The service rep is great but otherwise its a low tech place not per BMW standards. I went to get my oil leak fixed and was sent back with a 2500 dollar bill for something else which wasnt major, saying the oil cap was loose and it wont leak. A few days later when it leaked again I took it back and was told the gasket was leaking and another 2200 dollar repair was required. Either the service people are clueless what they are doing or they are just ripping you off by telling you problems one by one. They do give you a new loaner to drive but that is just about whats good about the service center.

I had the best experience of all time.. It has been 7 years since I had a car note. If I had known my experience was going to be as impeccable as it was, I would have visited this dealership a long time ago. Its a car dealership. Dont talk to a sales rep when they approach you. If you find a car you like, go inside and ask for the sales manager.You can get service for your car here too. The mechanics are all well trained, but if your car is ready for retirement, issues can sometimes remain after service.Its easily accessed from I-55 and has lots of fast food options on High Street next to the fair grounds.

My sale person Chris cared about what kind of vehicle I needed for my family. I love that Chris and others didn’t allow me to leave until they found me something that was perfect for my family and something that I could afford. Only reason they have 1 star is because I had to rate them. I understand having to be a salesman, I was one once before. I mentioned that I was going through my bank to purchase my car, OMG why did I say that. I may as well said I was a thief, no body wanted to help me find a car. I heard different levels of speeches on trying to run my credit, why I needed to get a higher model car and why they are the best place to finance my new car. First off I have an approval for a low interest rate with a place I have a relationship with, I gave you a budget and told you how much I wanted to spend. No maam and No Sir Im good, I would rather eat and have a roof over me and my childs head then to give you that big commission. All I was wanting is to find a car for me and my very small child. The group of people I spoke with are one of the main reasons why car dealerships get a bad name. After I stood my ground on what I wanted I didnt get any help, no call back, no email, NOTHING This was a bad experience.

This place sells cars, and trucks everybody knows that, but they have a top notch repair facility on site, so if you bought a vehicle from here they can fix it, also they will work on you vehicle even if you didnt buy it from here.

I have lived in the Jackson Metro Area for 15 years. I have purchased 3 BMWs (1 new 750Li 2 certified preowned). Each time I buy another BMW, I try to purchase from this dealership and they fail everytime. This dealership has the absolute worse sales team of any luxury brand dealership that I have had the pleasure of dealing with. My last experience with them tops all. My wife went to test drive a certified preowned vehicle. While test driving she had her BMW appraised for a trade in. After the salesperson finished the appraisal, he began to tell my wife that her car is going to soon fall apart and she should get rid of it so she doesnt have to pay the cost of to fix it. He started describing all the things that would soon go wrong with her car based on zero facts. Her car has never had any issues and has less than 100k miles. He tried to use a scare tactic to force her to purchase a new vehicle and to justify a horrible trade-in offer. These are practices that I assume are used at the backyard auctuon dealerships but definitely not the service I expect from a luxury brand. To top it off, I was told that this issue was serious and that the GM would contact me immediately. It has been a week and I have not heard from him.
