This is first Hyundai purchase and I am overjoyed I did. Angelica, my sales consultant, was very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful in my decision. Lawrence, sales consultant, delivered the vehicle to me. He made sure I understand the many features my new vehicle had that I am sure I would not have understood completely. Kudos to the entire staff for his/her professionalism.

Worst Customer service ever!! We took our vehicle in for repair to a seat March 1 2021 and they kept it for 12 days. They charged for parts and labor and no explanation as to why it took so long.when we got it back My wife and I had to immediately go out of town. we realized they had broken the seat even worse and it wouldnt go up or down. My wife is 5 ft 2 and could not see over the steering wheel! We returned around March 24 and immediately took it back in. They promised to fix it, but to make a long story short, they kept it for over two months!! We called 23 times and got every excuse possible! We were lied to and misled and although we were promised call backs, nobody returned our calls. We even tried to contact the owner and he couldnt be bothered to call back. Finally after over 2 months of lies and excuses and total lack of customer service, we told them, they were going to get a million dollars worth of bad publicity from us. Amazingly, all of a sudden, we got a call back and our vehicle was ready the next day. They wouldnt even look us in the eye when we picked it up and gave some lame excuse after 2 months that they were short handed. If I could give less than one Star, I would. This dealership has been advertising recently about stopping in and be their friend or words to that effect.... believe me...they are not your friend!!

Very disappointed at the lies I was told. Was told that I had a had a busted head gasket and that 1) it would be $4009 dollars to replace it, 2) it has a 50/50 chance to work and 3) that in their experience I would end up needing a new engine for almost $10,000. After getting other opinions it ended up being either the temperature gauge or water pump that needs to replaced. When I opened my hood, my engine was not even touched. The layer of dirt was not disturbed in any spot. How do you tell me I need a new engine without even lifting off the engine cover?!? Very disappointed. Not sure if they are trying to get a big ticket item in, because Im a woman and they think I dont know anything, or they just didnt want to deal with it.

No problems here. Had an issue with my car and they took care of it the same day. Everyone there was very nice and the cost was actually less than I expected.

LOVE the vehicle, there was an issue with receiving updated maintenance information regarding the recent oil change due to the oil change light coming on.

The financial person was rude and belittling. The service department is limited and can not even work on a minor issue and will send you to Memphis. This warranty that is suppose to be so good is useless if you can’t get anyone to work on your vehicle. I will not buy from them again!

Had an appointment for 9am. Got there on time and my Jeep want even pulled into the garage until 9:30. Got the oil changed and was charged $86!!!!!! I have NEVER paid that much for an oil change in my life (even when I owned a BMW). Was told that they put synthetic oil in instead of conventional (was never asked by the service tech what I wanted so I guess they decided to go with the expensive stuff). I will NEVER get service done there again!!!!!

My vehicle has been there since Tuesday morning and just now have been told that we won’t be getting it back until next Tuesday. My husband has to call several times a day just to get any information on my vehicle and then today was told they broke the door that they were working on. Horrible customer service and now we are out of a vehicle for a week.

You actually deserve 0 stars. I needed service on my 2018 Ram 2500 so I called and asked for service. After the 3rd time of getting cut off and hung up on I called Helms in Lexington and they were more than helpful. I don’t mind driving the. 30 minutes to Lexington to get better service.

I purchased a 2017 Hyundai Sonata from this place and it was a horrible experience.They promised that they were going to put 4 new tires on the car and do a 4 wheel alignment but it did not get done.I called Lukas, who was the sales specialist and he turned me over to Chase.Chase was very rude when I asked him if we were finally going to get all new tires like we were promised.Chase told me he was only giving me two tires or I would get nothing.

Anthony my salesman was knowledgeable and genuinely friendly. He did his best to give me his best deal. I had 0 sense of pressure, in fact it was a very comfortable atmosphere at the showroom. I dont have a lot of experience with purchasing a vehicle but when I came here, Lawrence Stewart made me feel like family. He was my salesman and was very polite and approachable. My experience with the new management is limited. I’ve only visited for a service recall, which wasn’t performed in a timely manner. I understand the problems facing a lack of help combined with over promising things, which can snowball from the lack of help. It’s a frustrating venture for both parties. After 2-3 days, for a promised mid afternoon repair, I was finally able to pick up my vehicle. The service manager was nice and apologetic about the whole situation. I would have much rather been called to hear that my truck wasn’t ready, rather wasting a trip there to see that it had not been moved from the location I parked it. I currently have another recall, so I’ll find out how the second experience goes.

This is the worst dealership to do business with. My husband and I drove 300 miles to pick up a vehicle that was misrepresented. We negotiated a price over the phone and the description online along with the images were a lie. When we got there and saw the vehicle, the tires didnt have any tread, there was a huge crack in the dashboard from the drivers side to passengers and the front ferrying was bent. At that point we had all the financing and price in place and put down a $500 deposit. We were clearly upset and wanted our $500 deposit back. When my husband called back a few days later about the deposit, the general manager wanted to argue. My husband stated he may have to hire a lawyer and the general manager threatened physical violence and that he was an athlete and a former army ranger. We still haven’t received our money back. This place is a JOKE!

While my salesman was a pleasant experience, Im afraid that the service dept was not. I had a free oil change and a free inspection, that includes fluids, such as: coolant, brake, etc. I took my car to another service dept (to have my recalls fixed, one that my mom has used for several years) just to find out my radiator was bone dry. Um...how did yall miss that, Allens service dept!? 😬 I feel stiffed and like my livelyhood was not even considered. Not to mention the customer service, in the service dept, was bias.

Using Alan Vines online I was able to find a very nice pre owned Jeep that was on sale. Simply put my email address in for a inquiry on the jeep and the next morning Karen had already contacted me with information on the vehicle. I drove down to the lot around 700 before opening and JD, a salesman was on the lot an hour before work and was happy to show me the jeep and go for a ride. 2 hours later and I was the owner of a new vehicle. My experience here was great! I had been looking at this car for about a year. Staff was very courteous... The customer service was is what won me over. I had already decided i wanted this car last year. I got off work at 6pm, and i believed they closed at 7. I was not rushed, and they actually stayed past 7(without a guilt trip) to assist me. Took the car home that night, they let me keep it over the weekend and financing finalized on monday. They won a fan, and i will refer anyone i know to Alan Vines!

I must say Ive been contemplating on doing this but its been several months I bought a 2018 Dodge charger back in February I went here on this day to possibly get some retribution for the scratches / damages that they cause to my $33,000 vehicle I have yet to find any person to take care of this matter sometimes you give people several chances no one wants to respond back they overlooked the issue as if everything is okay I definitely do not recommend anyone going to purchase a vehicle from them. I got a new car that had been on the lot for almost a year, I think, so I feel like I got a fair deal, and I almost never leave a dealership feeling that way. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. This is my first Hyundai, and if the car performs like I think it will, I will definitely return to see Lawrence in a few years.

I stopped in unannounced to have a new problem looked at.They were absolutely pleasant and wonderful at the desk. They were booked up, and tried to squeeze me in, but the best they could do was the next day.Unfortunately I was traveling cross country and under time constraints, so I couldnt wait the extra day for service.I cant speak for their prices, but their customer service seemed top notch. I wish I had the extra time.

If I could put zero stars I would have we had a good sales person but the Internet manager put his nose in where it didnt belong and they are not willing to offer the amount on a great truck and not willing to budge on their price Ive dealt with some bad car dealerships but I do believe this has to be the worst by far I would not send my worst enemy to them and we even drove 6 hours because my wife had bought there before and had a good experience but she said this is not how it was when she bought her car. I took a 2015 f250 platinum fully loaded with 16000 miles and they tried to give me way under market value and I was looking at a 2014 1500 ram with 30000 miles that they said was a new program truck fully loaded and said it was worth as much as my 70000 dollar truck not a very good way to do business in my opinion I wont waste my time any more.

The process is pretty long and they take a while and then u have to go back and get more paperwork when they can tell you everything you need upfront

Was just delivering a broke down car via tow, but the guy inside was about his business and made sure it belonged there for repairs, but helped make sure it didnt take too long. Nice selection of cars outside too!
