Every time I go into this place I know they cant get things done really quickly and friendly. Ive gotten my flats fixed and tires patched here every single time and Ill never go anywhere else as long as this place is in business. As Im writing this review Ill be going in soon to get a rim plate fixed and I know I can expect sky high customer service at very reasonable prices.

We got a flat tire while passing through & the Exxon down the road sent us to this King Tire. They were very friendly, helpful, and up front with us. Going as far as telling us where some nice restaurants, parks were that we could walk to & wait! They were very busy but managed to get our car done (2 new tires) in a time frame. I stopped in with a flat tire off my sons car. Thought it was a nail, but ended up being a sidewall cut. Thoygh they did not carry the brand he had, they were able to do a visual match on tread and sidewall with a tire they stocked at a reasonable price.

Convenience was originally key since my office is in the same strip of buildings, but, these guys got my car in, and out faster than I could get settled in my office. went to pay and the total was about 60 less than quoted. You dont get that very often.

I went here for chrome repair to my rim and first it took longer than what they said it would. Then when I got there to pick it up they didnt know where my wheel was. Then after paying and them bringing it out my wheel was damaged and wasnt even straight. And the guy Chris got smart at the mouth saying he didnt care and it was nothing he could do about it. Usually quick service. Had a few times they took way too long. But there’s a popcorn machine and the chairs are really comfy. I slept for at least 45 minutes one day.

I always trust King Tire with my Tire needs. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They are good about finding an issue with your vehicle to let you know that something is in need of repair, but they dont pressure you, unless its necessary and even then its just a strong suggestion. I dont mind sending my wife by herself knowing they wont try to sell her everything because she is a woman.

I purchased two new Copper tires from King Tires, less than a month later ran over something and had a flat, took it back to them they patched and mounted again, it was covered under the warranty and cost me nothing. These men, both times was friendly and very helpful, and both times drove my vehicle to the front door for me. I will be back in the future.

King Tire is awesome!!!! They are the only place I go now for my tire needs, alignments, brakes, etc... They are reasonably priced and know what they are doing. Friendly staff. Nice waiting area. Quick service. They fixed a vibration in one of my cars that literally several other places couldnt. They have patched a couple of tires for me for free over the years. Service like that keeps me coming back. Truly a great shop that you can trust to treat you right. They dont try to add on extra junk, up sell, etc.... They just do what you ask and what needs to be done. Nothing more. More than once I have left there paying less than what they orginally quoted me because the job didnt take as long as anticipated or less parts were required or whatever. Not many places do that. Keep up the good work King Tire!!!!

Came in for a leak in my tire. They looked and said they couldnt find one, everything looked fine. At home, I found the small leak from a staple and it couldnt be patched or plugged. Took it back to them, they apologized and heavily discounted a new pair of tires in order to make it right.Im really impressed when a company can admit when they missed and then correct it.

We were there a week ago for a new tire and just realized today that the tire was placed on the vehicle INSIDE OUT!! We drove almost an hour to get there, (and waited for hours) its a total hassle to have to try to find time to return. Very unprofessional.

We were traveling back to NJ from California in a Class C motor home when our front brake started rhythmically squeaking like something was rubbing, and was getting worse and worse. The people at King Tire were very friendly and respectable. They took a look at it immediately, and got us back on the road in two hours, and no charge! Thanks guys! We got safely on our way with peace of mind, especially since a big storm was heading for the the area the next day.

Wife hit a pothole with her brand new rim, destroying the tire and bending rim pretty badly. Frank took the time to price out new replacement and or just fixing this one and new tire. 10/10 had a flat tire not only did they take care of that issue had a stripped lug nut too they did it for free!!! And they guided me throught other issues with the car. Best tire and car repair in jackson if you go somewhere else that is is your loss

Great deal on 2 used tires. They were able to get me in and out in under an hour.

My husband took his truck in to get a simple screw taken out and a rotation. Upon his visit his truck encountered a deep scratch. Of course they said is was not at any fault of theres because the rack is red and the scratch didnt have red on it. However they sent him yo the body shop to get the scratched colored the same color. This is a brand new 2016 bought not even 4 months ago. There were no marks beforehand and this is not the first of its kind. After speaking with several friends they have also had this same issue and were sent to the same body shop!!!! Tools and carelessness caused my husbands brand new truck to be damaged and now I have to contact a lawyer because theyre refusing to fully fix it!!! We will not return to any King Tire for further services!!!!
