Shady sales rep. I know I can buy Nintendo switch without insurance. Insurance is an option that any customer can accept or decline. Sales rep told me that I can’t buy it without insurance, and if I don’t want insurance then I need to go online and buy it. This type of shady people is the reason why I normally go online and shop there.The company needs to teach their sales reps how to build value around their products and personalize the best solution. LYING to customers is NOT a sales technique.

Always received good customer service. Whenever I have visited, regardless of which person was at the counter that day, the staff has tried their best to work out stuff from returns to preordering to redeeming rewards.

Phone number answering service just hangs up on you and tells you to call back later

Its a good store, but they currently dont have any consoles due to covid. Still have a variety of games which is great.

As a gaming nerd I love gamestop. Used games are a fraction of the cost of new ones and their return policy is great. The staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. Im gonna cry if they are closed down by digital download.

I love it how I can go into this place I have no clue what Im doing there and you can totally tell I dont belong there but yet they make sure I get everything I need and I walk out with a smile and a heavy dent in my pocket book. Happy manand teen worth the dent.

This is one of the bigger Gamestops Ive been in. I went on a weekday and was able to find pretty much everything I was looking for. However there was a used PS4 game I wanted to get but no one could find the disc so I couldnt get it. Both employees were very friendly and chatty.

Used and new purchases this time.... great for gifts... most of my gaming needs are covered! Now if only i could get a discount on my xbox subscription! Knowledgeable staff too!

The woman at the cash register was super nice! Great customer service here, however every time Ive been in I have had to wait a long time to check out. Theyre always understaffed, never seen more than one person working at the registers.

Just stood in line for ten minutes while the family up front picks out games. You got multiple kids working, one register open, a line of at least six, and ONE register open- who is spending his time helping a family of five agree on which combo of games to get. I left with nothing. Now I remember why I became a Best Buy guy.

They would not accept my return of a new unopened item within their return window. Visit the Gamestop in Tukwila instead. Youll have a much better experience.

Ive shopped at GameStop for several years at various locations. On this visit the store manager was very helpful as they were just about to close the store.Unfortunately she was unable to help me. I was searching for pink joycons for my wifes Switch, and other items related to Dragon Quest. Her staff member tried doing what people loathe about Gamestop, trying to sell me on preorder.

I booked the Rocksmith 2014 Remastered (with cable) online to go pick up the game. Went to the store, the dude handed the old game that was opened without the cable. When asked, he said that was the new version and the cable is not included. Sad that people try to con customers trying to sell a used game as a new one. I would not go into this store again.

Came in tonight at 730, literally the only person in the store. Looked around for a certain type of game. The girl working, didnt greet and when I went to ask for help I couldnt find her. Guess the YouTube videos about gamestop going downhill are true.

Not the best place but always get a hello and good customer service.

This is the worst we literally stood at the register for ten minutes and then after we were finally helped the person who helped us went back into the back room with the other person and it literally took another five minutes before she came back to ring up the other person in our group even though she is the one who helped find the merchandise they were purchasing.
