They did what they said they would, when they said they would. Very professional service and excellent results. They even vacuumed the interior and washed my floor mats! They clearly have a business based on honesty and quality work. I hope not to need bodywork in the near future, but if I do, Id go here for sure.
Wow, really impressed with this place! Great communication and very professional. They were understanding with our situation and very helpful. I truly felt they gave us 110%.
Helped me out when my brakes failed on the way to Ithaca for a dr appointment. They worked very fast to secure parts, even though one was in Syracuse at the dealership. My car was ready within 48 hours, and they did a great job keeping me in the loop with what was happening. Cannot thank them enough!
A Great place to take your automobile or truck get worked on. Good people!
I could not be happier. Excellent body repair on my car. Mike and staff went above and beyond of my expectations. .
They are great people and honest. Im a car guy, so I know when places try to up sell. Autoworks has been great to us.
My experience with Autoworks was excellent. They replaced the front and back bumpers of my Subaru impreza. Setting up the appointment through Geico and with Mike, the autobody manager was easy and convenient. The repairs went well, they did a great job, and it was a seamless process. Highly recommend.
Ron & Sharon BestWe have been customers with AUTOWORKS for 20 plus years. At first, we thought their prices were high, but in time and understanding for good quality work, it’s worth the cost. We have used different aspects of their business, such as the body dept., transmission, engine shop, and towing department. They always give us detailed information about the repair and the cost. They always strive to make sure our vehicles were ready, so we could make any appointments that we had scheduled. The courtesy ride is an added plus; all in all, the owner has always been fair with us and has an excellent team.
Nick from Autoworks towed my sick truck to the garage. He was knowledgeable, safe, and efficient. Thank you!
Always a pleasure working with them great customer service
The young man who came to tow my vehicle did an excellent job and was very polite and friendly. Thank you!
Had my Rav4 repaired after hitting a deer. The repairs were scheduled through Geico, my insurance company. Autoworks was fantastic to deal with. Mike, the Body Shop Manager, kept me up to date on everything. My car came back perfect and they even detailed it for me! It looks like a brand new car! I couldnt be happier!!
In short: Quick, affordable, quality service that goes above and beyond.I had some body repair work done. Scheduling was great--I had an accurate, reasonable quote within hours of calling, an appointment for the next week, and got my car back in 2 days. The repair was satisfactory, with good fit. Paint didnt match 100% but is close enough for me (difficult color, original paint is 4 years old, they used the right process). Mike and the team surprised me by going above and beyond to walk around and touch up all the paint, as well as do a very thorough exterior and interior cleaning. I never expected such a great repair experience--thank you!
Changed my flat free of charge after Triple A told me there was nothing wrong with it but to try the shop because it was “probably a sensor issue”. There ended up being a nail in it. They were very friendly and very efficient even though I showed up completely unannounced. Highly recommend!
Always have received fair pricing and great service. The body shop has been equally great as well.
Had my car towed to Autoworks at 11pm on a Tuesday. The mechanics looked at my car the very next day as soon as they were open and were able to give me a reasonable quote for the diagnostics test and a new starter. I was able to pick up my car on Thursday morning. They are very fast, friendly, and provide quick and high quality repairs!
Great service and very reasonable prices something that is hard to find these days
I was Traveling to go see my family who lived seven hours away. While I was driving, my hood unlatched it self and would not stay closed. Obviously this is detrimental and dangerous To my trip. I pulled over and found this auto works not too far away and drove there. This guy, unfortunately I forgot his name, came and asked me if I needed help. I said yes and explain the situation. He immediately took a look to me to hold on and then boom fixed it instantly. He didn’t even want me to pay him. He just asked me to leave a review which I was going to do anyway. If you need a quick fixes this is the place they knew what they were doing. I also want to put out there that I went to Ford, the dealership that sold me the car, and they didn’t fix the issue because it happened again. This guy at the auto works told me exactly how to fix it when I need it to. He told me exactly what was wrong unlike Ford. If you live in this area I encourage you to give them a stop by for any of your car needs and see if they can help you, they are Lifesavers.
Mike at The body Shop is always willing to work with you and does fantastic work he and all of his group are excellent.
Did work that was requested, reasonable price, except for the markup on parts.
They nicely fixed my 21 year old car. I am visiting the area from VA, and Autoworks was there to help in an emergency situation. They provided comfortable shuttle service with experienced and kindly Bob at the wheel. I am grateful to them all.
Went in for an oil change and supplied my own oil and filter based off handbook and supplier specifications. Got the car back and leaked oil for days. Took it back to get it fixed and the guy in charge never once considered a possible mistake on their end. Blamed me for bringing the wrong oil filter instead. He wouldn’t even check the specs online to prove he was right. I asked for the part number for the filter they used to fix it, cross referenced it online for different brands, and found it was the exact same filter I had brought in.Still never considered it was a mistake on their end, just kept arguing and got pretty aggressive. Bottom line is, shop says they guarantee their service but when something goes wrong, they’ll blame your parts before ever owning up to a mistake.
Great workgood pricesfriendly service
Have taken my car here before and they did a very thorough and prompt job so when I had an unrelated issue (my hood latches rusted so my hood would not close) I called them and told me to immediately come in, fixed it in 5 minutes and sent me home safely. Very nice people!
I was an Autoworks customer for several years. While there had been a couple of warning signs of improper charges, my last visit caused me to file a complaint with the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles.Short storyI asked Autoworks to replace a bad O2 sensor, and showed them the screenshot from my OBDII scanner. They:* Told me I also needed another sensor* Couldnt remove the bad sensor* Charged me almost $400 labor to:**Disable both O2 sensors on that bank by cutting off their wires**Break my exhaust flex pipe on that bank...and then they told me to take my car away because they were down two technicians and couldnt fix it then.I took my car to another shop, and they charged me only $200 labor to replace both O2 sensors and the exhaust flex pipe. The DMV agreed that Autoworks was in the wrong and got me a reimbursement from Autoworks for their labor, the things they broke, and the labor to fix them.
I needed body work after I was hit. Mike, in the body shop, was very helpful, up front, and proactive about communicating with me. The work that was performed was perfect and they washed and cleaned my car inside and out before giving it back to me. I really appreciated this because I was on my way to get my car washed when I was hit! This was easily the best experience that Ive ever had with an auto repair or body shop.
Autoworks Ithaca does quality work at fair prices. The final cost matches the estimate and the staff are friendly and easy to work with. I went this morning because I was confused about whether my loose bumper needed to be repaired or could be fastened back in. Instead of hunting for business, the staff just fastened the bumper. This is an honest and reputable place for auto repair.
I had a slight fender bender over the Christmas break while visiting family and everyone I spoke to recommended Autoworks. After working with Mike on the repair estimate and time frame, I was very happy with the time and effort they put in to get me back on the road. Priority number one for them was doing a great job! Hands down the best experience you could ask for, do not go anywhere else!
We had radiator problems cost well over 500 dollars to repair and when got home the hood of our car wouldnt open at all this really upset us we believe the hatch is jammed shut
About a year ago, I ran over a curb...backwards and pulled something loose from under my front bumper. I went to Autoworks Body Shop where Mike kindly fixed the problem and refused to charge me for it, saying that, before I turned in my leased vehicle, hed be happy to fix the dent in the back bumper and thats hed charge far less than the dealer. I had him do that just this past week and I am thrilled with the results. This is exactly the kind of business I like to use, friendly, timely, reasonably priced and with excellent results.
Autoworks did an amazing job on my car!!. I needed the head gaskets replaced and a lot of work under the hood done. My car runs better than ever. Awesome staff and I felt like I didnt get taken advantage of. Im going back for any other auto repairs I will need in the future for sure!!
I have been using these guys for almost 5 years. I have 4 vehicles, 3 of which are older are require lots of service. My experience has always been that they are honest, do a very good job, and are reasonable with their pricing. Sometimes I check dealer prices and they are always at least double. They have a comfortable waiting room plus a shuttle service that runs all day long. Anyone expecting perfection in the world of auto repair is going to be disappointed no matter where they go.
Just picked up our 2017 Tacoma after repairs. It looks great, and Mike was excellent about communicating through the repair process. I will use them again if I need bodywork done!
A body shop said I needed to replace the whole bumper (900 bucks). Autoworks tried to reattached the bumper by fixing the clips and screws. I know it wont be perfect but It saved lots of money. At least these guys are trying. 40/43 bus run here so actually convenient
The service was fast. The guy did an eviction of my car and then he gave me a quote 3 weeks and 2 emails later that was around twice the price that I had quoted already in two different shops. In his quote I did not receive brands of the products required for the repairs, just a bare name of a piece.
Terrible customer service. 24 hours to replace two tires! The they charged a half hour of labor to test a battery. Something AAA offers free, and can also be had at nearly any auto parts store for free stay away from these people. They have a piss poor attitude and the quality of service.
They took a fair bit longer to do the work than was quoted - for an inspection. But the place is fairly clean and comfortable while waiting. Not sure if Id go back though.
Competent and honest mechanic, as far as I can tell. Its a fairly large operation in terms of capability on-site, but way better than going to the dealer in terms of cost, flexibility, and personal communication. Autobody on-site as well. They have a shuttle to and from Ithaca.
I have been a customer of Autoworks since they opened, over 20 years ago. They used to be a decent repair shop. Sadly, I am leaving! They charge for ridiculous trumped up charges, they are rude and will feel fine about letting your car sit for 24-48 before even looking at it. I am disabled and need my wheelchair lift to go anywhere. When they were a shop with integrity, they would prioritize my repairs, recognizing the medical necessity. Now they simply lie and say they will look at your car the day it arrives and you Might** get it back many days hence but plan to pay at least %150 more than anyone else. Since their customers fled due to poor service, they make up for lost quantity of customers by overcharging the chumps who are still left. So disappointing!!!
The staff at the front desk have always been friendly to me and dont talk down to me when they are explaining any issues with my car. Ive used the body shop (to get a small section painted on my car) and also the repair shop (for brakes, tires, head gasket, etc). They do have a key drop box so you can drop your car off when the shop is closed. They also will pick you up/take you home if you are having work done, although I have never personally used this service. They also offer discounts for Cornell Staff if you show your ID at the beginning of your appointment (not valid on every single service, but, worth asking about)
This is a remarkable auto repair facility. George Rushlow has been taking care of our cars for 30 years. The quality of his work is excellent; I trust him completely. His staff is highly qualified and do superb work. If your car needs anything at all, Georges mechanics and his body shop offer excellent service.
Had some minor work done which ended up losing my brakes from before leaving the lot. Cost even more to fix that. A day later my battery died...returned to give them a second chance. The battery ended up costing over $300. Will NEVER go there again and hope no one else wants to get ripped off like I did.
I am from Syracuse . My car broke down close to this shop. AAA towed my vehicle and took my 2 daughters and I to the shop. It was Saturday and the shop was closed. Our ride wouldnt be there for over an hour . The AAA driver was attentive to the situation and let us stay in the shop to stay warm. He was awesome. Monday came and I called in a.m. they got my car in and taken care of by 2:00. They were very helpful and understood my need to have my car on the road asap. I couldnt be more pleased with a shop . Thank you Autoworks and Thank you Aaron for making a stressful situation much smoother with your towing of my vehicle.
We have AAA and they towed our car home after going into a ditch. The car was pretty much just yanked out with zero care to cause rear damage and then towed on a flat tire. Contacted the Company and they dont want to take any responsibility for their staff or the service they were paid for. Cant even begin to repair the front end damage from the ditch as now the rear has damage as well and ruined rim/tire. Save yourself some money and call another Tow Company.
My experience here was great. The master cylinder on my clutch went south in downtown Ithaca and I was stuck. I had it towed and they ordered the parts and fixed it 3 days before they said they would. They also ended up charging me about half of what they quoted. With my 10% student discount it was very easy and affordable.
These people were so very nice and helpful.
We had good experience with Autoworks for years. Not anymore. It started about a year ago when the my tires where put on way too high pressure after they were changed. Changing a headlight this past fall was $ 140 and allegedly took them 1.3 hours while I was sitting there waiting and saw that it was in the shop for only 20 minutes total. Today they claimed that the cabin air filter was dirty again after it had been replaced 5 months earlier already. The difference this time was in price only which almost doubled. Time to look for a more trustworthy auto repair.
Almost a week later when each time I contacted them about the work on my truck was what started out for 1 day, then 3, now Im waiting almost 6 days for the dashboard lights and a mounted mirror... and never contacted with updates or why things are taking so long, and when I ask they just say theyve been busy.
Great Service! They try to get your car done quickly!
Autoworks is the company contracted by the city of Ithaca to tow vehicles parked wrongly. Although I understand the demands of work can be stressful, the representative on the phone was very aggressive, and when asked about photos of my car (proof it was parked in the wrong spot), the rep yelled I dont have any goddamn photos. Not only this, but when I went to retrieve my car the employee did not present me with a receipt until asked. I should also add that as a result of their fantastic towing procedures, my car door does not shut fully and air can be heard whistling through the cracks in which they jimmied my vehicle. I wouldnt trust them with a walking stick, let alone my car. Overall, poorly handled situation with even worst service.
The only reason Im giving it two stars is because they can get work done very fast. They will overcharge you for anything they can and often are dishonest about work. They do not do anything to try to help out loyal customers or right wrongs they may have done. They will charge you hours of labor to diagnose problems that take 5 minutes to look at, and even after they take so long to diagnose they will likely be wrong about it quoting a very expensive job when t is an easy fix. I have taken my multiple cars to Autoworks for my last 3 years in Ithaca I gave them multiple chances after calling them out but am finally fed up and will not be going back.
I took my car to Autoworks for repairs for last 6 years with generally good results: quick repairs, reasonable costs, good customer service. My most recent interactions with them however have been stressful. TL;DR— Autoworks is either (a) incompetent and and consistently misdiagnosing car problems (b) Knowingly ripping off customers or (c) All of the above. In any case, PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY TAKING YOUR CAR HERE.Let me walk you through this recent episode:(1) Had check engine light and needed an inspection. Autoworks said there was no problem with check engine light but also said I needed a new set of tires and brakes. $800. Seemed legit to me (it had been a while since I had my car in) and I was happy to pay and have a well running, safe car.(2) 2 weeks later I get another check engine light and my car overheats on the way to the shop. Autoworks said they didn’t see any overheating but noticed the “overflow tank” wasn’t sealing. $450. Again, seemed plausible, and since I was graduating and leaving town soon, I went ahead and paid just to be set and have a car that was going to last me till I got to my new job across the country.(3) 2 weeks later the check engine light comes again. Two weeks after that my car was having trouble starting. By some miracle, it started one morning and I drove it back to Autoworks. They now tell me I have a leaky gasket requiring replacement and “chewed up” spark plugs. $1100. I need a working car to get out of Ithaca and this has got to be enough money for these neanderthals to actually fix my car— so I wait 4 days for them to make these repairs and i pay up.IMPORTANT NOTE: they had previously replaced my gasket for the bargain price of $800 less than 6000 miles previous to this repair. I had forgotten about this, and didn’t bring it up, but surely if this were a respectable business, they would have seen that they had already repaired this part less than 6000 miles ago and offered to cover (or at least discount) this repair under some kind of warranty— right? I’m of the opinion that respectable workers stand by their work and avoid scamming a poor grad student by performing the same costly repair twice. Maybe I’m just naive.(4) Two DAYS later my car doesn’t start. I call a tow truck driver and tell him a few things about these repairs. He tells me straight up: “Autoworks rips off its customers and offers bad customer service, don’t take it back to them”. He then took a metal bar and wacked the bottom of the car and got it to start— he, in less than 10 seconds, diagnosed the problem as a faulty fuel pump. Needless to say, I did not return to Autoworks. This is literally the first time I’ve taken the trouble to write a review of a business, but I felt compelled in this case to do the public service of alerting people to this shady, or, at the very least, incompetent repair shop. Do not take your car here!
I was told it was my transmission. Totally replaced turns out the same issues were still happening. Later my axel went completely. Too bad for me. Wouldnt recommend for transmission or major repairs.
Honestly, way to much too write. Aside from misdiagnosing, my vehicle running worse after they repaired it, now check engine light is on, and the owner of the building literally got in my face while gritting teeth; raised his right hand like he was going to hit me.... Id say dont go here! After this horrible experience I obviously spoke about it to people. Upon doing so, found out a similar situation happened to my friend. Excluding the physical altercation and being yelled at, he experienced misdiagnosing, fixing things that didnt need to be fixed and after bringing his Audi back three times finally got the check engine light shut off; which was never on prior to going there.Ill be happy to explain detail after detail if someone reads this and requests from me more.
Reliable honest shop.Had rear wheel bearing replaced, and faulty o-ring caused driveshaft to leak diff fluid. Brought it back and under their warranty they fixed it same day.Ive gone back to them for numerous repairs and always found prices to be fair.
Excellent crew at Autoworks! They have gotten repairs done in a timely manner at a fair price.
I tried to be as fair and objective as I could in this review. I needed to replace the brake pads and rotors for all my 4 wheels, and the 2 front sway bar-links.First, one hint for all the readers (if you are not interested, skip to next paragraph): all mechanics in Ithaca (at least the ones that I got quotes from) charge you for the parts AT LEAST double the market price. I do understand that they want to make some money as retailers, but why more than the double? So if you want to save tons of money, order the parts online and ask a mechanic to replace them for you. For instance, it would have cost me more than $700 to do the repairs mentioned above if they put their own parts (yes they are the same quality), but with this trick I ended up paying around $400. Overpricing the parts is not a problem of Autoworks alone, it is of all the mechanics in Ithaca. However, buying your own parts comes with disadvantages 1- you take full responsibility of your auto parts in terms of compatibility (so make sure you order the right ones for your car), and in terms of warranty, if they fail the mechanic would have nothing to do with it and you would have to deal with the manufacturer directly, which is not the case when you buy them from the mechanic. and 2- not many mechanics are willing to replace the parts if you do not buy them from them. Some raise liability issues, others (like Varna auto service) are rude enough to say that they will not replace the parts unless you buy them directly from them. Which brings me to the review on Autoworks...The good:- After calling at least 6 difference mechanics in Ithaca (to replace the parts that I bought online), they all refused to do the replacement for me, and finally Autoworks agreed. They seem to have done a good job but I cannot really tell because I am writing this review a couple of hours after they finished the job. So I recommend them if you bought the parts yourself.- They have a free shuttle that gives you rides from and to the garage, which is a nice service. The bad:- They to tried to pass a mini rip-off if I had not noticed it. They said from the beginning that their labor rate was $90/hour. After they finished the replacement, they asked a total of $303 for 2.8 hours of labor. 90$/hour for 2.8 hours is $272 (8% taxes included). The bill included $9 of shop supplies, with no further explanation of what kind of supplies, but even with that the total would have been about $282 (taxes included) yet they charged me an extra $21 ($30 accounting for the mysterious shop supplies) for no reason. When they noticed that I was not convinced with the number they gave me and started to investigate and go into the details of the bill they covered their trick by asking me if I was a Cornell employee and gave me a discount that removed the extras, and I ended up paying $254, which brought it back to original prices, without the taxes so I shut up and do not complain. I remained polite and accepted the discount without trying to embarrass them any longer.conclusion: I will continue to go to them for my repairs in the future because they are ones of the very few (if not the only) in Ithaca that accept to replace the parts that you bought on your own, and because I like that they have a free shuttle. However, The little dishonesty trick that they tried to pull on me makes very cautious when dealing with them in the future by making sure I check all the numbers before paying, and I recommend the same for everyone.Hope this help.
Had someone tell me they took their car here because it wouldnt start. They claimed the engine was blown. I replaced the starter and away they went. Never heard good things about this place but I didnt think they were this bad.
Been getting out cars done here for 10 years. Great, honest service, and he solved mystery problems others couldnt. Would definitely recommend Autoworks to anyone!
Went in with a self diagnosed wheel bearing issue and in need of spark plugs. 2 days later they call up and say I have TWO CV joints that are actually the issue. I say whatever, just so long as the noise stops, then fix it.Pick my car up at the end of the week and when I drive away, the noise is absolutely worse and now I hear loose metal banging around AND my CEL is on somehow. Sure enough, the first corner I get to, a small piece of my leaf spring flies out the side of my car and near hits a lady on the side of the road with a stroller!I go home and pop the hood to see if I can figure out the CEL and notice part of my airbox is now missing...like seriously?!I am a mostly nonconfrontational guy. When I went back to the shop, they seemed understanding and said they would fix it so I cooled off and let them have it again. Huge mistake. They wouldnt admit to the spring being broke, they promised toReplace my air box but never did. They never fixed my CEL like they said they would. AND they charged me t/s time to fix the damn bearing which is what I asked for in the first place!Tl/Dr: Ithaca Autoworks is the most crooked shop of them all. Ive been to Hunts, Trombley, AJs, that shop near AJs, and many other non local shops and have never had an experience like this before. Avoid them at all cost!
Jake is very personable. Would use them again
My car got stuck in snow on Mt. Pleasant Rd (3 minutes from the garage). I requested tow assistance with a guarantee of service within 90 minutes. 120 minutes (2hours) later, I was still stuck on the road with no attempts made by the company to call and update me. Upon my calling them, I learnt they were going to be further delayed. Worst experience. I would never use this service again.
Very professional and excellent work. I wish they had a shop closer to Cortland!
They are a big ripoff be careful
Terrible service, didn’t give us enough info to make a good decision, totally scammed.
They got my car in and running again and back on the road in the same day. The price with my AAA discount was very competitive and the customer service is great.
What it all boils down to, is that they just really provide excellent customer service. They never do work that doesnt need to be done, and they are all friendly and honest.
Fastest repair around best towing around you need hook they hook right up and bring you were you gotta go
Tow truck driver is always nice and its good service in the shop also.
The only place around i really trust to work on my vehicles
This happened back in 2014: The check engine light was on in my Volvo s40 and I was due for state inspection. I had it checked out at cole muffler and the Volvo shop downtown first, but ended up going to Autoworks on a friends recommendation. I offered the front desk person all the information/code readings from the other repair shops. He was disinterested and assured me their mechanics would diagnose the issues and get it fixed. Great! A nice older employee even gave gave me a free ride to work and home from the auto shop in the company van. So far, so good.Long story short, Autoworks ended up misdiagnosing the problem twice over the course of two months of extreme stress and frustration. I spent around $1500 on parts and labor only to still have the check engine light on. Eventually, they diagnosed the issue as probably the transmission and then had the nerve to blame me for not suggesting that as the problem in our first meeting. Im not a mechanic, as I told them from the start, and thats why I paid them $70+/hour to figure out the problem for me. The owner (or maybe his son...?) eventually ended up apologizing to me by phone for them chasing a ghost (his words) for so long but had no solution to my troubles. I had to scrap the car (which I would have done immediately had they initially diagnosed a transmission problem) and buy a new one with my now depleted funds. It was a terrible experience.Stick with Cole, and Shade Tree for honest and thorough service.2018 Edit: Varna Auto is on the same road and has repaired my next car with care and thoroughness every time Ive gone there. Not a single recurring issue in the past three years. Well worth the price.
As a customer for about 13 years I feel that I can always rely on good advice and personal service at a fair price. Thanks, George and Co.
Windshield wipers would not go down and they fixed them for the 1st time for $340. 4 days later, same thing happened and they fixed them for free because they were under warranty. 5 days after that, same thing happened and now they dont work at all. Guy I talked to on phone admitted they made a mistake, but they will need a new part and I will have to pay $440 to get it fixed. I asked if I could talk to the manager and he said yes he will call you back. That was at 2:30 and it is now 6:00, they are closed, and I still havent heard from him. I have to work tomorrow morning at 7am and have no way of getting there.
Out of town college parents who dropped off our daughter for college the day before the car would not start. We had the car towed to johns on the recommendation of aaa tow truck driver. Bad move. After an inspection by their mechanic they said the car had a mouse nest in the air filter. While that might be possible I gave the car the once over the previous day and no mouse nest in the air filter....again I feel it’s possible for that to happen over night so I agreed to the $212 bill to replace an air filter and several days later we go to pick up the car and while in their parking lot on the first try the car would not start.Eventually the car started and we took it to the local gm dealer and had it fixed for $110. Turns out it wasn’t the air filter. It’s been 3 months and has started every time. Thanks for nothing johns auto works.
I brought my car in and asked for them to tell me why the check engine light was on and what percent of the brake pads were left. They charged me $151 to just tell me these answers, without doing any actual work to the car. Total ripoff. I have gotten both of these questions answered at other places for no charge. Will not be returning.
Bad customer service. They are liar.
Towed our car thru AAAWhen we wanted it moved it became a hassle and we did not have a pleasant experience. Including being told we were going to regret it.
Everyone is very friendly, knowledgeable and reasonable. Highly recommended!
Over charged, dis-honest and never even fixed the problem.
Excellent customer service and decent prices. Just had a tune up.
Always had a good experience there
I FOUND THAT AUTOWORKS WORKS WITH YOU AND EXPLAINS WITH PATIENCE WHATS WRONG WITH YOUR CAR IF YOU DONT UNDERSTAND AS A WOMAN THAT WAS IMPORTANT TO ME . ENJOY TAKING MY CAR THERE THERES ALWAYS A SMILE AND A PLEASANT WORD TO BE HAD AND GOTTEN THANK YOU ALL AT AUTOWORKS FOR YOUR CARE .SEE YOU SOON TUNE UPS COMING.
5 hours from the time I called till I got the car to where it ended up (40 minutes normal driving). Would not use again.
Very quick and amazing service
Extremely overpriced.Cost ~$200 just for diagnosis,.They had spent only about an hour but claimed over 2 hours when i decided not to proceed with the repairs on finding out about their rates.
Terrible experience, I asked for a jump start service, and wait for 5 hours, at the end he said he can not come. I would not contact it again
DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR REPAIRS
Go there to get stuff from my car after its been there a a week front seat trashed and my go pro gone
Estimate $400 to replace leaking rubber grommet on 2009 Honda washer fluid bottle. The part from the Honda dealer is three dollars and 75 cents. Beware.
Awsome
