Would recommend staying away from this dealership (or at least the Jackson, MS location). My wife and I have been searching for a used car for our college student and placed a vehicle on hold. It was late in the day, and we needed to get a cashiers check from our bank the next day to make the purchase. When we returned the next day we were told that someone else had placed a hold on the car and that our salesperson the night before had failed to place it on hold for us. While it is certainly possible that the salesperson may have forgotten to put the hold on it, it seems highly unlikely that we would have shown up with a cashiers check made out for the exact sale price, insurance information (with the cars VIN on it), the salespersons business card, and a printout with the vehicles information if we had not understood that the car would be available for sale to us the next day. Rather than explain the situation to the other customer who was not yet ready to purchase the vehicle, and who had just placed the hold on the car that morning, the sales staff opted to tell us that they could not sell the car to us. An odd approach to customer service, to say the least. This narrative assumes that what we were told is accurate; the reality may be quite different. Perhaps the other customer was willing to finance the vehicle through the dealership rather than pay cash. Needless to say, the experience did not leave a good taste in our mouths, and it leads us to question their business practices. Buyer beware!

I appreciate drivetime, but it was too much back and forth. The financial department (funding desk) or whatever it’s called wouldn’t approve my fiancé because he worked at his job for 89 days. They wanted him to be working 90 days. We were about 11 hours away from that 90 day mark, im still confused as to what difference 11 hours make? But okay, whatever. If we would of got our car on the 89th day the down payment had tripled! Like WHAT? First off, when you do a pre approval application on their site NONE OF THAT WAS EVER MENTIONED. I had to come out here twice from New Orleans, pay for a hotel, pay $130 for a taxi ride (hotel was in Yazoo city) just was a stressful situation especially being 3 1/2 hours away from home with no car like we originally thought. Special shout-out to Landon McPherson that worked there! He was great, patient, and got us in our Prius! Thank you Landon and the amazing staff that’s there. After our third visit there, we finally got our car!

This is by far the best dealership I have ever been to, every sales person is so Nice and Help so muchMr. Wynnton Ellis helped tremendously! i would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone, super nice and explains everything to you. In my opinion he is the best car salesman i’ve ever dealt with by far.

Very pleasant experience with this drivetime location. The process from start to finish is fast and easy. The only con I had was the silver rock vehicle protection plan that they push on you if youre getting a vehicle thats not very high mileage I wouldnt recommend because it only covers things that rarely go wrong and even then what you are going to pay them you couldve got the repairs much cheaper

I cannot believe how rudely I was treated this afternoon by a sales associate. I submitted all of the info requested for my app and scheduled an appt to drive 4 hours to check out a vehicle, but never received a call back from the dealership. When I called to follow up I was pretty much told they were too busy to talk to me and that although he hadnt reviewed my info and knew nothing about my finances that the down payment generated for me via their website would likely be 2 to 3k more than I was told. Pretty much assured me I was wasting my time talking with them and rushed to let me go. Infuriated to say the least.

The salesmen both on the phone and in person were absolutely professional and friendly. They were knowledgeable about their stock and followed up with me about the car after my purchase. The problem I had (not exactly their fault) was resolved quickly and professionally. My only complaint deals with the length of time I was in there. I believe 4.5 hours to be a little lengthy, but understandable if they had been very crowded, but were not. I would buy from them again. My car is wonderful and I love it! Great car for a great price!

Went and picked out a nice mini van for my family. Driving to my house, only 15 mi away, when I hear this snap and I almost lost control of my vehicle. The cv axle is snapped. I’m no mechanic but I know this vehicle isn’t drivable anymore. Called silver rock to make my claim. Silver rock gave me the information on where to go and who works with their policies. They also told me the towing fee is only reimbursable up to 75$. Now I have a list of shops that I can take my vehicle to and it be no expense to me. Sounds great right? None of the shops answer the phone to schedule a tow truck to drop my poor vehicle off at. It feels like I’m getting a run around. I had really high hopes for DriveTime. I am only 21 and I walked in with a good credit score with cash in hand. Will be returning soon to drop off my nice looking lemon.

Slow af and paid zero attention to me while I waited 45 mins for anyone to even help me. Came up be “checked in “ w/ my license and sat at the closest possible table in the lobby so I could be helped. 3 families came in and were checked in and helped before anyone eve noticed that I was still here. Wasn’t as if they didn’t have enough people working the floor or the parking lot helping folks spend that stimmy money either. If I could have given it a negative 1 star rating I would.
