I purchased a 2008 F250 from Bic, with a warranty. A few days after purchase, I found that the vehicle had blown head gaskets. I contacted Mitch, and he instructed me to contact the warranty, but to wait a couple months before I did so. I trusted him, and did as he asked. When I filed a warranty claim, they denied it due to aftermarket modifications, and said that I never should have been sold the warranty due to the truck being egr deleted when I bought it. I contacted Mitch again, and he got the warranty refunded (the one that I never should have been sold in the first place), but he refused to even help cover the parts to fix my truck, and would not stand behind the vehicle he sold me at all. I feel like it was a trick from the beginning, and he was just trying to get the warranty to cover it, because he refuses to stand behind the vehicles he sells. I would not recommend this dealer to ANYONE, unless you like paying $26000 for junk that they won’t stand behind.

I call and told them I wanted to trade for a cheaper payment . They ask me what kind of car I was looking for and I told them and a couple of days they call me with one . I told them no and about two days later they call me about the one I traded for and bought.
