My ex wife is retired on fixed income ...her van was making a noise I thought sounded bad.. We made an appointment to take it in and they gave her the bad news that the motor was shot and not worth replacing. They were very honest and didnt try to soak her for repairs more than the van was worth and didnt charge her for diagnosis.. Aces guys!

When it comes to Subarus, I trust Dylan. That is why I took my Subaru Legacy GT over an hour away from home to have him work on my car. While some of the repairs could not be done, at no fault of Dylan (the part on my car does not seemingly exist according to Subaru), he did recommend a small remedy to hopefully alleviate a check engine light in the meantime. I trust his recommendations and have referred many people to him over the years. Keep up the great work!!!

I gave these guys a call about 20:00 yesterday. Said drop it off and well get to it first thing when we open. Sure, Ive heard that before. They open at 8. I pull up at 9, my vehicle is in the air, tires off, been on a test drive, diagnosed and waiting to order parts. Parts came in after noon. I rolled out at 16:30 fixed and complete.If you want fast, trustworthy, friendly service with a reasonable price. Or if you want that old neighborhood garage feel from the old days. Give Lakeside Auto Repair a call. You cant go wrong.If its a quick job while you wait, there is a subway and a grocery store 100ft away!

I cannot recommend these guys enough. I took my 2010 WRX here for what I had hoped was just a bad water pump. Quickly found out my head gasket had failed. I asked them to throw in a new timing belt and water pump while they where in there. The quote was still better than I had anticipated.After the repair my car was still having a few issues some of it was from previous work done to the car and the rest from driving around with a blown head gasket. Dylan, Clayton, and Carter went out of their way to get my car running right, while working around my schedule. They kept their original quote even though they put both extra time and parts into it. And I am happy to say my car now runs like the day I bought it. Job well done I will for sure be back.Also as a side note this shop is not like most Ive been too. These guys will walk you through exactly what they are doing, show you what failed and explain why. You can really tell they enjoy what they do and take pride in their work.

Absolutely amazing service, friendly and personable people, I needed my muffler and catalytic converter replaced on my 2008 Mitsubishi Outlander and it runs GREAT now! Its runs like it did when it was new! I highly recommend this place for vehicle repair!

The owner Dylan is friends and ex coworkers of my husband but never the less my truck was in bad shape he not only fixed the issue but replaced other items as well to make sure my babies are in a safe vehicle!! He’s not one to sugar coat anything and he will tell you if it needs to be fixed then it needs to be fixed!! Great prices on anything that needs to be fixed let him give you a quote!! Great customer service and even in a pinch will do his best to get your vehicle in and done as soon as he can!!
