We were traveling through on a family trip with two small kids in the back, and we had a rock thrown on our windshield. I quickly searched for places around the area, and we found this place. They got us in immediately, and they kindly allowed us to stay in the car so as not to make the kids get out. Very impressed and thankful for the great service!

So today I went to Jack Morris Auto Glass, Jackson, TN to have a peck in my windshield fixed. Their website clearly states that they will file your claim for you including billing your insurance carrier. Well dont count on it. After my car was ready I was presented a bill, I had already explained I talked with my insurance agent and the repair would be covered under my insurance, so when Kaitlyn gave me the bill she bluntly told me I would have to call my insurance myself and get a referral number before I would be allowed to leave. When I ask was that not something she would do to file the claim she told me my phone want reach to the counter I called my agent and she said they have never had anyone call and have to do that...that Jack Morris had always handled the filing of claims. Again I asked Kaitlyn is this not something you can do and she said my phone want reach to the counter and the insurance company want let us file the claim I called the insurance company was on eternal hold- finally the nicest person answered and I filed my claim myself while standing at the counter. After I was finished I asked another lady there so you dont file claims and her response was I Do with all major insurance companies. Guess I got the wrong person today who hasnt read the disclaimer on the website that they file your claims with your insurance company. So my 30 minute fix my windshield trip took almost an hour!! Beware of who you do business with when they dont honor what they say on their website. Safelite Im sure will appreciate my business in the future!

Its nice to have a trusted local business. Price is reasonable. I was charged $350 for a windshield replacement.The only complaint is that making appointment is mandatory, and you may wait a week until your turn.

Absolutely fantastic service. I was travelling from Alabama to Saint Louis and needed a new windshield. I called several shops along my route but no one could help me. However, Courtney was amazing. They did not have my windshield in stock. She took my number and called me back a few min later. She had located one in Memphis. I was 2 hours away from Jackson so it worked out perfectly. Someone from their shop drove toward Memphis while someone in Memphis drove toward Jackson. They met got my windshield and got it to Jackson. I arrived at 11am and was back on the road at noon...I cant say how happy I am with their service! Thank you Courtney.

Came right out to my work and replaced my windshield. Great price. Cheaper than filing an insurance claim. My windshield leaked and they came right back out and fixed it up. The technician was very nice and helpful

Terrific experience getting my windshield squared away! Friendly, efficient, and fairly priced....

I had a rock peck in my windshield repaired here a good while back. It was hardly visible after treatment and has held up well without spreading. This time it was two and the it was a half hour to closing and they managed to get me in. Both are still visible but I feel confident they wont spread. So the windshield gets a third life. In my line of work thats huge. I recommend you find out where they are located near you even before you need them.

We have gone to them twice in our 5 years in Jackson and they have always been wonderful!Affordable prices and the ability to have them come to you to do the repair. We had a major back window break that needed repairing before a week long trip and they got us in quickly and at a price that was reasonable and fair.Thankful that we know where to go when we face window damage!

The price was steeper compared to what we paid in Nashville a few weeks earlier but still far less than the SafeLite quote. And, the shuttle service to work was great.

Cracked glass on my 13 accord with lane departure and forward collision warning camera. Had concerns about getting replaced by third party after reading peoples issues with camera not working and needing a costly recalibration. Canceled my appointment with Safelite and took it to Jack Morris. They were able to get me in that day and job was done within 2 hours!. And best of all FCW and LDW working with no issues. Do not hesitate, save $400-500 and get your OEM glass replaced here. Flawless work. Only complaint was a dirty handprint left but this is a glass shop not a detailer so not worth deducting a star.

Fast, friendly, & efficient!This is the 2nd time Ive had to stop in and get a chip fixed on my windshield. Thankfully both chips/cracks have been less than a quarter size so they could spot fix it. I literally cant tell where the damage was.Took less than 30 minutes with me just stopping by :)And, they have a clean nice little waiting area or seating outside which is nice.

Third time getting windshield replacement over the years. This time chose home installation and the service tech was quick. He did an excellent job replacing the windshield. Unfortunately he left a good bit of glass on the driveway.

DO NOT TRUST THEM TO DO A MOBILE REPAIR!!! Was supposed to do a work sight repair. Claimed to have done a windshield repair. No evidence what so ever the windshield was touched. Nothing saying theyd been there. I was in the glass business 32yrs and have repaired hundreds of rock pecks. I know what they look like. I called them, and they said i had to bring it in. If id had time, id have done it to start with. Predictably, 2 weeks later a simple rock peck is now a crack. They lied, and wouldnt back up their work.

Got my front window smashed in and was sad as ever ....called every window replacement in town and couldn’t get nobody until the following week (now by me having one car and two jobs there was no way I could be with out a window shield for that long ) so I called Morris Auto Glass and they gave me a great quote and even better service with a next day appointment really lifted my spirits ...at the appointment they were polite, fast taking the old window out and quick to put it back in was a beautiful site to see ....on top of all that that price was so affordable they whole experience was good from the start 👍🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Mr.Marty heard me complain and he took my car and cleaned the glass out and put plastic on it so that it dont get wet inside. The window came in earlier than expected and when I got back to the shop they pulled my car right in and completed the work same day service you cant beat that
