The people are nice but I’m unhappy with their service. Not only did I pay a premium for the tire replacement but the sprocket spacer was not put back in. (It was certainly there when I bought it as the bike had been ridden all last summer and the sprocket assembly was not taken apart before bringing it to them) Needless to say my whole back tire got destroyed while I was riding since they neglected to tell me they lost it. I called them and they said they put on the receipt that it wasnt there (great cover up). Something that important should have been directly told to me as I easy could have been killed when my back wheel went crooked on me. I also have a buddy who went there and could have died on his bike because of a screw up they did having to do with not tightening the drain screw for the oil that resulted in oil slicking up his back wheel on his way back from an oil change at Honda Rider Sport.Now don’t get me wrong. They are not a bunch of monsters and I really do like the people, but the fact that they lost the spacer and tried to say it didn’t come in with it and didn’t actually tell me about it almost lead to a serious accident. I will never be going back there again because I feel I have been wronged, but I urge everyone to perhaps find out for themselves wether or not they like the place. Hopefully no one else has an issue. This whole problem with the spacer and mixed in with other issues (not all the fault of rider sport) has caused me to spend more than a grand towards getting my bike back on the road, and it all started when I bought my wheel, with the sprocket ON, to Honda rider sport.
