We bought our vehicle from here. Great place. Felt like family. They stayed late on a Friday to let us test drive a vehicle. After we agreed to the purchase, they were great about communication and kept us in the loop on everything. We took advantage of their car delivery service as we live over an hour away. They dropped it off later that week and I signed everything. Great experience. Will recommend and use them again in the future.

Great service, reasonable no nonsense price, delivered my SUV out of state for me and it was in immaculate condition when I got it inspected. Dont be dissuaded by any wait time on a title, its somewhat unavoidable due to covid right now because of how slow the state is operating. They will get it to you before your temporary registration runs out unlike a company like Carvana.

These guys are the best! I just bought a car here and after driving it only a couple of hours, noticed a problem that I thought might be the transmission. I brought it back and Don drove it and noticed the same thing. He offered to get it checked out and gave me another car to drive in the meantime. (A zippy little loaded Fusion that was totally fun to drive, btw) He ended up driving my car to a dealership in Chelsea to try and figure out what was wrong. He assured me he would get it fixed and it wouldnt cost me anything. As it turned out, the problem somehow magically disappeared and the dealership couldnt find anything wrong. I got the car back and he gave me a powertrain warranty on it. Its running great, but now I know if anything goes wrong I will at least be able to get it fixed. I feel like he went way above and beyond my expectations. This could have so easily been a horrible experience, and I couldnt be more satisfied with the way it was handled. I will definitely go back here when my daughter needs a car in a few years and I would reccomend this place to anybody!
