Scheduled same day appointment for test drive. Upon arrival was greeted by my sales consultant . 2 X5 vehicles were ready for the drive. And just to be sure, an X3 was also available for a spin. Sales consultant very knowledgeable, answered all questions, including pros of each vehicle (not any cons- it’s a BMW X5!). Within a couple of hours, left my trade in behind and drove away a very satisfied customer!
Mr. Julius was very, professional, friendly, and helpful. My car was taken care of in a timely manner. The only reason 4 stars is the parts department. Took some time to receive assistance after ringing bell 2. Could hear voices, but no service ☹. Eventually someone did assist me and the rest four stars history 😉

BMW of Jackson brings excellence and strives to be unlike every other dealership. When my X5 needed servicing, I called in and they said bring it over. I dropped my X5 off that evening and it was ready for pick up around lunch the following day. Additionally, my vehicle was washed and it seemed as if it was detailed inside.My Overall Experience is a True 10.I appreciate BMW of Jackson.I trust in BMW of Jackson.
I must say how disappointing my last visit, I came in for an oil change 8/19, that same evening my garage floor was saturated in oil from leaking out of my car. My car was towed back to your BMW of Jackson on 8/20. I WAS told, some type of Rubber O ring got pinched an caused my oil to leak out. I was also told “this happens all the time”. Are you kidding me. There has to be some type of corrective action to address this problem. Surely Management has brainstormed some fail safe method that would help eliminate this problem. My engine could have been completely ruin. I have no idea what future damage this will cause me. On top of that I wasn’t offered any type of compensation. I.e discounts, coupon etc, anything would have been better at least to show good faith in being sorry for the mishap. I can honestly say each time I have brought my vehicle in for service, I ALWAYS have to come back the next day for a Do Over. I don’t plan on coming back to BMW anytime soon. It’s always a disaster to say the least. Once again I am disappointed in the service....

I know they care about the Service they provide and the quality of the product they represent. When I have questions.. So I got to the dealership to have my brakes, and tires checked, so I made an appointment got to the dealership parked at a service door that was closed. No one ever came out to my car so I went in wasn’t greeted but the service guy (Adam) asked what I need so I said I have an appointment to get my tires and brakes looked at, I guess he zoned out and ask me did I have an appointment? I said yes! He came off as rude once I checked in he told me it would only be 30 minutes which in reality was 2 hrs, so while I waited I decided to check on getting my spare key that resembles a credit card so I went to parts guy at the desk very rude wouldn’t let me completely answer a question he asked, we ordered the key I told him I wanted to pay when it comes in but he rudely said it had to be paid for in order for it to be ordered. On top of all this it had a bad gas smell in there which gave me a headache!!! They claim to have order my key and door seal but I was never told when they would arrive or have another appointment to get my door seal installed so I don’t know what’s going on!!
I had some work needing done on my vehicle and I talked to Julius and he assisted me through the whole process. I let him know what was going on with my vehicle and he took it upon his self to make sure that everything I needed done was taken care of.Thanks Julius Waddell and herrin-Gear bmw

At the BMW of Jackson dealership’s service department I was treated rudely and disrespectfully for three hours while they replaced a defective part. They installed the part less than a year ago but seemed to not want to do the “repair and/or replace”without extensively checking whether there was some other reason for the failure that might earn a fee. I was quoted an hour for the service and yet they used 3. After demanding my car, several times, so I could make an appointment and told it would be available multiple times “right away”, I had to get the Service Manager to demand the car be returned from a mechanic who was driving it around the block for what seemed like an attempt at deliberate delay.The service rep assigned to my car seemed to have more time to socialize than to attend to customers and got hostile when confronted by the observation.There were other customers who were not content with the dealership’s service. In fact, I didn’t hear anyone pleased to be there. It seems in these stressful times if people don’t want to work they shouldn’t have a jobs. I know I’ll never go back there and I can’t imagine why anyone he would.
The staff keeps you knowledgeable of what is to be done, the time frame, cost, etc. Courteous to the customers using shuttle, etc. Thank you staff at Herrin-Gear BMW.

They worked with me with not only replacing the flat tire but also working with me to upgrade all 4 tires and get all maintenance needs up to date on my car. It was a great purchase. Managed to handle the whole transaction in a short amount of time. Everyone made sure we were ok with the purchase and some of the staff even stayed past close to make sure the paperwork was handled correctly. No pressure from sales or finance to buy extras we didnt really need or want. Bought a used vehicle so wasnt as big of a deal as new would have been. Will definitely look at herrin gear as one of our car shopping spots in the future.
I am very happy with the vehicle but not the folks at the dealership! I initially signed paperwork and received a call the next day stating they had me sign for the wrong VIN #. They asked that I come down and sign the new paperwork all the while stating nothing changed but the VIN. The finance guy quickly started shoving paperwork for me to sign stating nothing else changed. Upon examining the paperwork the price did change to over $1,000 more. He claimed that he did not know when in fact I overheard him discussing it with the salesman prior to me going into his office. Long story short pay attention to what you are signing because these are some SHADY folks!! 😡😡

They told me I needed a new set of tires to the tune of $1000. Went by 2 other tire shops and both said tires were fine!!! Crooks!!!! Do not support them!!!!
If I could give more stars I would. I had just left another BMW dealership a few hours prior and my vehicle was leaking oil everywhere. The service manager came out to where I was with oil and checked out my vehicle. It was determined that my vehicle needed to be towed back and the oil change needed redone because a seal was cut. I had to call back today because I was at my local BMW dealership for an alignment and they detected a possible leak. I called the service manager to see if my BMW was cleaned out when they did the oil change and the service manager contacted the BMW I was at and got them to clean the residue out and to make sure there was in fact no more leaks. 10/10 would recommend this dealership. I would take my vehicle back to this dealership if I lived much closer!
Just want to add that Josh was awesome. Great customer service. Ive been there on other occasions, but didnt meet Josh. He made me feel like I was actually at BMW, class.

I live an hour from the Herrin gear BMW dealership. I called and scheduled an appointment for an Olin change and computer issue, and Julius couldn’t have been nicer. My situation is unique because my husband is terminally ill and I can’t leave him for very long.Julius met me as soon as I got out of the car and I explained how important it was that my car be ready that day. Not only did he ensure that everything was in working order, but he called and text me as soon as the car was read.Naturally BMW has the reputation for excellence, but I was treated with respect and kindness from a stranger.

Josh Hollins was my Client Service Advisor during my visit on February 12, 2021. He displayed courtesy an professionalism throughout my experience. He kept constant communication with me informing me of issues with my car. I was highly satisfied with the service provided at Herrin-Gear BMW.
I took my car in for its first 10k oil and filter change. Adam got my specific instructions and handled my car in a very timely matter. I forgot to use my coupon at checkin time but Adam handled it nicely after everything was said and done. Great experience with no issues.

Dealership gives no feeling of being focused on providing quality service. They have a large fleet of BMWs with no one concerned about selling them. I took my car in for service (12/30) and there was a cold stoic look on EVERY employees face. Its sad; none of them look like they cared about the other; or ME! I definitely would not recommend this dealership to service anything. I had read reviews of poor service but didnt believe it. Now Im convinced.

Have had great experiences at this dealership. Recently had repairs from an unfortunate encounter with a deer. Quick turn around, frequent updates. and courteous treatment throughout the whole process. The car came back looking and driving like new.

Had first rate service an instruction in setting up our car.
My car damage was over $3000. Another dealership provided me a loaner because my dealership told me they had none. After the end of the 4th day I was provided a loaner car. As much money the dealership is making off repairs alone, they should have loaner cars available. My sister had such a good rapport with her dealership they were empathetic enough to assist in time of need.

The experience was warm and friendly. My car was ready on time as promised. I will recommend others to take their vehicle to BMW of Jackson service department.
Management is poor at best. I called about a light on my dash board. They told me to come in at 8 the next morning and they would do a quick diagnosis on it. I arrived at 7:45 and they took over an hour to complete the diagnosis. They did not charge me because I complained about the time. I scheduled an appointment for the next Monday. I dropped my car off on my scheduled day. The gentleman that shuttled me back to work was very nice. The repair I needed was costly. I arrived there to pick up my car and pay the bill When I started to drive off, I noticed a fog light was out. I pointed out to the mechanic working on my vehicle. He said yes, the fog light is out and that I could get a replacement at Auto zone. This place is already extremely overpriced and they could even make sure my car had no issues before I drove away.
Quickly diagnosed and solved problem.
Had my 750LI serviced. I was completely satisfied. My service manager, Adam, had my car diagnosed and repaired in 24 hrs.
