Was VERY DISAPPOINTED! I went to see the Jeep Patriot Saturday Night - good looking vehicle - looked sound. So I called the business this morning - NO Warranty, No Car Fax or info on an accident, Not willing to negotiate price. ($7900 I offered 7000 - CASH) - THE ONLY PERSON available was a book keeper. Three words - Instantly Lossed Sale.

I was in the market for a Hummer H2 for some time now. And I found it listed on Car Gurus and emailed about it. I ended up working with Ali, who was super responsive to all my emails. He also gave me a fair price for my trade.I drove 90mins to check out the H2, no warning lights were on it like he promised. Ali was cool with me having a local mechanic check out the car before I bought it. I used my own financing so I can’t speak to how that works here, I always recommend getting pre approved from a bank or CU before beginning car shopping anyway.He was right to the point and did not try and play any games with me. Turns out after all the paperwork was signed and I was on my way home; he called me and said I overpaid on accident and would mail me the difference in a check. Not many dealerships would do that I feel. All in all A+ experience.

Sold me a lemon, and when recommending their mechanic they made the truck worse off costing more money..barely said anything to me during the whole signing process. I was looking for a deal and quick due to being in a car accident then had to deal with all this on top of it.

Bought a bad car. Got the run around about past maintenance, wasnt offered a warranty because they thought I couldnt afford it. I was told by several peers to write the attorney general which I am working on now.TO add to my comment after the owner tried to defend the business. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS. I didnt say ANYTHING about it being as is...and the person making the deal obviously lied about how much work they put into it, because when I asked for records they said theyd get back to me and never did. And they never did because they didnt put ANY work into this vehicle. Made it sound like they were taking a major loss for me and that I was getting a good deal. The only good deal I got out of this is a lesson learned, and I will do everything I can to make sure other people are not wronged by this business. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM ANY LOCATION.

Al was great! Deff would do business with him again. We came in with a certain idea in mind and Al took the time to explain a better option to my husband & I. We are young, so we easily could have been seen as a couple who could be easily taken advantage of. Not Al, he directed us in the right direction. He was super friendly. We had to find a vehicle ASAP and was limited on time so this guy stayed over after they closed almost two hours late so we could drive away with our new car that night. Very appreciative of these guys and will deff be back for future business. Thanks Again!

EXCELLENT!! EXCELLENT EXCELLENT Customer service. Almost unreal that people of this caliber still exist. I drove over 2 hours away, they had the car Ive been looking for that was within my budget. All worth the drive in the end. Im thinking there would be some issues with the car. So I had my cousin who is an ASC tech and practically grew up under the hood of a car. Drive with me to this dealership. For being a used car, he gave me the thumbs up. We dealt with the sales rep Josh, who was very helpful from when I called to inquire about the car all the way til I drove off the lot. Great guy and very professional. At the end of the day I recommend this dealership anyone.
