty was void due to physical damage. I briefly explained that I did not cause the damage but that it was due to the items poor construction. I didnt contest their policy any further but was shocked when the male worker then started aggressively bending my charger back and forth as if to demonstrate what must have happened. This caused even further damage and fraying to my charger cable and I had to tell him Please dont damage it any further! before walking out of the store with no success.
The best service Ive ever had by Victor.
I have been having trouble with my Samsung S4, and I was more than frustrated with the 7 hours I spent in another store to just feel like a burden and sent me home to call tech support. Andrew at this location was soo amazing! I was more than frustrated and completely grumpy! Andrew was patient, kind and very willing to help me! In fact in less than 15 minutes he had figured out what was wrong and I was out the door with answers! A long shot from the 7 hours I spent in another store yesterday! Thank you Andrew for your help today I really appreciate how patient you were with me especially after I was so cranky. I will also be writing corporate about my experience with both stores, your will clearly be all positive. Thank you :)
Great location and friendly staff!
I recently went in to buy a new case for my replacement phone. As Steven one of the managers was rining me up he asked if my phone was new. I told him yes, but it was a replacement for a defective phone. I explained to him my phone stopped charging and I had to go through Motorola to get a replacement BC it was a customized droid turbo 2. I explained to him I had many issues with Motorola and had to pay $25 for the replacement BC although it did not cost more customize the phone.I explained some other issues I was having wirh Motorola and he offered to credit my account $25 for the hastle. I was very impressed that he offered especially since Motorola charged me not Verizon.I would recommend seeing Steve, he was very professional and listened to my complaint and solved my problem even though it wasnt Verizons fault.
These people wasted hours of my time and theirs with the HUM device. I went in to buy a device I could listen to audio book from my phone to a car speaker. I bought a Jabra which worked reasonably well, but was hard to hear in freeway traffic. Supposedly you could use it with FM frequency through your car speaker but it would never pair to the frequency that was recommended (88.3) So I went for advice, and they said what I needed was a HUM device, which took hours to charge, time driving around for 20 minutes to pair with the car, and then never worked. I talked to support three times that night. I went back to the store to try to get the Jabra back and all they wanted to do for me was to exchange for another HUM. So we went through the whole charging and pairing with the car a second time and finally they got the specialist involved and he said THE HUM DEVICE DOES NOT WORK WITH THE AUDIO BOOKS FROM YOUR PHONE! That was my whole reason to purchase a device in the first place. They need to 1) teach the sales associated to listen to the customer 2) know their products that will fit that need. I would zero stars if I could.
The store seems large enought to accomodate the needs of a average traffic flow. However after waiting 30 for 2 customers ahead of me being helped by 2 of the 4 staff available I couldnt wait any longer. Returned the next day to another wait, thankfully only 10 min. The solution was less than 5 min & to send me a new phone rather than provide something probably on hand in stock in the back. Overall disappointing.
Youre very helpful, not only with phone problems, but with deciphering annoyances apps are causing and just answering general questions.
Very helpful with all my questions !!
They would not exchange an unwrapped device that we purchased as a gift for another color. Beware that Verizons sales team on the phone does not sync with the store sales team. Its as if they are two separate entities.
Staff is busy, so you dont get adequate attention.
Worst Verizon in store experience EVER. If youre still a Verizon customer after this experience, Ill be surprised. Switched to T Mobile after being a Verizon customer for years due to my experience here.
The company is horrible, the service is horrible, the phones are crap, and there is nothing good about them. DONT GO. there is a special ring of a nightmare of hell for this company. Cult. Thats all they are.
I think I was here with the right people. We were helped in a usual time for a major cellular retailer store.
They helped but seamed to be put out having to help.
Can be frustrating dealing with them about some of their products.
Ok. I mean they are slow as hell and there are staff there who appear to be doing nothing. Compare the phone case prices with amazon before you buy anything. Sales rep will try to hard sell you overpriced cases
Haha there not that bad
